Lacks some basic features. Can't download a bank statement when you want, you will need to be lucky to get it after several days - can't believe. The list of blunders goes on and on... - You won't be able to make out whom you transferred the money - poorest description and you will be clueless by not even knowing the recipient name/account details. Same with credit card transactions. - Can't download credit card statement, there's a glaring bug - You won't receive amount credit SMS consistently
The App is highly under-developed. They need to improve a lot. Very few option available at the App for the customers (ex. how to transfer the a/c to another branch). Premature encashment of FD are also not available readily. Not so user friendly.
Experience with the app has been bad. I have been trying to access view ststement option but it's not opening at all. The UI is also not user friendly in comparison to other banking apps. Pls make it more user friendly and easy to use.
I have updated the application, and after the successful updation my all benefitiory data automatically deleted or erased. This is very bad. How I can get all my benefitiories?? Don't like the application, also all menus and tabs take more time to open or render
Worst app I've ever had. I logout from this app a month ago. And after that I update this app and try to login by entering my mobile number and user id and it just shows "You are already registered on IndusMobile. Kindly login with your existing credentials to view all your accounts." I logged-in on the login page and it asked me to login again. Like, What the joke is this? Now I'm unable to login with my own details. Fix this frustating glitch. It frustrated me a lot.
Sometime server is down otherwise it's awesome experience. Today I've been trying several times but it's showing error code 605 and not opening up which is quite unusual as all other mobile banking apps are working. The management seems to be quite negligent about mobile banking system, I am sorry to say that. This may cause them loss of customers.
Very very bad application. Crashes each and every time. The application does not even open. I have been trying to access my account since 2-3 days but the application is not working at all. I uninstalled the same and even after installing it is only showing me the logo of the company.
One of my deposit amount from termination of AIA policy is not shown in this update of App. While it was showing in earlier versions. 31/5/2020 - Didn't liked the forced update of app. Older version working fine. The new forced updated version not working. Texts are not displaying on app. Most text not displaying. Improving rating as I recd the amount well in time.
Worst app of entire banking system. I have been trying to open application from past three days but error pops up continuously. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times but still same issue.....Apart from just saying and marketing about digital banking you people need to make changes for smooth application for customers.
Whorst banking app I ever used. Recently got credit thought to activate card not possible at all. OK then done with website after that tried to manage transaction domestic or international that even not possible in that app. Still pin not bale to generate not a clear instruction at all not any option in app. Thinking to close my credit card.
Very bad experience not even able to update and change my email address. The bank representative did a spelling mistake in my Email I'd while applying for my credit card and now I am trying for about a month to correct my email linked with the credit card through app or online banking but no such options are ever found and maybe not provided by your side.
Very bad experience. Opened account a week ago. Since then my account is debit freeze. Visited branch several times and also lodged complaint through app and email but my problem is not resolved. Every time they ask irrelevant question and assures that problem will be resolved shortly but problem remains same. I would have given negative star ⭐ to the banking staff if possible.
Earlier i was able to use multiple accounts on one device and one app. But from last 2 years i need two devices to use this app for multiple accounts. And from past few weeks after the latest updates it keeps giving error 605. Other apps go for improvement but this app goes for downgrade with every update.
Noisy application.. Indusind likes to be loud n heard by all. No setting for stopping the Mogo tune. also it takes long time to load. For now I stopped using application in public places and office as it is so embarrassing when suddenly Mogo tune plays at full volume whenever application opens.
The main thing which i like is Very easy to use. The only issue in this app is while opening the app, it asks for fingerprint... And while I place my finger, it immediately says "authentication has failed" then it asks me to use MPIN.... But indusnetbanking accepts my fingerprint without failure.... But I don't know why this Indus mobile app does not accept my fingerprint.... .
Worst app among all mobile banking systems. Suddently started getted unexpected error 605. Uninstalled the app and reinstall. Still the story is same. Most of the time the app does not work when fequired urgently. Indus team focus on proper testing and basic functionality working 24x7, huge dissatisfaction. :(
While doing IMPS transfer, sometimes I get a msg that the payment has failed, but still amount is transferred. Once I ended up paying someone thrice. The next time I was lucky, I didn't had enough balance to pay twice.
Indus mobile app is a nice app. All things you can do using this app example fund transfer, mobile recharge, bill payment with benefitof cashback. Contains UPI neft imps features. Works fast. Nice app for all needs. For recurring DEPOSIT and fixed DEPOSIT it's very good because within two minutes you can open account.
I hate this app...Always shows error and network problem...Other banks app does work very smoothly and user friendly. I am going to quit this bank. 1) It takes more time to Open...Maximum time shows network error , when there is no network problem. 2) Takes too much time , to transfer amount .
I opened my acct on the 4th April. Since then the mobile app has showed unexpected error 605 7 times. Uninstalling/reinstalling works sometimes. Developer keeps asking for pointless details. There are so many complaints but no action. Other banking apps are abs stable but this one is a joke! Indusind, get a new developer plz. EDIT:Just got a mail from the developer asking me to do what I've done 7 to 8 times in the last 20 days, viz, reinstall & re-register! After a day error 605 pops up again!
Getting message 'Unable to process your request. Please try after sometime'. This happens after successful login. This is happening since last 2 months. Escalated to bank branch where my account is. No action whatsoever from bank.
Such a pathetic app, it doesn't show the previous statements, when I couldn't select year when we search for previous statements. And most of the buttons don't work in this app also the performance of the app is sluggish.
The worst possibl banking app I have come across. Despite having to uninstall and reinstall the app over 5 times the software does not let me login. I continuously have to key in all my data over and over again. As a customer of IndusInd Bank, just disappointed that even your online service isn't reliable enough.
The app crashes every time I open it. It throws an "unexpected error 605" and then the app crashes. I have uninstalled and installed 10 times still keeps doing the same.
After latest updates. The app is not working. Sometimes is showing "unexpected error 605 and sometimes shows "no internet connection". Even I am using the high speed internet. Kindly look into it.
Good app with lots of features. Only drawback is it is very slow, I am getting error 605 when login, nor able to use this app. Tried uninstall and reinstall as well and cleared data as well but still getting this error
Worst app experience! They just open your account online, ask for funds and then freeze your account. After opening my account I'm not able to debit my amount and they are asking to visit the nearest branch for the resolution. Same applies for account closing as well. If I have to do the procedures online then why even they offer online banking solutions.
Got a prompt to upgrade the app and now the experience is horrible. Was able to see past credit card statements earlier but now I get a prompt that this is not possible given my existing relationship with Indus Ind. Pathetic experience and the app has deteriorated in terms of performance. Update: For previous statements, it doesn't allow me to select the year from the drop-down! Can we please STOP amateurs from working on this app dev? Downright ridiculous experience!!!
Also lots of bugs are present. Like in 'previous statement' section under the 'previous statement' modal 'year' dropdown list is disabled, so that one cannot check previous statements. Then in the complaint text box all essential symbols are restricted, so that one cannot construct a sentance properly. Over user experience is irritating. Developers should explore other bank's credit card app for better UI/UX.
