VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! BE AWARE!!! I Paid extra money to get full refund for cancellation. When I cancel the ticket well in advance, the app shows up notification that the ticket is cancelled! But I did not get any REFUND! This happened twice. FINALLY when I reach out to customer service and explain everything- they agree with problem in the app/with their server. After a lot of inconvenience I get refund for one but NO REFUND for another TICKET and customer service call is DISABLED for me.
Nice and Good App.. Easy to use, easy to search. Take nominal charges for convenience fees. App speed is also good. No ads are there. Hustle free app. And there is every thing to do with travel booking. There is train booking there is Bus booking. There is flight booking. Also there is hotel with discounts. App is very convenience to use as it takes less time to work on every activity. Payment methods are also easy and availability for all kinds of payment methods. And SMS gateway is also there.
The application is good but needs to fix the bugs in the application. 1. It doesn't show some trains. I was searching for a train and didn't knew the number. I had to search the train in other application. 2. It doesn't show proper distance. I put the train number to see the time and distance required to cover the route. First it shown the proper information for some stations but then the distance turned from 291 km to 2297km when the next station was just 6km away.
Worst app ever, period. Didn't get me any refund for the automatic cancellation on railway ticket, neither did they give me the correct timing for the train boarding and the station arrival as well, costed a lot of inconvenience and super tiresome Experience with Ixigo. Please get me my money back Ixigo, it's not fare.
Not good for urgent bookings...... I booked my train ticket, payment made, but booking failed. It happened twice and an additional amount was charged for re-booking. Finally third time was successful. Customer service is not very fast but I still got my refund after a while.
Well designed and user friendly. Request to add filters for finding superfast trains etc. The bus reservations aren't showing up in the upcoming trips which is lame.
Completely irresponsible handling of payment. I tried booking train tickets. The amount was deducted, and on returning from payment gateway, there is no info of any transaction. I still have a booking in cart, asking for payment. Haven't even got a refund yet. It can't be trusted with any bookings or anything that involves money. I'd rather book offline if I have to face such problems.
The app was good but now its becoming the Worst app to use .....! The app wants us to pay for agent fees if we opt for via opg then our booking gets failed and the worst is money gets deducted... for refunding we have to wait upto 1-2 days and our booking train ticket opportunity will be missed and also many a time pop ups for free cancellation as normal cancellation charge is way cheaper.
I have faced the very unnecessary issue about bus booking. The money got deducted but the booking was not made. So I wanted to raise the complaint against this so I tried to look for the helpline number or email but it was no where in the app. The number I got from Google only had support for train or airline. There is no way given in the app to reach you. Though I got the refund but I was very unsatisfied with this situation. It would be great if this issue get resolved about the app.
App is good everything is fine but this needs some modification. That is if we booked a ticket, anybody can make changes in our tickets because of no password facility. So at every step in case of any changes in tickets irctc password neccessary. That's it.
Its very useful and trustful app you got accurate information about your booking status, coach postion,route,seat availability, station alarm, food ordering, flight booking,hotel booking,cab booking and many more features it is all in one app. I was using this app since last 4 years and Its always helps me alot. Thank you ixigo team for making this such wonderful app for us.
Very bad app. Payment successfully done and ticket on hold. Payment deducted from my bank and no resolution yet. Don't trust this site. No contact detail, no escalation email ID. Use with your own risk.

Horrible, The payment link is not at all up to date. It never allows to see your otp in the same mobile. To use this app you must have a separate mobile Just now the payment was deducted, but you can't go back to the booking/ payment page to key in the otp and book the ticket.
I started using this aap long back. I used to manage all my trips through this app. But then I think the app publisher tries to focus on money 🤑🤑🤑💰💰💰 & they did exactly what other publishers do "Less content & more ad".You guys should think this simple scenerio, most of the people use your app during the train journey. And the internet always fluctuate during that time.Amazingly your app perform the worst during that time. -Less Ad, -Test in low internet speed
This is the worst app ever. Two times I tried to book ticket, the ticket didn't get confirmed but the amount have been debited from my account. Such a useless app, they don't have a customer service. Some options are in there itself and we should find our solution our self...
I feel very shameful while writing, I used this app since 8 years but now this app gives false or incomplete information since 1-year. 1. All Local/passenger trains are not listed on your app. 2. Please list all local/passenger train otherwise donot list incomplete train list. 3. Running status always lags. Many times i donot board train because of your missing train list. Because of this i am uninstalling this app and says goodbye after 8 years.
I booked a bus ticket on this app but before 2 hours of journey i was informed that journey is cancelled due to unknown reasons. I tried to talk with the bus operator many times about alternative option but he ended the call every time. When i reached the pick up point which was mentioned in the ticket i found out that there was no travel company by that name. Other bus operators also told me that this type of incident has happened to many people. Neither bus operator nor ixigo gave refund.
Sometimes it says server problem.please try to fix this and train running status is not good for this please enable the options like 1. In the train option 2. Through gps option You can refer the "" whereismytrain"" app and develop the app in that manner only train running status rest is good in your app
If you don't select the " free cancellation" option, then you have to do multiple attempt for book the tickets. Also once you select "no free cancellation " and move further for booking tickets "free cancellation " option always pop's up and irritates you. Need to improve 😒.
Booked a ticket through upi.. and had to cancel the ticket for some reason... And I chose the refund mode as my UPI... It gave me a stipulated time on the same day of cancellation but tje same was not credited... When I checked it showed that if the amount is not credited within the given time contact your bank... So it was kind of disappointment... Please look upon the issue
Worst App and not so useful at required time.... I'm going to uninstall it... One straight example i will give you......there's a train which i was guided by Ixigo to pick at Platform 3 but it was in Platform 2... I had to sturggle to comeback to the actual platform along with senior citizens by crossing a over bridge which is so worst...
Very good service. One day when I book my journey, after money deduction my phone will switch off. But after one and half hour when I find charger and open it, it will resume and I booked my ticket. Really good service.
I had the most horrible experience. Bookings fail 100% of the time. Unfortunately, I had inadvertently selected a wrong boarding station and spent 6 to 7 hours unsuccessfully to change (first change) - just couldn't do it.
Was enjoying the app but then what happened is the reason why I gave 1 star only. Train number 12506 travelling late, was to leave Buxar at 20:35 and Ara at 20:39 and distance between both the station is 69 kms. Is it really possible? When did get a cruise train because it is not possible even for the fastest vehicles on earth to achieve that speed!
I have been using this app since a long time but since few months this app has gotten into being the worst. They just debit the money and the booking is nowhere to be confirmed... Plus inspite of my instant refund being activated there is no instant refund at all. This the worst possible service I would ever expect plus the customer care has also gone to be the worst over time ! I think this app should be removed from playstore now
Sir! After using several railway booking apps, I find this one to be the best till date. Functions efficiently. I would have given 5 stars, but find the full page ads at the time of closing the app to be quite irritating. Would request you to give a thought towards making smaller versions of these ads and providing these on the main page. Thanking you.
