1. There are 2 balances. After shopping available balance changed but why there is no any history of withdrawing? even they are just holded I want to see who and how much withdrawed. 2. I can't copy card number and etc. 3. Didnt attached to Google pay. 4. Why nfc ask me to make phone calls? 5. Nfc ask about auto time zone. Other apps don't. 5. 2000 amd for digital visa? Really? What for? It's too expensive. 6. No account opening from app. 7. No requisitions for accounts.

Why do you all of a sudden need permission to access Phone app for NFC to work? It somehow worked without that permission, what's different now?

Login with fingerprint is not working in this version. * Still not functioning... Add an access with pin code at least.

Please add a button for copying the card number, it is inconvenient to type it out for every transaction.

Thanks for the comfy app. New feature for opening the receipt of transactions is very useful.

There was a problem with the app, responded very quickly and it was resolved. Good service. Dear users, if app crashes, try to delete all cache and data, and after it reinstall the app. In any case, you also need to remember your login and password.

Very helpful app to manage cash between your accounts & to transfer money using ineco friend, but the latest updates have made the app worse. For example they've added a feachure to pay using NFC of the smarphone, but it doesn't work, yet you have 24/7 notification in your menu bar. And there are more examples like that. Please fix those bugs and never put raw features to production

It would be greate If you create a functionality for adding a name to the account number.

Changing my 5 star review because of bank support regarding the app. NFC payment at one point refused to work. Callend bank they told me to send an email. Sent them an email through the app with screenshots and app generated error logs. Received ridiculous anwer that my phones bootloader is not genuine as my phones android. I have fixed the app my self by clearing app cache and data. App had some error with tokens, seems the reset fixed it but I guess this is a temporary solution.

Everything is good. I really enjoy using this application, except one thing, I really don’t understand why you force users to update their application, and you are doing it very often. I am relying on having an application which can easily and quickly do the transaction. But it is not possible to do in case I am forced to do an update. You need to think more about backward compatibility, it is not acceptable.

I'm an experienced user and looking forward to further professional and always excellent service!

I just love it! Would only suggest to add a possibility to make a payment through InecoPay by choosing a corresponding partner from the list. Now I have to ask for and download the qr code from the store, open it on another device and scan it to make an online payment. Thanks in advance.

This paylater on the top is annoying, please remove it from there.

the app works great! Only a note: after withdrawing money from my account the balance is updated only two three days later, in a result when I check out my balance within two days I see previous balance figures!

The app is good but the costumer support of this bank is horrible, whenever you are calling them the line is always busy, Always!

I can't see and pay(easily) mortgage from my account where I'm co-borrower. In this case which was the reason to open an account for me, which is not connected with a mortgage, and technically I can close it any time. P.S. 1 When we were preparing documents they made me sure(And also called somewhere for confirmation), that I can use my account for managing a mortgage. P.S. 2 Also, You have very poor support. (At least compared to the bank I used regularly (HSBC))

The app keeps on crashing after the latest update. I have Android 11.

It is vary useful program. It changes live style and culture of banking services.

NFC payment does not work already 2-3 weeks. And support staff doesn't respond to the messages several days. It's not normal for this kind of banks.
