App itself is pretty easy to use. Navigation and GUI are user friendly, at least I found it convenient. Has the same ridiculous issues as online banking. Accounts have irrelevant numbers. I got in trouble paying bills. Money trsnsferred from wrong account. App doesn't show balances on accounts in bill pay section. Accounts named differently from main accounts page with different numbers. Did not see anything like this in 15 other banks apps.
I like that you can deposit your check at any time just using this app and camera. Using it for about a year and no issues so far.
Major issues with bill payments through the app. there has been 3 times now where i paid my credit card payment through the app and the payment never went through. Have had other times where the payment came out twice. Pending transactions also don't show up, so if a payment is processing there is no way of knowing.
Very useful for Banking! Can do the basics for online banking and is more useful than not!
I don't know what is wrong with the industrial Credit Union app but it's terrible lately. When I'm trying to use the mobile banking Auto capture or manual capture feature of the app it constantly is malfunctioning. When I try to use manual camera capture mode for checks the app automatically and every single time keeps ejecting or throwing me out of the app when I'm signed in and a synthetic woman's robotic voice keeps telling me whole camera steady whole camera steady. App broken.
Generally works and is very convenient. I had some issues with the app freezing when I was signing up when I would hit the 'next' box, so I had to use my key board's enter button.
It works, I'm glad I don't need a seperate app to manage my credit card anymore. I'd like it if the instructions for mobile deposit were shown just before I take the picture, because I don't remember how to with the infrequency that I use it.
All my info at my fingertips, as well as quick access to the website where there you can find all any one of the many banking online features available. All of your banking needs at the push of a button. I absolutely love the ICU app as well as the website. Banking 24/7, love it!!
Super easy to use and if I forget to leave it open, ICU logs me out.
Very stressful trying to deposit check this way, when it feels like if you mess up, you've already put mobile deposit only on the back and ruined it. Very finicky with the picture.
It's a great app. Very convenient for transferring money on the go, checking balances, and checking transactions. I use it very often.

Everything I've ever wanted in a banking app. I would give 100 stars if I could. I have been a member with ICU for well over 20 years and I do not need or want any other bank in my family's life. Thank you ICU for everything you have done for me and my family over the years.

I originally opened an account with ICU where I am from in whatcom county. They also only have branches in whatcom county (maybe one or two in Skagit now). I have lived in Seattle for 6 or 7 years without an ICU even close to me but I would never know because of this app and their helpfulness over the phone when needed. You guys and this app rock!
Quick, easy and secure. Crazy handy. However, it would be helpful if the amount allowed per check deposit was higher.

The app contains ads and they charge $1 per item deposited. This is absurd. My local branch doesn't have a drive up window for deposits or check cashing.
The app is Clearly layed out to help with quick changes in my account balances, the text colors are easy to ready, and the script is simple.
Needs to improve the mobile deposit experience. I always end up having to take multiple pics before they are accepted. Besides that, I love the app.

Trying to set up bill pay. I'm not sure if it worked but I guess I'll find out soon enough. The voice dictation shuts off way too soon as soon as I stopped to say. It quits
Since I am not so tech savvy, I had one of the loan officers help me to get this online app going. It was easy, and she and I had this set up in just a few minutes. Now I can go into my app anytime and check my account.
Mobile deposit is a PITA!! There is almost ALWAYS some snag or other, and it's never satisfied with the picture no matter how steady I hold the phone or how clear the info is. Get your act together ICU!
Works great but for one glitch, not sure if it's the app or the credit union, but it will far too often ask me to reenter my username and password a second time, just after I had entered it already... not an entry error on my part, just randomly will not take first sign in and ask for a second... especially annoying when going back and forth between accounts and the too - short screen timeout limit kicks in.
