Fingerprint scanner doesn't allow log in. No way to change login. If try to use password, it reverts to fingerprint scanner. Do NOT waste time with this app, just use website. You will save yourself a headache.
This app sucks almost as bad as their customer service line. You would think a provider of such an essential service would hold itself to higher standards when it comes to options for bill payment but this company just does not care. I have had several issues with the app and even more issues trying to pay over the phone. Get it together indiana michigan power!
This app sucks. I downloaded it so I didn't have to send my bill in the mail or spend 20 minutes on the phone. I can't log in with fingerprint or my user ID. You'll probably have to send 4 line trucks, a dig crew, and one person to fix the problem that'll take 2 years to finish.......
Terrible for paying your monthly bills. Will not remember your payment information and always directs you to the website to reenter EVERYTHING each month. Would be almost easier to mail a check in. Cannot recognize my finger print. Only app to give me problems with this
Very tempermental app. Works once and then doesn't the next few tries. Sometimes you can report an outage, but only if you're willing to possibly pay $38. You should not have to pay for reporting that you're not getting service.
This app is worthless. Had it forever and i STILL need to reset my password EVERY MONTH in order to pay my bill. And when i can't, i have to call so they can charge me $4 extra comes dollars to pay over the phone. 😒
Fingerprint scanner is useless, constantly pops up but never logs in. Most features still redirect to the website and payments are a disaster. Why does this app exist, if it's just a link to the website or for customer frustration?
As of 2/25/22 this app won't allow me to log in using a Galaxy S22. I can log through a web browser no issue.
App often logs me in to someone else's account instead of mine but I only need it to check power outages so no big problem. Shouldn't need to log in for many functions.
Keep getting a message saying 'oops something went wrong on our end try again later ' this is very frustrating when trying to pay the bill.
This app really stinks. I can never get my acct information and then to update is a never end issue! Paper bill will do just fine.
I had a hard time looking at my correct account info. Still had my old address on it. I could not access my new account with the correct address.
Can't sign in most of the time. Very frustrating. Once in the app, its pretty decent.
Flakey at best. Now i can't log into it at all but able to long in through website with the same passwords I've been using for 3 years.
I can't ever log in to see my acct info .. so paperless billing & a failed app is a horrible combo for me .. please fix this!
the app doesn't give me an opportunity to do anything. tells me my session has timed out literally 1 second before I can do anything. fix this please!
Will not read my fingerprint for login information anymore. Looks like I'm not the only one, either.

Does not load up anything keeps ING me there is a problem. What's the point of the app if I have to do everything online anyway

I should've downloaded this aap long ago, would have saved a lot of hassle when I was having an outage.
App stopped working. At login it says session has timed out.
I just need to know where the power outages are do not have a ID or password can't figure out how to get that information
Worked fine for the first month now it won't even open Almost January still won't open. Smh.
More often than not, get a "Oops" and can't connect.
It wont let me open the app with my fingerprint says the session has exprired immedialty
Worked great before needing this last update, now I can't get in it at all, says needs update and just spends pending all day
The hours and availability for you to chat with someone aren't very practical
It used to be a great app, and now it dosen't work at all. It hasn't in months
I tried using the fingerprint login, that I set up when 1st installing. It would not work. It used to work. I had to uninstall then reinstall. Now the fingerprint is working. There was no update or anything so it was mind boggling that it had to be uninstalled & reinstalled for it to work. Holding my breath on it working next month when I try to log in to pay my bill.
