Day by day the App performance is getting worse. I can't directly go to book cylinder otherwise it takes me to login again. If I go to history first and than go to refill option, that's ok. Most of the time I can't register Refill request, just because system says previously booked cylinder has not delivered yet, but actually that was delivered and consumed also. In this case you can't do anything. So they don't even have updated data.

Not at all working, whatever input is provided in the signup page the response is that its an invalid entry which is very frustrating. As per me this app definitely needs a lot of work for it to be user friendly. And as far as i am concerned i'm still struggling to sign up with all the valid entries as the Indian oil one app have excepted each and every detail and could recognize my entries. Sorry to say but very disappointed with this app.

Good initiative for Digital transform. need to do more development in this app. Most of the time I am not able to book the cylinder as it's showing your booking is under processing which is booked more than three month ago. also app is not working sometime (which means connection between API). please make clear basic bugs and make it user friendly.

i am very disappointed with the app user interface. The app lacks a lot. Even, i am unable to open the app now, only the start indane photo appears and closes automatically. Also the refilling history menu doesn't work properly and there are no updates regarding the complaints raised. Need a lot of improvement

The doesn't work properly. Everytime I try to book a refill, it says no network connection and sometimes it get booked and sometimes it doesn't. Have to book manually by calling ivrs.. And now it says app needs an update to open, whereas there's is no update available in the store. The app updated only 3 days ago. But still it says, app needs an update to open. Too many bugs in the app. Request to fix all bugs which are show stoppers in the next update. If not, you can shutdown this useless app

Lately, when I try to book a refill, I get the message that there is no internet connection whereas the truth is I do have it. Also, my previous booking is being shown as pending delivery so I am unable to book the refill again. It seems that this app is unmonitored and no individual has been assigned responsibility of it's proper functioning. So much for digital India!

Useless app. Couldn't sign in. Just one error comes up every damn time "incorrect input" and it doesn't even lead me to the input which is incorrect according to it, out of all the inputs that I am feeding. How am I supposed to know which "input" is "incorrect"? I am trying to book a refill since 2 days online. Shouldn't provide a platform it it doesn't even work. 😠😠

App worked good for a pretty long period.. where as now it is showing unwanted messages and the app itself looks unfinished .. please rectify theerrors so that the error messages and something unexpected happened doesn't pop up that often. this is a regular use app and older people who are just using apps are using this app .. please llook into it and it would be great to have a help section ... so that we need not run to google store every time something unexpected happens 😂

Hi Indane Team, The latest version dated 13/4/2019 also has a bug. Even after upgrading to the latest version when the app is launched it again prompts to upgrade again and when selected for update it shows to use Google Play Store and there is no option to upgrade as it shows uninstall and open. this is a continuous loop and even after unstalling and reinstalling the app the same problem. I have also tried on different mobile phone and same error persists. Please fix this problem.

Every time I try to book it gives error message that previous booking is still under process ( meanwhile I have had LPG delivered twice to me). The distributors system shows my correct booking history. Fully defeats the purpose of publishing an app. Thesepast few updates have not been tested at all!!!!

With the latest update of April 2019, it is failing to load and gives some Java handshake error, I have a screenshot to share but in playstore, there is no provision to do that. Previous version had issues with refill booking, it used to show failed in the app but books at the back end.I hope all these defects gets fixed

I have used this app successfully for the past 2 years, with some minor glitches, it has been a good experience. However since early April, it is not permitting any loading of data and it does not launch. It is not even available on the Play Store any longer. This is strange!!!

Uable to log into the app, after entering the correct id & password. After speaking to online help customer care, they are telling to try after some time, even they are not sure on the error. I am not sure what kind of IT team they are having , very bad experience with this app.

Hi guys. I'm using this app more than 2 to 3 years. It's was a awesome app for me I can just book a cylinder in one touch. But now a days even I'm not able to book cylinder app doesn't respond properly. It just throw a error saying connection error. Can you please fix this. Thanks in advance.

