I was just checking out some B2B apps. Indiamart is the worst experience so far. Not of the app design but the constant notifications, sms, and even calls. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for all those messages and call from IndiaMart. Its really annoying. Other B2B apps don't annoyed you always like Indiamart. There is no option at all to disabled the notifications.
The app is not working on my phone. It will keep on asking the same question like I show put my email and when I do so it will tell me toput my OTP number the has been sent to my email. When I put the OTP number it will turn round and it will not work. I keep on doing this the way they instructed me to do it still did not work
The networking that it gives through the application is excellent. However, the the UI and ease of use of the application is terrible. Example: The message notification pops up, you click the notification, it takes you to Play store. You get notifications of the response, delayed on the pop-up, etc...
I hate this app. Won't use now. Everytime I search for something on this app, it automatically sends bulk messages from my id to sellers with my contact numbers. To receive a lot of calls from sellers that you haven't approched in the first place.
The search for materials is fine. But the rates quoted by the sellers found in the IM is not the actual rates. We are unable to get the materials at that rates. On contacting the sellers, they quote higher rates. If there's a provision for putting orders right in the India Mart site, it would be more useful.
It's a great app for a freshers as well.....it was really helpful to find a lot of manufactures together in one app and it's really very easy to use and contact them through this app..its really helpful and will give 5 stars..you can find almost every products in wholesale and in affordable price...go for it guys 👍
I am using this app for last 2 years . Only good it is useful to get contact info for products dealers/manufacturers. It is basically a yello page. Negatives: Vendors/sellers are not updating rates even in 2 years. App should promote n reward sellers with daily or weekly their price list. Vendors not active say for 6 month should be put in to archived list. Irritating customer care who sarr callng after surfing.
The most useless app is that the customer gives the contact numbers of everyone except the ones you want. Only retail customers are connecting with this app, it is very useless app, not wholesale ones.
Absolute pathetic. Many cheaters/scammers on the app. Have been using this app for a long time but now only I can see is cheaters all of a sudden. So called International sellers are selling products which if you buy will first of all never reach you, plus they will keep on asking more upfront money. I'm extremely surprised to know the fact that IndiaMART just distance itself away from these guys by blocking the account instead of protecting customers & they have multiple accounts for scamming
A very good app site with goid assistants to direct your needs. Also very honesty for things they do not have and can always refer you to one with whois as well trusted by them not to compromise the customer. Big up to you!!!
Automatically keeps shortlisting whenever I message some seller for no reason. Unable to stop it from doing that and get calls from people whenever I don't notice it. Edit: Now these people have removed my "edit my requirements" option and keep posting nonsense requirements that don't even make sense automatically whenever I message a seller. Complete and utter spam app it has become.
More than useful for startups specially. But the leads conversion even after follow-up are rare. We try our best with communication, faster response, quotation, regular follow up. But customer do not reply back, and never respond to direct msg sent through IndiaMART app. Overall only leads are landing and and keep trying to win any order.
Very useful n reliable app in India. I've been using it to buy stuff for personal use for a few years now. The one area to improve is privacy in communications - by not revealing buyer's contact number to sellers unless buyer approves. Emails are fine, but seller's phone number revealing is not. Lots of sellers end up calling before buyer has identified the part no from the catalog, compared prices, n shortlisted sellers. It creates the scenario of lots of unwanted calls n messages.
While it serves the purpose, to many spam ads. Also a lot of absurd notifications. Not said if the purpose of the app is to solve a need or to enable spam
Its good platform to find the requirement based shops or manufactures at the loacality and almost all are active in the competitive bussiness and to grab the orders main thing is the followup remainders and feedbacks on the contacts.. Great and much appreciated..
I think Indiamart is selling our data to scammers, soon after I visit this app I use to get lots of call from different number about the products I visited, the more i visit the more I get, it's so annoying 😡🤬 getting multiple call every now and then, i am scared to purchase from this app.
A must have App for every businessman. whether you want to sell or buy, keep this in your phone and you are connected globally. It has given new wings to my business... Thanks Indiamart Using it for past 4 years and completely satisfied.
I can't access the app even with the OTP and I tried it more than 20times. Another problem is that if you message the seller on their website there won't be respond.

Hey, I think this app is very useful for everyone...but couldn't able to login fastly and it is not in proper way. We have started a company and we do testing and development applications as per the customer requirements. please do let us know if u need to test this app.
Terrible experience, Download filled up details with phone no. Search few items and start getting spam calls. No privacy nothing. Go for it if you want to be a salesman. Because if you even search one product they will call you. And you will not be notified if your number is being shared or not.
I have it installed from playstore and I have updated the app as well put after receiving the OTP and type it in, click next it won't still Change the background its been like this for months
They don't fulfil their commitments. Once they sold their package to us then after some months reduce our services in the name of cost inflation. Highly unprofessional. Support team is only interested in selling packages rather than providing services.

Gets the thing you want.. I had a good experience previously but now the app is just so unstable I can't even search anything.. And with online searches redirecting to the app that keeps crashing the browsing is just bad.. Then the search autocorrect is just terrible.. If I search for bucephalandra it's searching for bachelandra wth is bachelandra?? 2 stars for the previous purchase I could make through it.. I got a really good deal
Very comprehensive listing of manufacturers, vendors and items. Everyone has been so helpful and lovely. Even though I am only looking for samples, I have been offered really great deals. As that I am in the US, I was initially worried that this was a strictly in India site and would be complicated or difficult to use. Wrong! Very robust framework for foreign business. Thank you very much IndiaMART!
Once you sign up there's no going back. They haven't given us a delete account option. There is a disable option but your data would still be there in the app. Edit 9/8/21: I've sent a request email for my account deletion. Please do the needful. Edit 13/12/21: they still haven't replied to my email. I even gave a call to the customer care, she herself was confused. I want my details wiped off your database because comments made on the app appears on Google search when you search for my name.
Closest app to honesty that a human can expect these days which is why this app is invaluable, and surpasses every competitor in the field. It doesn't matter if you sell the same exact idential product, even at a lower price, even at no price at all, the counterpart product will undoubtly be manufactured in a process that is so modernized and robotically based assembly line that there lacks the pride in their own products because they only put in work at the end.
This app refused to accept it's otp. After installation, there's a demand for email and confirm with an otp is sent to the email. First issue, once count down start, it's difficult to enter the code. When the count down ends, then it's free to enter code. I have tried for 9 times, (when I succeed in typing the code, the app refuses to verify.) So boring and frustrating.
