This app makes all Indigo travel related transactions easier. One minor bug during web check-in, it doesn't accept any mobile number in covid self declaration page. If this is sorted out, it'll be better. Had to use webpage from browser to do web check-in.
flights got reasonable price. App UI is the smoothest I've seen in the sector, and the overall booking experience, virtual assistance, notifications everything is on point. Great service.
No option to download boarding pass after the 60min. If you checked in through app. Keep a screenshot of the app. Because they remove the option of boarding pass before 60min of flight.
This app is a nightmare for me to use. I tap on "View Boarding pass" it says Session Expired. Tap on another menu and the same thing happened again. So I ended up firing up the browser on my cell and accessing the Indigo website from there. Had to have the boarding pass emailed to me. Very frustrating. Please fix the " Session expired" error that appears immediately after tapping a menu item. Doesn't help that in Indian airports you have to show a boarding pass 5000 times. Smh.
Worst app. Always show the entered details is incorrect when I checked Refund status. Also there is no way to change destination. I booked ticket from Dubai to Kozhikode, due to some maintenance in DXB airport, flight are going to operate from Dubai Al Maktoum Airport. Eventhough the destination are similar but not able to change my ticket. So i cancelled my ticket.
System was extremely slow and confusing. After multiple attempts, I somehow got an incorrect itinerary and although I canceled in a minute I was charged 80% as cancelation charge. I had to book again and so finally paid 180% of total amount. Extremely upset with the experience.
Well the app is only marginally better than the browser interface... the same problems which exist in the browser interface exist here as well. The first payment is debited and then the refund takes several days.... I paid a massive 20k for two tickets one way which was promptly debited and as per the UPI and bank it was credited to indigo but the tickets weren't confirmed. If I were not having any more money then i need to wait until the money is credited back to my account... which unfortun
Extremely poor app. Cannot do web check-in. Cannot fill out health declaration form. Doesn't even take the correct input and displays something totally different than what you entered. Very unhappy that Indigo wouldn't even provide a decent app for convenience.
In mobile app, after entering name, app goes off when ID number is above to enter. Made payment in laptap for a ticket and my account debited for Interglobe. No message about payment and ticket received. Made complaints in website and my feedback form also. Not even acknowledged.
They are fooling people. They will show lower prices but then will charge you so much additional fees like seat booking charge, convenience charge, baggage charge and so on making them the most expensive flight. Their whole business model is a scam. Don't ever book a flight with them no matter the urgency.
Pathetic experience while trying to check in through the app. Earlier complaints have gone unheeded. App allows me to log in with my mobile number, but does not accept the same mobile number as valid while checking in. Absolutely unacceptable from a professional airline like indigo. Especially because I have gone through the rigmarole of talking to their executives and requesting them to raise this as a complaint. IndiGo SIMPLY CANNOT BE USED on the go. Very UNMOBILE!!
Not even deserved to be rated as 1 star. App not even working. You guys mandatorily ask us to do web check-in. But web check-in option will not available. Attachment button is not working to send the screenshot. Worst ever app.
Despite multiple complaints, indigo fails to resolve the bug in the App for web checkin. It does not recognize mobile number as valid. I dont understand whether they are bothered about customer. When I raised the issue in March 22 Miss Linda promised to resolve. Such a simple bug but you are unable to resolve.
On this app it's just impossible to get any ticket or boarding pass downloaded or printed. It was same three months ago, it's same as of now. Disappointed.
The Indigo app leaves u with a painful experience. Since morning I tried web checkin multiple times and it kept saying "Error, please try after sometime". This is not the first time that am facing issue with Indigo app. It is better to stick to thr website till Jet Airways becomes fully functional :). Hope Indigo management is listening.
Whenever I try using app to generate boarding pass, it mentions enter valid mobile number. I have rechecked and all details entered are correct. However, when go through your web options I am able generate BP. pls do the needful in the app
In sept 21, I have upgraded my hdfc credit card with Ka Ching Indigo Credit card. It is having worst customer care service. The motive of this card is to deny the reward points. The reward Balance is not showing. The reward points are credited after three months of spending which is a Industry Worst. No one should apply for this Card
Terrible check in experience. Invalid mobile number before boarding pass generation even after giving proper mobile number. What a waste of time.
Just downloaded, the flight got stuck, app doesn't open. What you can see is an aeroplane with dotted lines..
They treat small town (here, Ranchi) flights like trash. Over 3 hours late, our baggage hasn't arrived at the destination (Hyderabad) yet. All the passengers are waiting like fools. Please treat all flights equally. This is ridiculous.
Fastest booking happens on the IndiGo app. Also booking on the app offers features like Student Discount, Senior Citizen Discount and also the Vaccination discount known as the Vaxi fare. Good experience so far.
I had to make tickets twice for no reason..money got deducted twice. and have to wait for refund for 5 6 days. this is unnecessary.. ur app and website just looks good but is actuallybad
With current times I would appreciate it if Indigo support payments made by Visa Debit/Credit cards issued outside of India. Have made multiple attempts using cards with no luck.
Everytime when I try to click on view/modify itinerary option the application closes abruptly. I even tried to install the same application on three different smartphones of different brands still the problem is same. And this issue I am facing for atleast last 4 months. First time I thought this bug will be resolved eventually in next update. But this app doesn't get updates frequently.
Useless app unable to book ticket. My ticket is cancelled but the app shows still confirmed. The only message I can see is ERROR for everything.
IndiGo flight and service r good and the crew members and staff is very helpful, polite, respectful and take care of everyone in flight as well as on ground I always use IndiGo and say everyone to travel on IndiGo flight
One of the worst airline. And Mumbai airport immigration is is very slow due to which i missed my connecting flight even i have the boarding pass for it. They call me once and didn't do any effort to call passenger to process immigration faster for customer. And after they will charge 4000 per person extra or even more and the price keep changing and at last they make you feel that the they had to take ticket. They play with your hard and short period times to grab more money. 3rd class
I have been using Indigo for sometime now. I always do my bookings through the app. It was flawless untill few weeks back. Now the issue is when I am booking the return flight of a round trip, it's showing 'no flights available modify booking'. It's happening repeatedly. This issue needs to be addressed.
