Indiabulls Shubh - Stock Market & Demat account

The web interface is not responsive (bootstrap layout/design). It doesn't open in ipad (any browser) at all - just a dark screen after login. I have been india bulls customer for 10 years now, and i had high hopes from the new app, but it fails miserably. In the Android or web app, I don't have a way to place contingent/conditional orders. As other users have mentioned, it's a difficult app to trade. The charts are very slow to load and are not very descriptive.

Very mediocre app for a fintech. Laggy in all pages. The asset performance pages are from 20yrs ago. Very few useful analytics or even sort options. Navigates to web pages, makes one wonder about security.. needs a good IT team. Update: new version just stopped working. Says "connection failed" for 2 days now. If SEBI was fair and made it easier for people to transfer holdings, no one would be on indiabulls

Everytime this app get updated and every time trader has to deal with more hazzards. Just before this latest version there was an option named PROFIT & LOSS where you can see your portfolio and the percentage gain or loss in each stock you are having. But it is totally absent here. It is worst app I ever met. The previous versions were good enough.

It shows multiple time login error, showing connection error, In PC it showing your session is not valid, login again, even if putting all inputs correct, look like not able to handle high no of client, very disappointing. Indiabulls stopped taking care of their client, platform performance pathetic. Doing lot of change in platform caused unknown error, it has now become complex, unresponsive, the beauty is that u don't get login, forget about doing trade.

I find this App a very user friendly as it makes most of the products available at one place with the ease of transactions. Hope the gamut of such ease and services continue to improve. Even the support team gets back to you as soon as the query is raised with the best possible solutions. I find it very helpful, thanks to the team. Very well managed!

App is very unfriendly. 1. When you are in watchlist, you cannot see index spot rate. 2. If you are trying to add script to watchlist, you have to do it one at a time. 3. You cannot directly place order from watchlist. You have to first go to details and then select buy or sell option. 4. Watchlist don't give visibility on bid and ask price. 5. Watchlist doesn't give visibility on your positions 6. No notification for executed order

Application is too much slow. Every second is important for market. Login takes too much time. Kindly enable fingerprint login. I have full speed broadband WiFi connection but it show no connection pliz check. Very slow response in application. Risky application and your profit turns in loss due application very slow response.

Does not have an option to see profit/loss of your total portfolio. This is basic feature of any trading app. The app only shows the current day P/L, but if you want to see the P/L of your total portfolio, then there is no option. This needs to be fixed as early as possible. Without this basic and simple feature, there is no use of this app.

Installed the latest version yesterday and i would say its much faster and easy then the previous version. It has some added features and is bug free. Guys please update the latest version and you would love it. It has great interface and is even more helpful and beautiful.

Now, I change my Star rating from 2 to 1 (Zero not possible here). Reasons behind the same are: 1. LTP not refreshed automatically. 2. All positions (no matter it's F&O or equity) must visible on same screen. 3. Watchlist updation is very complicated process. 4. Margin calculator not available. 5. Same account not support multiple devices. Etc. Etc. Waiting for major update. Admin it's 2021 not 2012.

just not user friendly. cannot save advanced chart settings, hence every time indicators incl moving averages are to be added. one cannot select option of trading plan for F&O.. need to take plan for equity also. adding scrips to market watch needs to search, select& add for each option also- no multiple selection from option chain. No trailing stop loss for options.

I opened an account without knowing their platform. And never traded after seeing it. This is the best app if you go back to 20 years and the worst in the current time. Day trading is a fastest finger first and this app makes sure by the time you add script and set the buy. Target is hit. Enough said

I strongly advise against using this trading platform. The interface is very poor. Sometimes the app crashes after putting an order and doesn't open again. Plus the team is very indisciplined, they send contract note which are empty.

Unreleased profit and loss is not live. it did not update if we remain on the net position tab. port folio profit and loss percentage is not there. Please have these feature. these are the basic features. all other feature and look and feel are very good.

Nothing is Shubh in this Shubh app. It's better you start the MPIB+ app once again,else people will start leaving this platform. As per my experience one major function is missing in web version that is portfolio tracker. Please introduce this portfolio tracker option in web and app version. This feature is very helpful to know the total loss/gain against a share and help us to take proper decesion . so this feature is a must in new app and web version.

Fantastic app!! Much improved and handy as compared to old version. It’s user friendly and has got great user interface. Trading is so easy on handsets now and get quick alerts about market news and portfolio. It gives me 12% interest on automated funding facility. Guys, must download.

This is best in class in the market apps that i saw so far. It has good features and alert facility is very helpful for me. Also it keeps me updated about all the market happenings on the go. I use this app quite often on a daily basis. It has become my routine to go through it regularly for all the updates.

An extremely useful app with an excellent interface, best in the industry. You can have sophisticated charts at your fingertips without resort to your laptops for at-a-glance analysis. Highly recommended to one and all. Great app overall!

Dear devs the logon is still buggy in the newest build. I can't log in with a 4 digit customer id as the app doesn't recognize it. Further although the app allows both T-Pin and pan number for logon, it gives you only a numeric keyboard for pan number. Do try the forgot password flow too. Feature request: use mobile device's finger print for quick logon.

There is some issue with the new version of app.I get not compatible with my device message whenever try to download it.please note that previous version was running smoothly on my same device tablet having android version 6.0.1. I have tried deleting data,cache from play store log off and login back but nothing seems to work. Please help me out.

The user interface is not at all good. It takes a lot of time to shift the tabs.you cannot add all the scrips at one go unlike zerodha. It takes a lot of time to place an order. Surely one should not choose dhani. The worst trading app. Of course we cannot expect good app from the cheapest broker

The app would not open asking to update. But there is no new version in playstore. Removed the app and reinstalled it again. Still getting the message that the version is obsolete. Facing lots of other issues and now planning to close the account itself and move to other brokerages.

This app is touching every day new low. Network connection/Connectiin Fail/NULL value these are the very common errors we face during the trading session.Especially at morning hours. New low is we are experiencing the login issue even on the weekends/off trading hours. Fed-up with the Network connection issue.The issue is unpredictable and it occurres randomly. Though there is no actual network issue.its not the trust worthy app at all.you are loosing the client's confidence day by day.

This is totaly worst app. Every time it showing network connection error. Same time i am using my other trading tool which is working very fine compare to this app. I think this is my mistake which i have choosen this app. There is no simplicity on tab. It is taking very much time for order processing.

I will give only one star for this app. Very sluggish. Always showing error messages. Please do some changes. Today it has stopped working altogether. Showing connection failed error even when other apps are working fine with the net connection.

Not upto the mark. Far behind the competition. Interface not user friendly, feel like there's no update for ages to be in par with the present day discount brokers offerings and services. No customer care assistance available easily nor a contact option on the app. Shifting to different broker.

I am very happy with my experience of using this app. The previous version was also quite good as there were some bugs which were creating a problem for me but the developers have sorted that problem out and now the latest version is absolutely flawless.

Session is not maintained and inconvenient to use; Portfolio refresh button does not work, auto-refresh does not exists; very limited features. How can Indiabulls cause so much hassle to subscribers for just rebranding... Time to switch!!
