I use to give 5 stars earlier but now the app has become pathetic, it shows trains but when we go to check availability, it gives some param error: invalid train number.... and that's the end of your search
Previously it was very good but now it is not showing any information like booking and live status of train. Please improve.
Very poor response to features like status of running train, station information, and other features also required to improve.
The concept is brilliant (5 Stars). But most needed features/functions do not work (0 Stars). Getting logged out while confirming the booking so I have to booke my tickets using either GPay or IRCTC Connect. Live train status keeps throwing back error. Honestly, what's the point of installing a program if it's most important most needed features are not working.
PL. Do Not Send Advt. For Every Train Search switch yoUR only Favoured Apps, which is not my Favour. Thanks for This App.
Needs a lot of improvement on the software plenty of glitches.I booked a w seat it was cnf as ws but when i checked in, it was the aisle seat this has happened twice2, the e ticket does not show many times on the 'book ticket' window ,one has to rely on the cnf sent on email, 3. Login happens after many tries, 4. If the booking id GNWL/AVL, one cannot continue after a certain point,only by luck can one go ahead lastly , after the booking is done, and about to close the site, the is a msg that som
I am giving a 4 star for 2 reasons! 1) Ads crop up at every new page that turns up! At the time of emergency they do frustrate! AND 2) The processing speed is quite average! Other than these the app is awesome!
Very simple and lucrative railway app interface. This is truly all in one center for every kind of RAILWAYS services such as booking trains, order foods, find routes easy to access all feature the most effective and important thing that is enquiries solutions .it is just ossum I had great experience with it
earlier version that I used a year back was very much better. no point making App more and more sophisticated. Main use for 99.9% users is to book and cancel tickets. For other features, separate apps can be made available. You prime objective should be to make App easy for use by a layman for booking and cancellations
The app is really useful for all travellers and those who seek information about the train, ticket status, The page / activity that displays PNR status is taking more time to refresh with the updated status as it can be improved on the lines of being more responsive. Sometimes, the captcha that is entered correctly does nor yield in the reflection of the update. This refresh or reload of the page can be made simpler to operate and convenient for the user who is in need of the latest update.
Hi. i have use dcouple of other Railway related apps. This one is different because it lists all trains on a route including passenger ones. But, other draw back, for booking a ticket it directs us to IRCTC APP. It would be nice if one could book directly.
I wish I could give less than this. I booked a train ticket and the train got diverted and didn't touch the boarding station. I was unable to file TDR from this app and the ticket booked wasn't showing in my account. Even the railway doesn't respond. There customer care doesn't respond. It shows page not available. All my money gone without traveling. There is no response from there too. I mailed them
Not log in IRCTC. go to railofy sign in. Print not done from application. For print /pdf, chorme browser require.
Very good app to book train tickets,,can easily access with d train status, train between stations with time n fare...one could easily book tickets through this app which connects us with official irctc website window. Unlike other apps there will be no extra charges to book d tickets but only minimum negligible charges r applicable....a must app to get rid of booking train tickets offline by standing in a long queue
very impressive , about railway enquiry, PNR status etc... Now param error is showing please resolve it .
Currently application closes automatically with error bug check report please check and rectify the issue
Earlier app was good. Now app is giving param error while checking for seat availability.
It is easy to use and helpful to guide a person who are having a long distance journey and easy to guide them for stations or junction. Also having a facilities for senior citizen to book online food and medical safety for physical disabile people.
Not even 1 Star app, No consistency in features, not able to check live train status correctly, How can you people give the live train status for tomorrow date, where we did not seen tomorrow, No yesterday date for the live train status which is required, Cancelled Train And Diverted Train Page is displaying error message as Page not found error, totally waste app developed and worst testing, very disgusting, Soo many times will send mail no reply from you People, Very frustrating

IRCTC app is the best railway app for online ticket booking and live train status information. I'm using this app from a few months and my experience is great with this app. Beautiful graphics, easy to use, easy to install, also safe and secure. All in all an excellent application.
Amazing app. It's very useful app . The app showing all pnr status only one app. The application contains all stations details and easy booking options on a single app.Well working on all smarphones. No bug and easy to use. Thank you very much for the app development teams.
No doubt it is a very good and easy one. Can be improved by giving the seat available status of two days in advance and back when searched for particular date. Percentage of confirmation also to be shown if status is in wait list.
