I love the new Organized app, its seamless design and smooth transitions is a major boost for the app in my opinion. Ive had the Colts app for a very long time so I know improvements have been made. Im very pleased by this and 🤞🏻 the issue that the breaking news was late everytime is now fixed. (Will update review once I see that change confirmed). - A Major issue the app has had for years is that it was always so slow to get the News to us fans about whats going on.

Doesn't work. No videos allowed to play, all do not start. Also, points are unavailable, have been for over a year. Ive deleted app,, cleared cache,, cookies, reinstalled, everything. Please fix, we are all getting impatient. NFL never gives us any news or video coverage on our team, this is what we depend on. However to no avail.

Works great, when it works! When I'm actuality able to log in the app works great for managing tickets. Unfortunately, once I click login... all I get is a blank white screen. UPDATE: downloaded ticket master app - it won't let me sign in because I'm "offline". Refresh a few times and I get logged in... and none of my season tickets are there. So... yeah.

I used to love this app when I started cheering for the Colts. I enjoyed all the content that they put out. That being said, the recent inability to play videos had made me feel disconnected from the team. I want to see the training camp coverage, interviews, and highlights to be excited about. Please fix the video issue so I can better enjoy following this team. Thank you.

Please fix the bugs. Not able to watch any of the colts videos. If you start and stop a podcast it will more than likely create a glitch and you can't finish listening to the pod. Very disheartening.

I'm having the same issue as Jill Palmer's review. I can't seem to sell my tickets on this app. I get a far as adding price, it doesn't allow me to manage payout, I click back, it then doesn't allow me to set price. I'm then stuck in the seat selection screen.

This app is terrible. So full of bugs. And, now... after not being able to use my season ticket last year due to Covid. I was excited to get to that this Sunday. But, when I attempt to view/ manage my tickets... there is nothing there. And, my season ticket manager with the colts isn't responding either. Hopefully, this issue is fixed before Sunday.

When ads start playing, the app freezes and stops working. It's the 6th week now and have yet to hear a full game. Deleting the app; more problems than positives.

I used to be able to login a few weeks ago, but now my email address isn't recognized. I still get weekly emails, but I guess that doesn't matter.

For the last few weeks it has only registered points inadvertently. About 3 weeks ago there was a thousand points for an Instagram sign up and another 250 for a post I did both and in still waiting on my 1250 points. I figure you guys owe me about 3000 points and stuff that has been missed. I asked my season ticket rep about it a few weeks ago and she really had no idea who to contact about it.

Even with every category of notification turned off, still getting push notifications for fluff articles. Had to disable from UI which is unfortunate because I wouldn't mind getting relevant ones that I should be able to select through the settings.

I have had multiple forced signouts then error codes followed by no matching account errors. then I wait go back in and miraculously everything works. It is amazing that teams are putting so much trust in this Ticketmaster interface because this season there will be a lot of people stranded at the gate due to these issues. FIX THESE ISSUES for the fans. Also have to login with separate Ticketmaster and colts accounts inside Ticketmaster portal.

Can someone fix the damn video already, it hasn't worked in over a month, this is embarrassing as an organization at this point, I mean do you realize your videos are getting no watches anymore, don't get how incompetent this team running the app is. There are multiple posts complaining can't watch video anymore, do something!!!!!!!

App is free, but has cost me $300 so far. I'm trying to sell my tickets, get to the third step, click payout method, nothing happens. I tried many times over several days, and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Now I'm stuck with tickets I can't use or sell.

The notifications pop up even though I have all of them set to off. App only seems good/worth it for the loyalty points. If they didn't have that it'd be off my phone already.

The issues with my previous review have been corrected, new release is behaving normally, don't like the new look/layout but will get used to it soon enough. Thanks for the Fix!

Had to install the app on my mother's iPhone, while standing outside of the stadium, because "Manage Tickets" screen never loads. Can't log into Ticketmaster directly for the tickets either. If the only way to get into the game is through the app, perhaps make sure you can actually load the screen on the Android app???

Used the app to attend a gane with digital tix. I made sure to turn off all notifications, but since the game 36 hours ago, ive been sent no less than 5 notifications. Come on now.

Mostly works, but I can't ever sell my tickets on the mobile app. I can set my price, but the button to manage payout method never works. So I have to log onto my computer browser to sell any of my tickets.

Have used this app for awhile with no issues, but just updated my phone and now none of the content in the app opens. Hopefully a simple fix.

Terrible with Android. When selling tix, parts of the functional screen don't appear. Unable to sell tix -- similar situation as some other reviewers.

I have been using this app for years with no problems. My loyalty points have not updated since 5/11/21. I log on everyday and read/watch videos. Please update my points.

The ticket portion of the app is just bad. It's totally unreliable and the integration with Ticketmaster is a joke. I wouldn't have this app if it weren't for the fact that it's the only way to get into the game.

They've changed tbis app. It was never great but now it's a joke. The only thing used it for was to look up a player by his number but they removed that capability. Worthless now.

You expect me to be able to get my tickets with this stupid app.. I hate this I want paper tickets... this is ridiculous I can't even get past the 1st page of the app it keeps wanting me to allow notifications which I have I have and it still won't let me in

Was unable to login to my account to get my mobile tickets, WiFi and data not the problem!!! Not a dependable app ! Was embarrassed and infuriated at check in to the game. Going to request regular tickets sent !
