IndPay provides you anywhere, any time banking for Indian Bank customers. The Customers can do the entire banking operations 24x7 at his/her finger touch.This service is available to all Indian Bank customers having an operative savings account. The customers who are having active Internet Banking or Mobile Banking can register on line. The customer's who are not having Internet Banking can avail the Internet Banking by visiting our Net banking Website (www.indianbank.net.in). For Registration to IndPay Service:The customer will be asked to enter the CIF Number(Customer Number). OTP will be sent to the Registered Mobile Number. After entering the OTP, The customer will be asked to register using the Indian Bank Netbanking login or ATM card credentials. After validating the Netbanking/ATM Credentials, you will be asked to set MPIN and MTPIN. The MPIN and MTPIN should not be same. After finishing the Registration Process, Customer can login with the Credentials. Features in IndPay:Balance Enquiry, Mini statement. Fund transfer within the Bank, Fund transfer to accounts of other banks using NEFT and IMPS, Bill presentment and payment, Mobile and DTH Recharge and Value Added Services like Change MPIN & MTPINScan and PayAn Unique feature has been added in IndPay for fund transfer by scanning the QR code to pay the merchants which can be used in the Merchant outlets where the IndPay QR code is available.

It works for me just fine & and i consider it very basic net banking app. but the looks, logos & other UI items are very unpleasant to the eye. I believe the year 2019 demands much more contrast to be put in UI department. the logo is improperly scaled, the text looks very unsuitable. the text scaling in button and the button sizes/shapes just very inappropriate on the screen it is present. you people should hire good UI/UX designer and get it done. also i believe it doesn't cost much.

Worst app ever I found. Nothing is good. New version of the app is very bad. I switched to a new cellphone and when I installed the app, the CIF verification process is not working. I tried many times sending the SMS, but it just doesn't work stating mobile network is unavailable or insufficient balance. Even small startups with minimal.

Very outdated platform. One would feel as though one is using something from the 1990s! App is not often updated. And in recent time it's not possible even to login as the app keeps trying to load and finally says "Server is taking too long to process your request. Please try again later." I uninstalled and reinstalled it but to no avail. This app is finally practically useless.

After a update I thought that it will be fast then before but most of the when click on the app interface and try to open / login it shows a buffering sign just for less than 1s and then stop... I will just humbly request the all software development team please work on this issue and make a good interfaces, fix the bug and make it attractive looking by adding new features.. Thank You

This app is having all kind of issues. It's very disappointing that this app is not at all working. Every time some error is showing. Some silly errors. Timeout or no enough balance or like that. I'm not able to transfer amount for the past 10 days. Very much disappointed. Kindly do something

The app is very useful and robust.. but there was no update on the enhanced security feature wherein the app does not connect to the servers when on wifi network. But works okay when connected through registered mobile data network. The team should please notify the same as this will enhance the user experience and avoid less rating . Thank you.

Most of the time while doing transfer submit button goes down. And not able to submit the transaction. This is too irritating. Pls do proper testing in mobile environment before the deployment. And also recently, even entering correct password it shows incorrect. While entering password instead of showing dot (.) It shows some symbol like ΒΆ. Please fix the same at the earliest.

This app is user friendly and i have felt it is very comfortable either in viewing the balance, transfer the funds, open deposit accounts, changing the pin numbers, obtaining cheque books etc. some times,technical glitches are happening but it is common and in the course of time,the problems are rectified by the HO overall,the application is nice.

What happened to this app? Not able to just login. Displaying all sorts of ques relating to silly problems. Login error, ur CIF isn't verified, error in sending msg, ur android isn't up-to-date, blah blah blah.... There sort to be issues with whole network. Please take utmost care for ur customers. Update app as soon as possible.

Very worst app I had ever used. Customers keeps complaining but the developer not updating the app. I am trying to login, it keeps says server error. After long time trying, I had cleared cache and data and try to login by using CIF number, it asked me to choose sim which will be used for sending sms. After I tried more than 5 sms also the sms charged, it keeps shows server error. This update really bad in user experience. I hope developer atleast fix bugs this time unlike previous versions...

Very poor design from IT side. Developers please improve your skill else change the team.. view Pass book is not at all opening showing "cannot read property 'amountType' of undefined". if i have to transfer fund for second time, then error occurs 'servers unable to process'. So it like can send money once per login. Many issues in this app. seems you dont even test the app from end to end.Pls improve the services or else delete the app.

