In the middle of trying to use the direct deposit image thing, it crashes and when I try to use it again by restarting the app, the option isn't even there anymore, no more direct deposit for me I guess. It's not like I have bills to pay or anything /s

The app is great when it works, but it's been crashing when it opens for the past week. Haven't been able to view any account info in the mobile app

I enjoy the user friendly screens and way to navigate through the different functions.

Keep saying I typed the wrong username, although I made sure it's correct. After a dozen tries, I gave up and took the app off my phone.

The new app is very slow. I like the old one much better. Everything was not as crowded on the screen.

This app makes things amazingly convenient, allowing me to manage my account while I'm on the go.!

I have never had a problem with this app...it really should be rated higher than 3.5. I have been a customer for more than 20 years. More than pleased!

It's ok if your looking for the basic info. Not good for detailed info.

love the app. works great and even works with your credit cards.

how am I supposed to create a login id and password? there is no option, just "sign in" and "quick balance".

I van monoter every account I have and it all works .

Still after this update i still can not log in it keeps on saying, "Service is temporary unavaliable. Please reboot your device and try again" I restarted phone redownloaded app multiple times and still don't work. Please fix it.

Keeps asking for terms of service everytime I log in since last update. Really annoying.

Can't view mortgage details using this app. You can only view the balance.

Supposedly has mobile deposit now but it doesn't give me the option

I can't transfer money. The widget loads but I can't select which acct to transfer from or to.

I can no longer transfer money between accounts for the last 2 months
