Worst App. Not able to give single star also. Train status showing late. Slow and bulky app. Giving single star because with out selecting star rank, app is not allows to submit post.
The app lets us make the payment first n then asks for credentials whic always turns out to be wrong most of the time even though we enter the right one...the money is deducted without any tickets booked...
The new version is killing me slowly. The older version was good. It's too slow now. Please bring back the old version. Uninstalling for now.
Worst experience....not even once could i book the ticket. Fails everytime mentioning wrong password...wrong mobile number etc... Wallet money isn't refunded either
I was booked my ticket(rupees 1711)through this app, I am money paid through Google pay, My money was deducted, but in the app shows payment not successful.

Old one was very fantasy. I don't like the new one. Old one was very easy to use.

Why changed all options before 10 months it was very nice before train use to move exactly but now their is no train logo please add train logo as it was before

Such a worst app i have seen in my life, I tried to book a ticket in this app, money is debited from bank acount but ticket is not book and this money went to wallet of this app, this way they are trapping the peoples money , so please dont use these kind of unofficial apps in our life, go with only official IRCTC or UTS only.Also I called Customer care , they didnt respond , finally i got to know these are frad people. I wont think that these people are eating food or something else.
Okay but toomuch of charges compare to other site train ticket booking.

Seat availability,pnr status and all iformation from train related is very accurate.nice app.thanks developer.
I could easily work with the older version, but this version ui is new and will take some time to get used to it. Definitely a good work towards real time information about running status of trains.
