I tried to activate my card many times , but always failed due to there technical error. Call on there toll free no. Multiple times , but always they disconnect the call. Worst experiance in well known name. You should focus on your team and product building , before landing to market. I think your teams need some IT skills and customer care courses first.
Remove "Online Shopping App' from the title when you can't deliver any products. Worst customer service. .... Editing review after interaction with customer service: The reply I got from customer service is that, my order get cancelled due to inventory shortage. However, those products i can still see on your apps but with high rates. Don't make us fool.
This is the worst app i have ever used. No customer support. Not responding to my emails. Payment and dues amount are not correctly showing on app. Have paid all the dues but still getting threating msgs from recovery. I don't know but I have paid double the amount which I have used. Trying to reach customer services and emailed but no response.
It's a worst app I had paid my all dues but still it is showing the due when I asked his executive he told me it will get update don't worry but when I tried to contact with him he avoided my calls. I contacted the customer care also they to in middle of the call only they will end the call without giving the solution to problem and now again asking to pay the dues I sent the screenshots through mail without solving the issue they sent a mail as issue is resolved. Don't download this app.
there's 0%interest but every month they are charging of subscription fee which is 327. & After clearing the principal due also they are charging subscription which is worst. Just because of the subscription fee unnecessarily they are increasing late payment and subscription fee which is we haven't use. It's really worst to use this dhani one freedom I Don't recommend to people.
Worst app experienced ever. Never ever come into trust of it this is completely a fraud. I had ordered some groceries from their app for the very first time ,they didn't give me the option of cash on delivery and free delivery only option was pay through debit or credit card, i did the payment plus also paid the delivery charge and my order got placed. Now what happened till day 4 they were showing as order being processed and on 5th day directly they showed that all items got cancelled
Services are pathetic, I don't know why they are charging subscription fees every month, 389 for nothing, even if you don't use it... You got to pay it... That's a big big scam, for getting some sort of limit you need to pay certain amount every month, and than they freeze your limit, and their customer service...Is world class , you will be never able to call them... For 300 rs they are sending messages for legal action. What a pity ! I haven't used card for 2 months, but the subs fee is due
I have been using this app for 1 year. Now I don't recommend anyone to use this app. I have ordered a medicine, but due to late I have cancelled the order by denying to receive the order. They marked the order delivered and when I'm trying to contact the support team they don't give any answer about it and interrupting the chat support. I haven't experienced this type of support in any other apps. Kindly don't install it. It's a fraud.
I will never use nay product or this app ever. I have reported my issue of repayment that app doesn't show any repayment option and it happen before also where i reported the same problem you can check. also this time it happened where i couldn't pay the dues because of app error but as soon as it showed me I've paid all but now they blocked and closed my credit line saying for security reasons. I've submitted complain still they blamed me.dhani services don't care for their customers.
I would suggest not to use this app even if you are in very very super urgent need of money.Customer care service is disgusting. Its easy to open account but very difficult to close. They force you to pay subscription fees by adding it in your dues . Even if you dont want to take the subscription and you want to close the account, they will ask you to pay the dues and dues include the fees itself. I want to tell DHANI TEAM that subscription is not due, its my choice whether to take it or not.
It's a very bad app ..I have lost of money many times in this app. I also called customer care no. They said that your money will be refunded . And then I didn't receive any money. Again I called customer care again same reply then i sent email 2-3 times but there is no answer for my email .. it's app doesn't matter about customer . I suggest you should not install or use this app. you have other many option better than this .
Very poor service and helpline i try last 3 month through the mail or call for foreclosure of my loan but they don't provided the option for pre payment to me. They have only worst mail as well as customer care services. Don't take any service from here they are totally fraud app with customer.
I downloaded this App on my friend's recommendation and everything was great until I faced an issue Involving one Transaction and it's been like ages and it's still unresolved reached at every helpdesk they offer, multiple mails, Calls are made but in the end no result. Very bad customer support experience and also I don't even understand the concept of paying subscription fees where I can't even exercise it properly as they have cut down my daily buy limit into half but charging the same fee.
Worst shopping app. They are bloody cheaters. Just do not buy anything from them in sale.They do not deliver your stuff. They just collect money keep with them, use it for their purpose and even after so many days of delivery date they don't bother to deliver. Their customer excutives does not reply on chats, we need to wait 15-20 min for replies without closing the chat window. Even after replying they just say order is under process. My delivery date was 20 and now it's 28 may still no reply.
