fantastic application keeping culture alive
AUSSUME childten love them
Used this app with the art cards to hear stories about Kakadu - loved hearing the words in their language, but also appreciated the English explanation on the cards and spoken for some of them. Also loved the 3D effect when looking at things, helps with feeling like you're really there. My kids love it too.
Great concept and approach at sharing knowledge! I'm looking forward to more markers or logos to use on this app... I'll keep an eye on Facebook or app notifications I suppose?
This app is Moorditj!
I can't wait for more. Great for language and cultural transmission. Would be good to get song translated.
Its Nice concept of using AR for providing insight into the culture and traditions of the Indigenous people. All the Best Indigital...
No wonder it was rejected by Apple. The cult of culture is the cause of all indigenous peoples suffering who reject the developed world and futily demand to live in remote communities whilst demanding the services available in the modern world.
Gets stuck in scanning mode, terrible drain on battery, seems to be made by an outsourced Indian company. No wonder it got rejected by Apple. Stop crying wolf because your app got rejected and blaming it on 'racism'
Apple may have a point. App doesn't work or deliver on it's promise of storytelling. Just hangs on scanning screen. Maybe if it did something it might rate beyond 'limited interest'
Takes ages to open, drains battery abnormally fast, and doesn't really seem to do anything? There's just a 'Scanning' thing spinning around and absolutely no indication of what I'm supposed to do. Also I'd be curious to know how much this app was made in Australia, there's a big 'Powered by bmsils' watermark on it.
As others have note, the app gets stuck in scanning mode. Pity.
People saying it gets stuck in the scanning screen, read the description completely. You have to download and point out at the digital marker. It works fine for me.
What a fantastic concept! Well done. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Great app helping Indigenous people be part of the digital economy
Looking forward to the launch of the full version.
I looked forward to learning but unfortunately the app just sits on its scanning mode after starting. It doesn't seem to find anything that interests it no matter what I point it at. It blocks access to the android soft buttons so I had to turn off my phone to get out. Hopefully a future version will work better. It's a great concept but needs better delivery. Maybe it's not compatible with Android 7.1?
It's stuck on scanning mode, and the woman who made this app got a reward somehow