Most of the times, some server error or the other when trying to login. During an emergency, it's totally impossible to check your accounts when this error occurs. Sometimes transactions will fail just when you try to complete.

Worst app to use...I tried so much time it shows check your internet connection but I have fast internet connection. I face this issue past two month. Development team please rectify the bug. Login taking too much time. I transaction taking too much time also after loading still in same page so I pressed again the amount going twice Time.

I didn't see this kind of banking app in my history. This app is too much slower than any other banking app. I face login error many times due to network, however i have very good network strength, and today when I try to do transaction suddenly got message that "your app not respond well so we can't processes your transaction please contact bank if your amount deducted" and I see that my amount was deducted but not credited to beneficiary's account.

Couldn't verify CIF despite message sent to verify. Pop-up message shows that ERROR as SMS couldn't sent or Mobile network problem. But true is verification message had sent and message delivered, not fetching right process. Annoying me. Past 1 week I'm trying this to happen, have this issue. I have using IndPay for last 2 yrs.

I tried to log in but it says server taking too long .please try again later. I have been trying for 2 hrs and it says the same. I used wifi and 4G data too.. whats the problem ,whats the use of this app when its not working during emergency.. It also says 'your transaction amount is higher than balance' eventhough balance was very high enough .

My account is deleted automatically. When I try to add it again it says error in sending sms, couldn't verify cif. I don't know what to do. Like this it happened 2 - 3 times. Sometimes it says server is busy. Sometimes it takes some many time to log in. Please! Check this Ind Team.

Very poor performance. I am unable to re install the app as it shows error message continuously while trying to get the CIF no across for verification. Earlier it was working fine but now since first week of April, I am unable to even check my balance causing me a lot of inconvenience as I had to make all my bill payments thru checks instead of online as I do every month. Expected better service from Indian Bank.

The worsest worse of the banking app. Absolute rubbish. After changing my phone, when I tried to onboard the App, after entering the CIF, the SMS is sent for verification. But the Aop says insufficient balance eventhough amount is deducted for the SMS. I lost lot of money for SMS. The worst MAKE IN INDIA APP. A shame for us. Do NOT INSTALL THIS APP. ABSOLUTE WASTE. A pity for public sector banking. I can give MINUS trillion stars. But there is no such provision. A pity.

kindly include other features like credit card, debit card lock and others provided with separate app. Its quite annoying of using too many apps for different features. it will be better if all functions are available in this and try to avoid server problems as possible

Never used such a worst banking app. Most of the time even the simple actions such as adding an indian bank beneficiary itself fails. often the server is taking too longer time to process even simple requests such as ministatement, often fails too. This app is functional for several years but still help feature not enabled. No mode for raising complaints regarding problems faced with the app. Seems like an app developed for name sake to satisfy some higher ups , and no useful updation visible

Over complicated and buggy app. During user registration, the app sends an sms and then waits for ever saying "verifying customer id". I think the app is even switching the network from 4G to 2G to send an SMS. Tried to register multiple times without success.

Always showing cannot connect to server.. how many times should we try to reconnect it.. seriously look into it and resolve as soon as possible.. there is no alternative for this and cannot really go to bank for every transaction.. Really worst experience!

When i opened my account two years ago i was happy to use this app. It use to be prompt without any issues. but from the past 6-8 months the performance has gone terribly bad. there is 70% chance your app won't open on weekends. today it crossed all my patience limit where it's Monday and i want to check my transactions but the app isn't loading. goodbye Indian bank! I'm shifting my bank accounts this week itself!

#Firstly,all my transactions failed suddenly. #Secondly when I reinstalled the app, it said CIF(ss on PB) is wrong! Even, "Error sending verification number".#Third,ss I registered a complaint thr using one of the options, its been a month now, the status shows 'Pending'.#Fourth, after multiple tries, must be around 23 trials I struggled to get verified. #Fifth, now I can't add a Non-IB Beneficiary.As I After receiving the OTP,its says ' BenificName already exists', but doesn't appear in list

It's taking lots of time during transfer. Processing is very slow. Instead of having separate app for other things should contain everything in one app. Very bad experience. Bank has so much reputation but online transactions are useless. Please try to adopt latest technology.

I keep experiencing an issue. When I open the app it says to change MPIN and MTPIN. After changing the pin numbers the app suddenly crashes. Happens all the time because of which I am unable to use the services of the app. Please provide a bug fix