Worst application for loan first they will give you money and time to repay amount in tenures after paying first installment will say to pay whole amount at once otherwise you can't use application benefits until you repay whole money but every month without any notification they will ask you subscription fee even after cancelling the subscription. And no proper response from customer service, I suggest to shut down this app
Worst app ever i have seen. Because if you get discounted price than never get that product. Without any reason your order will be cancelled.its such a bad experience in my life. i ordered 5 time prepaid order. But all time product cance. So why show low price of product. Waste of time and miney
Fraud App,I recently placed an order via UPI, the amount got deducted from my bank account,but in this fraud App, My order didn't get confirmed.I will never trust this app again. I want my refund as soon as possible. DIDN'T EXPECT SUCH POOR SERVICE.Update: I placed a return request, did everything their customer executive asked me to do. They told that I'll get my refund back within 7 days.It's been way past one week. I haven't received my money back. Plus when I call on provided no It's busy
Very pathetic customer service. No proper resolution of issues. No cahbacks issued for orders. They put a condition to compulsorily take one freedom card to get cashback. No refund for the money debited and order not placed. When contacted customer care after 11 days of initiation of refund,though the transaction screenshot was shared, instead of checking the refund status from their end they are asking for my entire personal bank statement till date. And again asking to wait for 7 - 10 days.
I have been repeatedly following up with my physical card not delevered since Jan 2022 and still not resolved... I have paid subscription charges of 1000 every month for it without using any limits. And also blacklisted merchants were not informed and recovery team inspite of all these issues keeps following up with the payment. Worst application ever... I have been writing mails from Jan 6th 2022 and it's still in progress. I really doubt how these applications are being working under RBI NBFC
I was told i had a limit of 10000rs but when i took the subscription all i can use is 1000rs per day out of which i had to return the 33% of the amount next day. So what did i got after installing this useless app. And yes a little more to surprise is on the next subscription the daily limit was reduced to 500rs plus the charges are so high which are not even explained at first. What a shame for the developer. Worst experience...
They are just collecting funds from 9 rs deals. Promising to deliver mouth watering deals but nothing happening in the end. Money gone is gone. No refund. Fraud app As said by your team, I did reached out to your team via phone call. But after waiting for 12 mins for hold, when my phone was picked, your call attendant hanged the phone. Charges are too much. with out using of one rupee i payed first subscription charges and canceled the subscription before 6,7 months and deactivate the card but now it showing the subscription charges as 4446 rupees due amount it. I try to cancel the subscription but it saying for cancellation of subscription pay due amount, it is an frod app. there is also no proper survice responce from customer support exicutive.
worst app there credit limit is not at all of use before i was able to use it on Amazon flipkart swiggy zomato not im not even able to make a single transaction and on there app nothing is available even the grocery will take 4 days to deliver they dont even cancel the order. instead of providing good service they are being worst service provider.
They cancelled my order after 10 days and I also contacted to their customer support at least 7-8 times, they always told me that your order will be delivered within next 72 hours. I ordered my product on 19th may and today on 28th may, i received an update that your order has been cancelled. Such a pathetic response. If you are unable to provide the product than why are you running this poor app. I think you should close this app and instead of it open the departmental store. Totally disappoint
completely bad experience.... They run ads telling that - "your daily limit will be 10% of the total limit granted". it still on their app under 'how it works' section. but now my daily limit reduced to 5% and when i called their support team they told their policies has been changed. like what is the meaning of this. when you run ad on all other platforms promising 10% then you should fulfill that.
Never download this app, It was created just to steal your data and sell it to others. I had placed the order 6 days ago and made the payment, I then suddenly canceled the order today I had placed an order 6 days ago and paid it, then suddenly canceled the order today This is absolutely false app. Never install and report it. They can also sell your data to any enemy
Worst app and moreover worst customer experience. They will charge you subscription fee on their own and will ask you to pay subscription fee for unnecessary reasons. Their customer service agents will say that you have to pay subscription fees even if you don't want to continue your relationship with them. In my case 1 rs was pending since january 2022 and i asked them to send me link to pay. Neither they are sending me link nor they are rectifying this issue. Do not use them.
