What a stupid application! Any wrong button and the application kicks you out very easily... So annoying... So many people on the application have no pictures .. the Application should not let people have a profile if they do not want have a picture. You cannot do anything until you pay money! They should learn from OkCupid which lets you email for free.
App is a perfectly serviceable counterpart to the website. What I do find a bit irritating is that despite Cupid Media being fairly far-reaching with multiple different countries available, a subscription (which is NOT cheap, btw) will only cover ONE of the sites. So if you purchase a subscription for this, you'll have to pay ANOTHER ridiculous subscription fee to access FilipinoCupid, VietnamCupid, or ANY of the other Cupid sites. Utterly bizarre and incredibly greedy.
Extremely buggy app. Why do you have to keep making the top menu disappear and reappear everytime we type a msg and click on submit? It's such a stupid design!!! Just leave the top menu permanently displayed!!
I plan to upgrade to be gold membership,already select it and have a sufficient balance in my mobile however tried many times and it said unsuccessful because insufficient balance. My balance 339.000 and i think it sufficient balance to deduct for 333.000 to be gold member
Rubbish interface. When in search mode there is no way to go back to the home page. No notifications. Looks like it was designed by a complete amateur.
What a stupid back! Don't work back button for this app!so greedy they are!even after matching you can't send message! You need to upgrade, Irritating UI experience..I need to delete my account even their is no way of doing this! They are forcefully trying to keep users here??😞
Good Effort App is nice. Though needs lots of improvement, which will happen I am sure. But start is quite impressive. Sometimes it hung up, overall it's good. Make it more user friendly. Thanks
Watch your bank statements - I've been double charged more than once and yet to get my money back. I write to their service desk, provided evidence from my bank account and my membership history (which they can see) and they simply said "we can't see a double charge". Criminal.
I cannot login, AGAIN.... for the third time in CUPID groups (Christian Cupid& International Cupid)! I just became a member last night& now, I cannot lohin again. Why this is happening with me? I even use differents email& has verified myself by sending my ID card last night. PLEASE, fix this! Thank you
Basically useless if you try to use it for free, u can't even see the message sent by other users. If u can't try it, you'll never know is it worth the price.

This is a terrible app because as soon as you download it, you are told to upgrade because you are not allowed to message anyone. The organizers of this app are too greedy and their greed is going to back fire on them as people will end up deleting this app as soon as they download it. There is one terrible weakness of IndonesianCupid: its membership fee is 1/7 to 1/2 of income of most Indonesian people. It is like if you are in America and you are asked to pay USD 500 for 1 month membership.

After one year switch off my account, i still get notification email "someone sent me message" and if i want to unsubscribe it, i have to reactivate it, this is totally scam. This means my account still posted there and everyone can see it and even sent me message. And no way to delete it permanently. Never installed this apps!!
