The app is well laid out and easy to navigate. But the main lacking is in it's performance. Of the 10 times i will click something, i will only get my request reach completion about 2 times. the serve will either time out or will display an error - something it asks -me- to notify the admins about! Surely the app should be able to do this itself. Dismal! Switching to using the website.

For 2019 the accumulated bonus should have been reflected on my dashboard on the app but it wasn't so I wrote an e mail to the customer service. They replied for 2019 it is already added but for some technical reason it's not showing on the dashboard. After only this conversation the issue got fixed and got updated. What if I didn't have contracted the customer service, I would have considered that no bonus was added..

I had a bad experience with App while paying premium. It is not smooth and takes too much of time to fetch the information. Scrolling is not working many times. There is lot of scope of improvement as far as performance and user experience is concerned.

Very bad user experience trying register for the first time. i had to enter date of birth to start with BUT there is no manual option to enter month, date and year other than clicking the back button on the calendar month by month. I am 60 years old and frustrated at the thought of clicking over 700 times to get to my date of birth. I wish some commonsense no prevailed durikg development of this app

pathetic app. senses fingerprint or takes pin but does not proceed. if proceeds creates a window in itself and shows login and logout both. not sure if the user is logged in or not. ICICI never expected so bad app. since it is mandatory, i am giving a 1 mark. its worth negative

i giving this rating because i am not able to login my account. whenever i tried all way . i entered username or password , mpin and with fingerprint also but always it shows an error that "ALERT ANY TYPE. please fix it asap , thank you, and importantly this problem I am facing since your last update. I thought it fixed but no.

I still don't get it why it's always mandatory to update the app before using. It's not an optional update but a forced one. Also, it's slow and crashes more times than it works.

This app and their website is one of the worst i have ever used. Forgot Password option never works, otp never comes , Password policy is unnecessarily complicated. All in all compared to icici bank webaite and app this insurance app is big let down. Its big time they outsource it to some other team. Every time i use their app or webaite i have got frustrated and get mood swings !!!!!!

Worst app to use. not user friendly at all. on making premium payment, it fails most of the time and money will get debited from account. then we need to followup with customercare to get it sorted.

One of the worst apps. There is always the error of 'Server not responding'. It's better to use the Desktop version through the web browser to access your registered policies.

You should work a lot on your app! Too USER-UNFRIENDLY! I have been shown Fingerprint login, pin login and none of them works correctly. Your service is fine, please invest a bit in app development also, to make its use a happy experience.

I opened to check my policy details and fund performances, appart from that I am able to see everything else now. Unnecessarily pushing people to view the add and Ultimately till the end i could not find the thing I was looking for. I Hate the update or add whatever it is.

Tried using contact sectoin in app regarding my lifestage pension policy. i had clearly mentioned that i am unable to set postpone date from app, few days later i see my service request status is closed but i did not receive any communication regarding my query. Cslling customer care, they are only interested in selling new products and dont show in any interest in listening to your problem. Replying mail too, no one bothered to reply. i have sent few mails in past to lifeline i.d, no reply yet

there is a bug in application, I tried to reset password as I forgot. it sends the password but set new password window does not open keyboard to type new password. I have checked app permissions, tgere is no permission issue with keyboard.

Recent update is pathetic. Basic login functionality itself is not working. I don't understand how the update is pushed without proper testing. This many users are complaining about login issue. Are you listening to customer feedback? If it is so, I can expect a reply.

My login ID and password are correct and I am able to login on website, but the same credential is not accepted on App. It says Username or Password is incorrect.. Ridiculous.. Kindly correct the error or bug..

While updating Address cannot upload any attachment for address proof. And the worst part is after updating address proof through windows OS, the person who verified address cannot read the address proof & changed the correct address replacing it with nonsense, incorrect, incomplete address.

What a horrible app. Seriously. How do you guys expect me to find the eight digit policy number in the mess of a policy number you have. You are a private sector player with worse off implementation than even LIC. This app and the insurance is a sham. I will cancel my policy ASAP.

worst application i tried so many times to buy a policy or get a quote whenever i try to change the income or try to change other options always refresh or no internet page comes up. When i try from laptop or desktop everything comes complete but providing my number or email id is a guilt they start following you.
