Easy to use app and fast approval. But their debt collector is no difference than Illegal Pinjol, disgusting and threatening people even though we have good credit score, they dont care. Now they non-active the limit even though I dont have any debt with them. So funny, and their call center number is not even registered, haha
after a while using this app, and also do some transaction, now i can't use a transaction anymore, and my account is blocked. 1. I Never pay late. 2. I doesnt have any outstanding Payment. 3. I Never Do Any Illegal Activities or Any Suspicious Activity. I email the customer service about this matters, and they are not responding or replying. if you all wanna use this app . think twice or thrice.. it will disappointed you
They just want to colecting user, but they won't to give you loan, everything they will rejected, paylater, cash loan, everything... what a such a useless app waiting for verivication more then 1 day, isn't worth it!!
Waiting for PayLater approval, I will update my review later. Ok this is my update, the approval process done within minutes. Very easy and smooth UI/UX, really recommended app for everyone looking for a quick PayLater scheme. Now I wish that I can use my credit for good and pay my loans ontime :)
Better use this app for Paylater only. The interest for the loan is waaayyy too high and annoying spam before due date 👎

I already paid before due date and my tracing payment was good never delay of payment, but now indodana made my paylater not active today. I am dissapointed

Bad service ever!! I'm your loyal customer, but you treat me like trash, this is my 3rd times use your application but the last time service REALLY REALLY BAD !!! I just late 3days and already gave your sales team my answer about my payroll that reschedule far from the date line But now you block me JUST BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T CARE WITH ANY REASON THAT I GAVE TO YOUR SALES TEAM
I cannot finish the registration form just because my selfie image is always cannot be verified, tried like 10 times then I give up. Too much hassle...
Be careful, don't borrow here. These apps are like loan sharks and you will be trapped. Don't just click, because you will immediately be in the loan process without you knowing the tenor, interest, and so on. And you can't cancel even if you immediately confirm the cancellation, either email or phone, before they transfer. They won't care. Caution. It is recommended to borrow in other applications.
Honestly, I thought this app was good. I paid off my interest in hope I could get a bigger loan. Paid off 4 million in advance and then when asking for another loan they approve me with only 1 mill when I applied for 10. I don't get it

having bad experience with this app. yes, the money was quick getting into your account, but the interest rate is 40-50% of the loan amount. also, the debt collector always spam chat & call even when its not the due date yet. im writing this review to warn other people, becarefull before you make a loan here.

Very bad application, you don't even get any information about the nominal of your loan, interest, and etc. I just filled the detail and then voilaaaa I got the loan without any confirmation. I tried many times to cancel the loan but the cs said it can't be cancelled. Sooooo disappointed, the interest is soooooooo hiigghhhhh... Terrible fintech. I would never use this application again
I applied for this app for online paylater purposes, but the credit limit given was way too far from enough, only one million. Tried to upgrade the limit, but i should wait for six months long, what a long wait!. I don't recommend using this app for cash loans, 'cuz the rate is way too high. You have to return almost 1.600.000 for the money as much as 1 million that you borrow for a 3-month period of time.
This app is trash ,hard to use and so complicated ,I prefer use Kredivo for borrow money
I used to like this app. Aside from the nonstop crazy phonecalls days before payment date. What I HATE about it now is, they ONE SIDEDLY WITH NO REASON deactivated my paylater limit so I cannot use their service anymore although I HAVE NOT PAID LATE even once!!! Tried to email them but no clear answer and their call center is not active.
