It's economical compared to Ola and Uber. But the problem is that there are very few drivers as compared to other cab services. Additionally, drivers accept my request, calls to confirm, but after that doesn't move an inch from it's position. After that if I cancel the ride, they temporarily halt my account, which is really annoying.
So far so good. Have been using this app mostly when going longer distance than usual, as uber ola seem to have crazy surges at times. It give me as well as the cab driver transparency and i can avoid waiting for driver to call and say "oh sorry I'm not going that way.'...or ask' what is the fare showing' and then cancel. Saves a lot of time, and some money (as of today)
Dont install this app - take it as a warning. They are stupid. They show they give you an option to choose fare but they dont. Driver sends request of price more than the max rate. You accept it only for the driver to not turn up. He didnt turn up. But in app they showed he has reached destination. Although he didnt. Called him. His response was weird and unexpected. It was far from the original destination. He didnt reach. Called him to know where he is. He didnt pick up. Then forwarded the cal
The app is good. One thing seriously needs to be done. The phone number of the customers should not be visible to the drivers and vice versa as other apps did. Because there are a lot of issues for the girls as the drivers often send them inappropriate messages and harass then afterwards. The safety of and convenience of the customers should be the top priority and this issue needs to be looked into on urgent basis.
The best e-hailing apps ever. Registration was fast & seamless. Nothing fancy about the permission. Maps is super accurate as it derives from Google maps. Nearby drivers responded quickly to my offer. Highly recommend this apps. Will trash other apps. Not needing them anymore. Bye other apps!!!
Currently it's the cheapest among other cab, the driver said this app doesn't charge them 20% like the so called "superapp". Of course it has downside like we can't pay through the app, but that doesn't matter as long as I can get cheap, affordable ride. Hey team, the app is very easy and clean. Everything is good and easy to use. My only COMPLAIN is about the fare price. Presently, the fuel price is increasing after every 5-10 days but you guys are not updating the price. As a rider, i ( we ) feel like the trip amount is very less as compared to today's fuel price. Please update is ASAP. Fare estimator is bad. Context of Nepal🇳🇵
A god send and great relief from overpriced app cabs. Keep it up 'Indriver'. One suggestion is to have a cap on the percentage deviation from the "recommended fare" displayed in the app at the time of booking, which a driver can quote. This would prevent drivers from going the 'Ola' and 'Uber' way.
Excellent service, honestly. Fares way cheaper than the competition, by a long shot. Drivers are friendly and professional. Interface is easy to use and understand. If I had to nitpick, app looks a bit simple, underbaked, maybe spice it up a bit? Other than that, excellent! (Edit:) I've been using this app a lot, lately. And I can only add positive things to say about it! Little to no cancellations after an cab has been booked, extremely friendly, professional drivers, and overall very reliable!
From a driver point of view please we need changes especially Cape Town. They is a lot of customer/people who request for rides and then cancel the request as you pulling in to pick them up..It doesn't work if u block they number for a day and tomorrow they a back to do they thing...secondly can you put at list a minimum charge like for certain kms coz we experience a lot of ridiculously price that can not even cover fuel for were they want to go .
This app is great for daily travelling. Though i just wish for one thing. When finding a driver,i wish the app can stop always showing the same driver over and over again after a customer declines that particular driver. It is very annoying to see the same driver keeps popppinng up after declining him/her. Please show different driverss. It willl make the app users have better experiences.
Experience was good but response rate of support e mail is very bad. I am still waiting for a reply from the support for 2 days. My account was blocked without mentioning any reason.
It started off good but then we had experienced some highly unprofessional drivers(they charged way more and created a scene when we refused), it was still fine until eid.. their services were completely unavailable and they still are (a week after Eid) there is no ride available anywhere.. uninstalling this app! Won't use again!
It seems like inDriver customer service is not interested to check on customers feedbacks. There was a feedback that one of your driver appeared to pick up customer, but in a different car model and not as per registered in your app. He was reckless, restless and dangerous driver. Same speed applies to him, even if there is a road hump. It's been the 2nd day now without any feedback from your customer service. Keep up the efficient work.
I really enjoyed the service and it is pocket friendly, the fair is lesser than other cab provider apps. But the only problem which i face in booking is that the number of cars is quite less. I have to wait long hours to book while in other cab provider apps i get it in within 5 mins.. but i have an awesome experience in it, not only fair is less compared to other cab providers but the cabs are also neat and clean and the drivers are also very polite and drive safely
The apps indeed is good, but the security is disappointed! Many of my female fellas have told that the driver had made some disgusting and menacing comments, plus, one of then, was lock up in the car! The driver didn't want to let her go. Please check it and fix this security problems. In a transport app is quite a important fact.
There should be an option of bookings and if anyone wants to avail the service on certain rout on weekly or everyday basis. 2ndly rickshaws should also be added so they can also earn money through this app. And there should not be any minimum prize offers As it should be an app with total agreements on both sides. But a suggested amount could be shown.
Benefit: It can be offered at a low price. Easy to use. Weakness: Indriver maps always give the wrong path, thus causing delays and sending passengers to the wrong place. Drivers only follow the folders available in the Indriver application. Indriver maps make it difficult for drivers to pick up passengers at designated places. Please improve your application, especially in the map section.
