Your app is evolving backwards. The loading time has no limits, the app does not want to open and if it does open by mistake the loading does not stop, please look into the matter, very frustrating.

One of the worthless apps in my life. I'm feeling sorry for being a customer of the bank. When my internet password expire then mobile app also expire MPIN After resetting the password every month you have to login the app every time you set a new MPIN , how many MPIN we have to remember. Is the development team evey using this app ? I should give a -5 Rating for this app.
App keeps on crashing on the phone causing alot of losses to the business and inconvenience. Something needs to be done on urgent basis!

When tried to open App, gives msg that internet or wifi connectivity not available. But my phone and wifi is perfect. I am able to use Indus mobile banking but not indus direct.
indusind bank share my credit card details to oneassit app without my Permission. How can they do that? My Relationship No: 5545601 What the hell you are doing? I am shocked..How dare you have auto deducted balance from my Indusind Bank Credit Card Amount of Rs. 1899/- for Membership without asking me or without my Permission? How can they do that? It's a fraud. I don't want this service. Cancel my Membership and refund it...
The app is not working. Last time it was working on my phone but then I formatted my phone and reinstall the app. Trying for registeration again but the app says technival error try again. Awful app.
Poor App. Facing login page since lasr two days. My net connection already working then also error page display that seems ur Wi-Fi or net issues. Retry again. And no support from customer care also.

nothing is perfect in this. 1) Doesn't show Account number or account name on statement when we do IMPS. 2) Some of the beneficiaries doesnt get added by app.
Worst experience, most of the time the app is not working n I have to login through net banking to operate d same. Latency issue. Server used by bank is low class n is of no use.
Worst third class app by a private bank .it is worst than government owned bank apps. we can't even add a beneficiary thru this app than what is the use just to check the balance only.

Will not even open without granting permissions to access the entire phone's file system.
Scope for improvement, many a times OTP SMS arrives very late/ server response is slow to fetch data / transaction SMS is received very late , balance can be displayed on home screen.
From yesterday evening when we open app than display msg of loose data network and retry but network is proper working. Kindly resolve this issue because we face lot of problem from yesterday also not payment transfer by net banking also

Can't login into app bcoz my username is of 22 alphanumeric, but app only allows 20 alphanumeric. Such a big mistake in your app where your customer can't use your service.
The app is like it's 2011 not 2021. Please improve it. It is hampering the bank service and reputation.
Garbage app! Neither Indusind connect online portral nor this app allows to add beneficiary. Website has demo video links but all links are showing nothing literally. You just keep seeing their logo. The connect online portal and this app both are still under development it seems. Totally waste. Surprisingly they provide customer care number and if you call them, call gets automatically disconnected saying INBOX IS FULL. Wow!! It feels I made mistake by taking my current account with Indusind.
