Indigo Virtual Assistant

It's fast. I'm still on sgs4 and it's snappy. The Google assistant very often skipped my first few words so I had to repeat myself. I thought it was because the phone is kinda slow but it turned out people have it on the latest top devices. This app is great. I like thorough responses to questions like how tall or heavy something is, - it doesn't just give an answer, but also shows a conversion table, so you can see how much it is in other units. Cons: uses your alarm tone for reminders.

Its a great app, but recalling to other movies i have watched, technology assistant are like good friends and they talk to you all the time. Does the app really require data connection all the time? I mean, come on it would be better without data connection and lyra virtual assistant should be a mode. Phones should be on the mode so it can be used all the time. I would appreciate if there are some changes concerning this issue. And by the way...its a cool app. Thank you.

This is a very good digital assistant. It can perform all the basic tasks and some pretty advanced ones too. The app itself is basic and is clean. No spammy ads. Voice recognition is great and the ai engine is surprisingly capable. Able to understand most words and the answers are accurate too. It is certainly better than siri and a good replacement to Google assistant. Like assistant its conversation skills are great. Overall very good software. Give it a try.

This app performes as advertised. My only issue is that as an assistant app (pressing and holding the homr button) it has to literally load the app every time..and on top of that I have to tap the mic icon so it starts listening.....all in all this is not very quick like something such as google would be...it seems the app was not really designed to be an assistant (otherwise, it would not try to load the entirety of the app and its UI would not cover the entire screen when pressing and holding the home button)...this is a big deal for me as the only reason I ever want to use voice assistants is for quick commands....but in this case, I think it would take the same amount of time to tell the app to call someone as it would take to just do it myself.

This is a short app which has enormeous interaction features. Friendly, efficient and useful. With a 'sense of humor' that keeps interaction interesting. I had Cortana, (that I really love!!) From Microsoft. It is not available anymore. Then, Siri... that is useful just that. Nothing amazing and the Google app that Is not my type. Glad that Lyra exists. It doesn't store or accumulate useless dialogs, but keeps on being updating it's performance and learning. That is more that considering my time. It also considers 'space' on my mobile, even if it's not possible to be installed on the sd card. Please, DO NOT change it. It's ok like that. Thanks

Can grab my words, but anything other than very simple responses do not elicit a response of any reasonable type or use. One thing, for example, would be not have to speak out everything written on the screen, but there is no option to change this... And that is just to start. My fingers are sore now, I cannot wait for endless updates.

I think that she has not yet been able to clearly decifier what was said I have to repeat to many times what I've said. Other than that I would like to be able to change colours for background and be able to dress up a seen assistant. On the start up of the phone she should be a floating icon or at least at the top of the dash board so that I don't have to look in the apps to start up assistant.

It understand every single word most precisely even I mispronounce some. And the Response is quite satisfying. I am impressed!. But I cannot hear the voice. so it feels like chatting rather than talking. overall very good. it would be nice if it respond to any name. as an AI , it's not complete. but as an assistant, it works well.

Doesn't work without having Google app installed. The whole point of using a different assistant app is to get away from Google. And while it seems to do a good job recognizing speech (which I can only assume, due to the previously mentioned issue, is because Google is the one actually doing it), it has no clue what to do with it. There's absolutely no context awareness.

Refusal of operation. Upon creating my account, granting access to every permission and resetting my password twice (no idea why as i just made the account) i was finally able to get the final screen starting that i had no internet. I'm on WiFi and data to somehow post this review. Wish i could've learned anything about the app but it doesn't work for me.

I will give 4 stars just because of what happen to my phone last year I download. I tried to play music and suddenly all of my music dissapears. And there is a message that sent by google saying that my phone is lagg and some of my files are gone. So I have deleted Lyra because I scared that would happen again. And a good side this app is good not as good as google assistant but its still works. And I think this app is good for the phone that doesn't have google assistant. It is great!

Well, Lyra it's a good virtual assistant, the voice recognition it's wonderful even with a loud sound. But looks like it doesn't works in background, which is complicated for a virtual assistant, we're going to use it off hands! Hope the team add this function soon ;)

The app was great it recognized what I was saying better than Google but apart from that this ai assistant is not ready for going into the field ,Cause for you to use it you gona need to always keep the app open unlike Google assistant which have voice match and Robin assistant which have quick ball you can from it open the mic so you can access both of them anywhere on your phone ,also the assistant don't give you ability to control anything on the phone "turn on flashlight" don't exist.

