Today i found incorrect train scheduled from KJM to BWT at 3:15 pm. Actual there was no passenger train scheduled. Not updating time table correctly. Please dont miss guide peple from ur app. Kindly update.
This app does not shows remaining seats it only shows only train names not remaining seats in the particular train please fix this, otherwise this app is useless 😡

I faced a lots of problem due to this app.there is no train vskp to psa at 11:40. It misguided me.for god's sake please update your content or remove the app.

Earlier it used to be good app and working was fine . now if you check status of seats available on any train, it shows old status. You have to manually click on seat status to get current status. THis will lead to false return ticket status, and if you go ahead with booking of starting journey, you will end up without confirmed return ticket. So devlopers rectify the error
Hi, it's very irritating that after searching for details of any train, while clicking back button it takes to home screen and clears all filters. Again one needs to put search for all details.

This app is no more being updated. Previously all local as well as express trains were easily visible here. But now can't find any trains for local journey. It is better to take off this app from the store.
There are wrong information provided about the delay in train departure. If the train is about to leave still based on some wrong input it says 18 minutes delayed. It happened in multiple times in erail.in. Yesterday the train 16227 departed at right time from SBC, but before departure the departure time was showed as 18 minutes delayed. Please rectify the issue which will help who all are using this application. Overall application is very helpful but we cannot rely on the live status.
It is not showing seat availability on my phone whereas it is showing the same on other phone. Whenever I click on get to check seat availability, it always shows green circles and the data never loads.
very poor performance after update live running status is not good in running status last column for late time not showing screen doesn't reach there. older version was best.
What have you done with its interface. All information get cuts and go beyond screen size of phone. It was a much better app few years back.

App is not working properly. Infact only showing train Not avaibility. Before covid it was working but not now. Need to improve the services.
very good app. I was able to see coach position and it was correct. Live status is also good, but the delay or expected time of arrival was not available.
Using Samsung m12....and erail.in is not working properly.....when I installed the app....it was running very good....but from next day it started harassing....
Best app for enquiry. Train information etc. Lightwaight, fast and minimal ui. Real time information may not be relied upon, for example dynamic fare pricing info is not there. Use it mostly for knowing about routes, train info and more kind of static information.
1st this app does not update or update too late that user face a lot of problem. 2nd seat availability didn't show max times. 3rd train running status doest give smooth experience it irritate so, don't follow this app there are lots of app which are better than this.
App is not working since two months, server is continously down since two months at every step it displays that server is down. Please solve this issue.
it was good earlier. before updation whole app works superbly after update it not remain as good as before. fare details is wrong and it doesn't show the live status of any train.
I cannot enlarge the fonts. I suggest you make it as small as legalese fine print!!!! Then nobody will be able to read it!😡 And, it never loads on my Android tablet! RailYatri is light years ahead as one can actually read it!
