Healofy is such a useful and friendly app.It's a wonderful parenting and pregnancy application. Also useful in planing for pregnancy. It does have natural products which are fully pure organic. It is also provides the doctors live session. It gives us daily and weekly health tips and various category on different topic.
Not at all happy with the service they provide when buying products through the app. I had ordered a Nipple butter cream, after waiting for 7days I received 2 stretchmarks cream, so I asked them to exchange it with the correct product, they said it would take 8 days. I asked them to cancel. I tried to order the same through Flipkart, again I received a wrong product, a baby nibbler. The seller in Flipkart is Healofy only. If you're not able to serve correct product, then don't sell it.
It doesn't allow you to delete your account once created. Only you can uninstall the app. Worst experience about app policy. We have rights to delete the account for every app which it doesn't provide.
Good app for guide during pregnancy and further motherhood, it will keep you posted with information and tips at different stages of pregnancy and later for upbringing you little ones. The products are also good, useful and natural. Must have handy app during pregnancy.
Worst experience with Healofy . I have ordered 3 products but I have received only one. On reaching customer care, they are saying the same status every week but I haven't received the missing product it's almost 3 weeks. Really disappointed with my first purchase itself.
It's been worst first shopping experience. I have placed an order online by paying up-front, order confirmed but no shipping details provided till date. I haven't received any info regarding shipping status 10 days passed and no customer care number is available online or in app. Email ID 's provided do not respond to multiple emails drafted.
This app is very useful i used it for my sister and its really helpful. Information and online buying all in one place. What better then Healofy. Loved it. Very useful for moms.
It is indeed a great app. I have been using it for more than a year. It may prove as very helpful tool for single parent. For moms and dads in today's scenario (nuclear family), it is a great parenting tool. Hats off to the developers and contributors.... And thus five stars for what you deserve!!

Thankyou Healofy team for your support and coordination. This app is very helpful for pregnant mothers and post pregnant mothers too. Doctors are available for any pregnancy related queries and products they sell are doctor certified and healthy. I had a little problem with my last order but that should be sort out soon hopefully. Healofy team have already contact me on this. I'm really positive and happy with the service provided. Thankyou

I think this is a fraud app. I order goods from them and its been ages since ive received my order. Tried contacting them they do not exist.Google play should remove such fraud apps.
I would like to give it 0 star if possible The worst app ever it's been a month and I've not received the full order nor the refund and the customer serv. Is worse they tell me to give refund and then nothing not even answering the calls !! Complete fraud and useless service
The worst service experience you can ever have and the customer support is a third class system. I would definitely not recommended to buy the product from this app.
Worst app, i ordered some things on April 12th and the order confirmed on April 13th, it's showing they're shipped next day but till now there is no update and We can't cancel the order and also I'm paid money, anyways worst app...ever 😡😡😡 and I want my back to
Daily and weekly tips provided are very helpful and engaging. I have used thier saffron as well which is of good quality. Thanks healofy for helping all the to-be -moms and new moms.

This app is good for daily tips for pregant women and a young married women who is planning for pregnancy other than that worst for online shopping..because they took whole one month for delivering only 1 product and no response from help center...disgusting service

Im highly dissapointed, i have ordered 2 products and payment also done, but products are not shown in order sections.. order section says 0 orders.. how can this possoble.. i have tried to connect coustomer care.. itseems fraud. I would - starts.. i want money or producta back

Useless app.... In my app only weekly tip is visible..i am not able to see daily tip..I've sent a mail... Give a phone call to them but all is worthless.. They can't fix the issue
Useless app, worst service, you never get any reply from customer care. I placed order in March'22, made online advance payment n still after 2 months I haven't yet received my order, even there's no reply from customer care. Please don't waste your time
This app is an encyclopaedia of parenting, pregnancy and planning for pregnancy.Being a mom or expecting mom is an exciting journey and comes with tons of queries and anxieties,this app has a lot of useful content and there is a chat groups which helps with any questions we have and the queries are answered very quickly too ,user interface is excellent ..and recently iam started using their products too coconut oil ,methi oil was Awesome,Its rare that all things are available under one app

Worst App ever, specially in terms of shopping. They show so many tempting options for pregnant women and when you order you would never going to receive any product. I have ordered 3 products till date but never received any. The customer support will give you the same reason of technical issue everytime . I don't know why these people are promising to deliver if they can't keep their promise.
