The only problem I really have is with the nutritional education courses...it says they will take a certain amount of time and it would if the recording was done right...after the first slide the end of every slide after repeats a portion of the previous ones it's frustrating and quiet annoying to say the least.

It only works when it wants to which it usually doesn't. I have to keep my receipts to keep track of what benefits i still have left bc the only thing that does want to work is the barcode scanner to find what is WIC approved at the store. Needs a lot of work!! Please fix! Has a lot of potential but at this point its more of a pain in the rear than it is helpful. And yes i have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice now to try to get past the "session expired" issue as well.

Lots of glitches...For example, with the "education" section, most of the lessons play audio snippets from other lessons at the end of each slide. It won't let you move on until you listen to each one, but it's literally nonsense at the end of each slide. Today I'm having to listen to these, in this order, after each lesson.. "return to the app to finish the lesson, when you see the congratulations screen, such as cabbage and collard greens, I am full, free outside play at a park." Fix it please

Oof. Where do I begin? This app hasn't worked for me for 3 months, maybe? It is a huge inconvenience when I go grocery shopping to not be able to use the app, because I am losing out on redeeming so many of my benefits, as I do not know what is available to me. I have emailed the developers with screen shots of my phone information and specifics, etc. About 3 weeks later I got an email back saying they couldn't figure out how to fix it or what the issue was. Now app is "stopping" completely.

It's great to have but the app itself hardly works. Items that I have checked to be approved often don't go thru and I have to hold up the line figuring out what didn't go thru and remove them. Benefits don't roll over so if I don't use them in time, I lose them. Impossible to find approved juice. I'm vegan so I don't need the eggs, cheese or yogurt. Wish I could get other items instead.

This app frequently malfunctions. Lately I input my login information and it freezes on the sign-in page. I cannot access my benefits. And yes, I do have the latest and greatest version. I have gone so far as to uninstall & reinstall the app. Nothing works. Back to the paper copy I go...

An update for INWIC has just come out. It now saves your login information so you don't have to log in everytime you use it! Also all eligible foods have been updated as well. UPC scanning now has improved accuracy. In order to register with cardholder's birthday (on samsung phones), rather than scrolling all the way back through the years, simply click on the year and it will allow you to select your birth year and THEN choose your month, day, etc. For Apple phones this has not been an issue.

Unable to open the loggin through Google since getting a new phone and reinstalling a fresh copy of this app. I have tried everything I can think of. But it just crashes every time I click the g to login with Gmail. That's how I set up the account so I don't know how else to login.

was great when it worked but now EVERY TIME I try to log in it crashes. I have unloaded and reloaded it onto other devices with the same damn problem. obviously I'm not the only one having an issue with it..... so why not fix it already?! it's been going on for MONTHS no matter how many times I send a report.

I love being able to see the benefits, however the nutritional classes have some glitches. Certain sound bits will play over and over in each segment keeping me from advancing to the next segment. Lessons that should only take 10 now take 20 because of the glitches.

I used to like the app but now I am having issues. Not wanting to sign in, not showing benefits, not connecting to the server and it keeps prompting me to update the app but no update is available. I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling but that did not fix the problems.

Its helpful to be able to see the benefits and such when it works. Been having a lot of trouble over the past few months with the app not constantly closing and giving error messages.

I just installed the app, I love that I can see all my items, when and the time of my next appointment ... I will still be experiencing how everything works. And I will update my opinion according to the use that I put it. The only detail maybe only happened to me, but when registering I was not allowed to enter my date of birth quickly, I had to go month by month back, until I reached my year of birth. If you can review to correct that it would be a success. Perhaps it was a single failure.

Ever since the update, the app has many issues!! Keeps logging you out, doesnt give you time to read your screen, tells you incorrect password, you start a class & can't continue it later cuz then you have to restart it, doesn't save your spot. Ugggghhh!!

Came back to edit my review because I updated the app yesterday and now whenever I log in it tells me that my session has timed out and then closes the app on me. I've been trying all day to check what I have on my card. Extremely inconvenient! I've had the app for over a year and never had any problems until I did the update yesterday. Will probably try uninstalling and reinstalling to see if it works.

Usially I love this app, but the last few weeks, I can't even open it unless I uninstall and reinstall each and every time I want to open it. Otherwise, it jusy shuts down immediately after trying to open it. It is extremely frustrating.

UPDATE: just updated app and still doesn't work. Can't see benefits or anything still! Can't see anything on the app after recent update. After this most recent update, my appointment and any benefits are now gone. It's says no upcoming appointment or benefits. I know this is untrue because I just had an appointment less than a month ago to recertify. I worked perfectly fine before.

I have had problems with this app so many times in the past few years. The main issue is how the app keeps closing on on me, it wont even launch the app before closing out i have uninstalled, updated and reinstalled. Same issue. Not satisfactory

I love this app but lately I have been unable to even open it. It keeps crashing when i try to open the able. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall many times. Nothing works i have plenty of room in phone memory. Ugh SO MAD!!!

Very convenient I recently updated this app by un-installing it and re-installing it and it works perfectly now. I have an Android Redmi note 8. Would be nice in the future if I don't have to un-install and just update but it did save my info and password so that's nice.

I love this app when it's working properly. Often when I try to sign in through my Google account, instead of redirecting back to the app so I can check what items I have remaining on my card, it direct to the Google homepage and never signs me in. If they can get it fixed I will change my review.

This app does not work it took forever for me to register and now it wont load and keeps freezing and wont login. When i finally got registered and login in it wouldnt show me anything. I tried uninstalling and redownloading and exiting out and everything still nothing. Really disappointed in this app.

Havent been able to get the app to work in a month or so. When i try to open it the app open then closes immediately and a pop up say app not working. I cant see my benefits or what i can get with them since this is the first month of having baby foods on it besides formula. So ive been guessing and using ebt if its not covered. I wish it would get fixed ive uninstalled 3 different type amd it does the same thing.

Why did you have to change the app? It was working perfectly fine before the last update, even the one before it was a bit shoddy, now I can't see anything. It keeps saying either 'can't connect to server' or 'session expired please log back in' before it even fully loads the main page after log in.

After the newest update, this app just straight up does NOT work. It used to work flawlessly. Now it constantly will "buffer/load" IF I get past the log in screen. So frustrating!

Its crazy i havent been able to use this app in months cause it keeps saying its not working. Ive even tryed to delete and re download it. But no help its annoying!!!! Please fix the problem i loved this app it was very helpful i miss it. FIX THE PROBLEM NOWWWWWWW!!!!!!!.......

Unable to login. Not sure if there was an update but it's no longer letting me login with my Google account... It acts like it's going to then just opens a Google window instead of going back to the app. Please fix the app!!!

After this new update i can not get into app. It will not go past login screen i have tried everything. Closing out going back in, uninstalling and reinstalling but still cant get in. I bave the newest version now and it still wont go. Kinda irratating when you cant see your benifites what you got

Having an issues with the app saying it is in development stage when I try to log in using Facebook and it has not let me log in using my email that I have set up for my account. It is the updated version.

The app has not worked for me in about a month. It wont let me log in or see my benefits. As soon as i click on the app it goes right back to my home screen. I have put in 3 app report requests and its still not working... 😡
