Tips to Use the App
- Don't need to remember train names or numbers. Search can be done using train number or name(partial or complete) on all the pages.
- Swipe the Home Screen left and right to access more information.
- Don't need to remember indian railways station names. Auto complete option available.
- Clicking the App Icon(in the action bar) on any page navigates back to the home page. Especially useful when you are booking tickets via irctc mobile site
- Use back button for tracking waitlisted PNR's

Not a good app. Most of the time forwarding to a webview and the data base is not updated. Also, when we press back button from web view it directly takes to home screen, these scenario happens in many times, due to this we need to fill the forms again and again.
Earlier version was better. (1). In Find Trains, Available Classes were there. (2). There was provision to Save Train Schedule as well as PNR Enquiry. With new version, expectations are for betterment. If possible, kindly reverse to eatlier one
This app was very good earlier, used to provide all info with minimal clicks. Off-late, it has gone worst, it directs you to the official IRCTC portal, even for checking seat availability/PNR status which is like defeating the whole purpose of having this app on your phone.
old version was better. This version is not showing all trains. For intermediate stations from and to it's not showing any result.So,this version is not more useful.
poor service , i have been using this for past two years. whenever an urgent information is required it shows unable to connect to network. App has not at all improved in this past two years, because of which i hereby cease from using this app.
For trains running for 2 or more days, there's no option of checking live train running status. If TODAY you want to check the live running status of a train that started its journey DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY, you actually can't do in this app but web. The live running status feature in the app is limited to "Yesterday" while it actually departed "day before yesterday". In the app, Try to live-track weekly train# 16336 every Thursdays before 1 PM (train started its journey day before yesterday)
If i had the option i might have given it 0 star considering the extent to which its performance has decreased after the update..it is really frustrating and does not work most of the times..look into it or else you will lose most of your users
before it was good and easy to use app. but after update app is redirecting to NTES website... which is too slow so we have switched to your app... but i think if this continues we have to uninstall the app
it was a very good app but now it is not working like the one it was. it connects to mobile site of Indian railways, which can also be done through browser so I have uninstalled it but I have used it for very long time since 2015. thanQ for past time and sorry for present.
I logged in to the app after very long time. And it is surprisingly better. The app is so fast and efficient, no assistance is required from any agent or anyone. I would love to use this app to book train tickets now.
The previous version of this app was more user friendly. The PNR status checking became very difficult. I don't think it is required much secuity and to do calculations to check a PNR when one is entering with his/her login id. I am just uninstalling this aap..
Am using it since more than 2 years.... works very smoothly. One thing I need to say to the developer to add coach position of train. Otherwise it is very light and fine.
Hyperlinks are asking same information to be key in that is annoying. More than the application space on the screen it is occupied by advertising space.
One year back its work very fine but when update comes. It doesnot work properly . It redirect to web pages and stuck it over the web.
Worst app ever, wastage of time, very slow, hangs a lot, train schedule option not working at all. Better don't download. Plenty of bugs
critical than previous one. creating many pages to find the train results . Intial apps was excellent, try to update as simple operation.
I'm using this app from past few 2years, but since the update has taken place the app has become worst. Earlier it was easy to check availability of trains now it has become difficult due to app update. Please look into this matter.
Good App. But still need to improve. To show the remaining distance to destination station on live train status. Can also include live train show on google maps
this app is very useful for regular rail traveler's.. it contains all the information about trains. some time it doesn't shows any information regarding some train's. I give 4out of 5.and I'm satisfied with the working of this app.
its a great app till few days back. after recent update it us just useless. every time u check for seat availablity it will direct you to another page. and after fill up all necessary things finally it shows result of "Error code C "
it's useful aap shifting its need more information like other App please add some more features in this app was very nice happen think that everyone have to download this app and it is many features like Train information is and most most most when I go to travel I always travel by that it was a nice please this I think you will also learn it thank you for using a slick 30 aap thank you very much
great easy to use app, but some difficulty registering with a foreign phone number. love how fast the info is presented and how quickly seat bookings are confirmed
Once best app has gone worst with every update. Frequent hang ups, teaching us + - mathematics. Lowering rating to one star. May delete if not improved. First improve this app instead asking for optionals. please get back to origional update. Uninstalling.
Most of the times the app is not working. You ask for PNR status and it will just keep on asking you to retry. Seat availability functionality is also not working properly. Earlier it used to be a good app but now it has become a total nuisance.
before updating its works very nice. now for each and every thing its keep moving to like web page and not much easy like previous. otherwise would provide 5 star.
It's good to find Trains and schedule and reservation availability. But sometimes it gives no response while i see availabe seats. Otherwise it is best.
I have found this App very very useful to me. I can easily find the availability of berths in the trains and the Train Schedules. I love this App.
This App works only when we are online. But it is very easy to use. Anybone can use even the person who don't use phone, they can also understand the function within 1 min.
Not found giving clear cut ideas in nutshell with crystal clear understanding. Also old notification reappear create confusion.
Earlir this app is realy very good. but from last one year, every time when i want to search train seat availability it says service unavailable. not even once or twice every time it give same reason, while other app is able to show the rest at the same time. kindly do check with your app otherwise u will loose huge number of users.