Great app for organizing your phone! I would recommend it for anyone who would like to have all their important stuff in one place, without the need to use many apps, including the calendar or notes. I'm amazed by the intelligence of the virtual assistant 😊 Loved it from the beginning.

So far, so good. My only complaint is sometimes there's a delayed response when I make a request: The mic appears to be in listening mode, but Lyra doesn't respond for about 30 seconds. I don't know if it's a glitch or my phone. ETA: Lyra also can't find some songs, and they are all in the same folder. And there's no way to change the site she gets news headlines from. She uses Yahoo by default for them. So you have to tell her to use other sites for news.

This is a courtesy I am extending to this, hopefully earlystage, quickly growing A.I. I realize 4 and 5 star reviews of the lengthy and helpful kind will do more to get this program noticed than most anything, as well as this dev. team's lack of either funds or conviction. Firstly I need a few things to adapt, as adaptability within a limited A.I. is arguably more crucial than a more advanced competitor. I would like the ideas of background options and wake upon voice command with keywords.

A really awesome personal assistant. Has been really helpful with phone calls, reminders and emails. She is there to help with anything you need. She definitely puts other assistants out there to shame. Lyra is in the top 5 best personal assistants. I have heard a few good things about Lyra prior to downloading.

This app is really rubbish It starts and then crashes down leaving you frustrated. Most times when you try to use it again it shows error and gives you a link which leads to a whole lot of confusing rubbish. Please make this app better and easier. Thank you

It all works great! A good replacement for Google Assistant. I do wish you would add two things, though. • A way to view and delete alarms, not just create them • A way to have more of a conversation that flows If you could add these in, I would be very grateful, thanks!

Definitely disappointing. I don't often give one star reviews but she is terrible. First off, Lyra uses Google's speech recognition technology. Her voice is very monotone. Clicking the microphone provokes a delayed response. I tried to test out her features. Send a Tweet. "Sorry, something went wrong." The UI of the application is outdated, boring, and does not do it justice. Stick with Google Now. If you want to change your assistant then Download Cortana, even she is better than Lyra.

Unable to start using your app. Register form asks me to enter at least 7 char password, containing at least one digit. After entering 7 digits, password still not accepted. Also, feedback button in app leads to "Share with" dialog. Think, that it's enough.

I love this Ai it's the best of many I've seen, there are no adds and it is really good at understanding you. The only thing I wold like the developer to add to this is a setting for a wedge on the home screen for fast use of the Ai and if possible I'd really like it if the Ai can remove your allarms and reminders when you ask it to. I wouldn't just recommend this app but if I cold I'd support the developer. : )

it's perfect but it will be even better if you could add a talking animation on the screen so it would be better. And it should be able to access things like flashlight data Wi-Fi and it could be minimised so you can use it while using other apps😀😃😉😎

I'm impressed with it's work It's pretty smart, I don't know why but I think it can compete Google assistant, Alexa, Siri and Bixby too. . . But still it needs to be as smart as Google assistant or Alexa to compete them. Still long way to go.......... And I hope artificial solutions can do it. Best of luck 👍

Lyra is by far the best and most responsive assistant I have used. It's easy to communicate with and so user friendly. My swamped with work, days do not turn into a chaos now. Helps me plan my day just the way I want and unlike other assistants doesn't make you repeat yourself a million times. In my opinion it's just like having an efficient and intelligent (human) personal assistant to handle the little things so that you can focus on the real ones.

It sooo fast and lite and doesn't load more on mobile ram.. It work faster than Google on low end phones.. But I wish it can do more things like opening up with any screen using microphone like saying "hey Lyra" or other like that.. But don't make it heavy on our phones 😅

I really like the AI, but the point in having a voice assistant is operating it's programming button free. There's no way to start it without opening the app and pressing the mic button.

Very decent app... Works like a charm in most instances.. There are a few cases in which it not able to compute whats ask but when asking for general helping this seems to be front of the line. Just want it to be more cheeky thou thing that would make it more fun if it had a personality somewhat...

Although Lyra is an excellent AI app, I only give 3 stars because its microphone doesn't work in older versions of Android. Im tempted to delete it since im tired typing everything i want to ask, unless you plan fixing the mic in the next update for older androids