Cannot seem to pass beyond the splash screen. This app used to do the bare minimum on the UX but it got the job done. I didn't have to go to the website to book my refills. Now it does nothing at all. Who is developing these poorly designed apps that go bad to worse with every new update? Horrible.

Every time I try to edit my profile ,like changing my phone number it shows no network connection. How the hell I am supposed to use that app if there's no internet connection. This app has too many bugs ,I would appreciate if the developer's could fox this.

Never know when it can work It is pathetic that who is the developer for this app or who is maintaining it.I wasnt entirely sure when this app works correctly. Always has the problem of connectivity issue. I thought it was the problem of my phone net connectivity though it was even conncted with Wify with 25 mbps still get to see pleaae check your internet connction. I tried book a refill from app but ended up in vain. But my good time i did received text to retrieve the payment i did it online.

Please improve this app, it always shows error and never shows any information properly. Extremely unreliable, when I tried to book refill cylinder it showed me error that server is under maintenance, and in next few minutes I get SMS confirming refill order is booked. Now when I am trying to see status of same booking,it is showing me errors that internet connection is not there, server is under maintenance.. Indane, is this app a joke, well this is really sad, why you made an app when you don't have the competency to maintain the infrastructure. Do something please.

App development team, are you listening. After latest update (allmost a month now) this application is not woking at all. Please revert back to old version or fix the bug as soon as possible. On clicking it's giving com.a.a.j: Java error. Looks Indane hired a bunch of monkey's to develop the app who don't know release management. Update on 11th May application started working again but I lost all historical information.

The app doesnt seem to be updated. I made a refill booking in March'19 which is still showing under delivery/process and thus Im not able to book. Now neither thr customer care helpline nor the distributor is able to resolve this issue. Bad experience. Hopefully the developer and Indane will make an effort to solve this. Hope it doesnt go down like any other sarkari matter.

Poor App! Doesn't open. Most of the time it has server error. Please include the online payment option. What's the use of the app if still I have to go to web vetsion to make payment. Among other issues, it fails to update order history, etc. Lots of bugs need to fix. With this standard if anyone has rated you above one star are really innocent. Please come up with safe, reliable convenient App until then discard this awful App.

Its not working as it does not open mostly. When on online booking we get a link for online payments it always selects my old debit card, although the new debit card is shown along with but can not be selected. My e-mail id is also not accepted or modified. The application requires thorough checkup . Please check the Application thoroughly inhouse before uploading on Google play. Thanks

good try. but i think they have launched the app directly from design phase. it looks good with lots of bugs. no option for online payment. only one option is you can book the cylinder that too with a error msg 🙂

App is giving several issues. When I go for refill order it says previous booking delivery is pending. The cylinder was delivered already previously. It does not allow to book cylinder. Earlier there was an option to pay online. But now the link is disabled. Kindly enable. Now I used old days method to book cylinder.

Why should a consumer register again for using the mobile app? Even the sign-up process seeks cylinder id. why cant it be consumer id? Ultimately, it is not user friendly. Never seen such a complicated app. After a great struggle, got in to book. it threw up error as 'invalid access' and quit. after several attemots, got to know my refill was booked. No payment option found. Fortunately the email acknowledgenent had the link for payment. phew so much for just one refill.

The app does not let me to book for a refill cylinder. It always tells me that there is a booking already in process. However checking with the dealership it tells me that the booking never occurred. There is a bad data that is kind of preventing the transaction to be complete and fails in the current validation which stops the flow moving forward. Was this application ever tested by your QA team ???

Inspite of having good internet connection most of time it displays "connection error". This needs to be fixed as early as possible. Sometimes refill booking is confirmed but this app fails to show it.This is very irritating. Because this fails to comply with basic needs.

Hopeless. From the day it has been installed, none of the options work. Everytime it displays the message "something unexpected happened, please check your internet connection" Rest everything works fine except for this worthless app.
