It's not an app, it's a browser that just opens forex IndusInd website. Doesn't even save data properly.
Very bad service no customer executives not answering emails don't use this to transfer money it will be very difficult for you.Please don't do

12 days since complaint multiple times regarding refund of a failed transaction and just 1 response and no resolution This is how good their customer service is
The offer is good but everything else is pathetic. I can't believe for past 6 hours a bank's system is down. And every customer support takes 10min time just to confirm the system is down. On the app front it just gives some basic info and that's it. Do not use IndusForex.
Pathetic app. Absolute rubbish. Its not even app. Its merely collection of 2 or 3 webviews which hard work. You can possibly not create a worse app.
Great card, best exchange rates. App is same as its website, can do all the related task but we expect more easy working on App. Please include more currencies.

One of the third class bank in india. Never do any transactions with them.. they take your money for forex card and never activate it. Third class service
This service is not upto the mark as they have deducted some 20$ without any intimation for inactivity in covid years. I mean who was travelling in those times. Also they didn't feel like Informing with no redressal of cash back in sight. I would not recommend this forex card to anyone. Try bookmyforex or any other Avenue.
