Like so many others have said, it won't open more than half the time. Hangs on the white screen or it just crashes. Called and spent time reinstalling, which didn't fix it. Very frustrating to not be able to check bank balances so often. Kind of defeats the point of "mobile banking."
I never had a problem until the last month. Now it crashes all the time, won't even open - I click on the app icon and it says 'loading' and goes to a blank white screen. Nothing happens. No password screen at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice now. It will work for a few days, then blank white screen all over again. This makes me very uncomfortable in today's world having to do this with my bank!
The app struggles to open and won't keep my signed in very often. I frequently find myself unable to check my bank account for days at a time. The app did work incredibly well and was simple enough to use for years, but in the last few months the app struggles to do even its most basic functions. I just need to see if I can afford something in a reasonable time.
I hate using this app. I have had nothing but problems with it. It always forces itself closed or tells me I can't log in at the moment and to try again later. Occasionally I can get it open and get it to do what I want it to. But it is rare. I love independent bank and havent had a problem with them. Which is why I continue to suffer with this ridiculous app. Hopefully with enough complaints they will fix it
If you have a newer phone, like the stylo 4 it wont work for you since the update on Oct 9, 2018 even though it previously worked with the stylo 4... It fails to launch. It shuts down when you're using it. When you call the service center you are told there is no ET to have it fixed! What a joke!
You can check your balance, but that's the only feature that works for me. No bill pay, people pay, check deposit, etc. Trying to do any of those things just tells me I need an update, but no update is available. Also, the app is named "Mobile" in your app drawer, less than useful when trying to find it.
App is great WHEN it allows me to log in, which is about 30% of the time. Every time I type in my pass code it says unexpected error. I've tried deleting app and downloading again and still have the same problem. Hope this problem is fixed soon! I rely on the app to transfer money.
This app has been very frustrating lately. It used to work great, but for the last month, it has been not opening and the last three days, when it tries to open, all I get is a white screen. I deoend very much on my online banking app to verify my funds, so this is highly inconvenient. Please get it fixed.
App is useless. And why do I need to sign in again to transfer my own money between my accounts? And, thats when you can get the app to open and load correctly. Now I get some update message and wont let me do anything. I followed the instructions to update the app- 6 times. Still gives me the message and i cant proceed in the app to do what I need.
Never had an issue unless I clear my phone cache and/or cookies. App has always worked flawlessly with over 10 different Android devices within the last 2 years. My only complaint is I have 2 checking and 2 savings accounts and this app will only let me link one savings and one checking. Makes it a pain to check all accounts, having to use the app for my business checking/savings and chrome browser to check my personal checking/savings. Overall i still say it's a 5. Way better than my Huntington and 5/3 app.
When I click on the icon it goes to a complete white screen and does not load to the pin number sign in, its been doing this for quite a few months now and the only way I can fix it, is to uninstall the app and start over and I'm quite sick of having to do that. Please fix this for samsung galaxy s 9 plus thank you
Nothing but issues. Constantly required to send a code to my phone. The message "invalid user ID or password" keeps popping up, even though my login information is correct. The message "app is currently unavailable" keeps popping upp, too. This app is such a joke.
Can't wait for one wallet to launch that way I don't have to deal with this app that does not want to work correctly. The icon will not show up anywhere on my phone but the app is enabled! I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Good luck with one wallet hope it's better than the current app.
As I use it, it continues to fail and now it won't even open daily. The app started out great and it has n9w become very frustrating because I use it frequently since the website requires to pathetic "one time" security code that I also have to do daily from my own personal sysmtems that are used repeatedly. Definitely needs major upgrades
Normally the app works okay but recently it has been performing poorly and when I told the bank about it I was told that it was something wrong with my phone. I'm honestly dissapointed with the service I got and it has left a bad taste in my mouth. And now its telling me the the app service is currently unavailable. Yet the 1-800 number told me my phone was the problem. I am very unhappy, I was even told that nobody els has complained about the app over the phone. But the reviews prove it a lie.
It is 5/20 and this app has blocked me from assessing my checking account. There is an error message saying it is usable until 5/24 when everything is switched over the the "new app". The new app One Wallet is not featured in the Google play store. And I still do not have access to my accounts.
Having to get a text sent to your phone to verify and check only to restart the process over again is too much. Also Zelle is a joke, bring back people pay. It was easier to transfer money to other personal accounts. I'm not using Zelle or this app. This app will be deleted. So disappointing.
90% of the time this app doesn't work. It constantly asks you to restart your phone and download an update, but there are no updates and restarting the phone doesn't make a difference.
This app is so bad for mobile banking I'm literally switching banks. Very undependable, can hardly ever login and it crashes all the time even with a good connection on a brand new phone.
Very buggy, won't let me log in sometimes. After closing app will randomly open again. Disappointed that with how much everyone uses their phones for banking that a working app isn't a priority.
Worst app EVER! Constantly crashing, randomly says "authentication required" then, after putting in password, and hitting continue, NOTHING HAPPENS. Worthless, just like yheir customer service. Time to find another bank.
This app never works!! I have to uninstall and reinstall at least 3 times a week to check my account. More than 75% of the time it says the network is busy. Get it together! This is ridiculous!!!
I love this app so far and I have only had 2 times where I've had an issue. Both times I simply uninstalled/reinstalled the app and everything was right back up and running.
Use to love this app now it won't open for the past month. Redownloaded it and still does not work. Other comments have said the same. I dont understand why fixing this isn't a priority when it is something most banks offer now.
This Independent Mobile Bank App took A LONG TIME To Get Working Properly So I Could Log in To Check my Account, but it seens to Work now. I'm Not Impressed with the Banks Support for this Mobile Bank App...it was A Frustrating Experience Just to Get it Set Up & Working so I can Use iT! I Do like that it has Zelle.
I'd gladly give it a 5 star rating if you hurry up and fix the issue of it not opening! I haven't been able to open it since the newest update on October 9th. Fix it please!!
App is no longer working. I even uninstalled and Reinstalled and it worked for a min then went back to the white screen like everyone else.
This app no longer works. Will not open. Why isn't it fixed yet?? Don't bother downloading as it is right now, its just a waste of memory. Go online instead
Like the recent reviews say, the app doesn't like to open and will sit on the white screen. I thought it was something to do with my old phone, but nope. I got a new phone and the issue persists. I always end up un-installing and installing the app. Seems to help it work again... for a while. Whatever changes were done about 6 month-ish ago really messed up the app.
