It shows me a white screen whenever I open it, it gets better sometime if I close then reopen it, I've tried to uninstall then reinstall but still, besides all that, it's a very good app.
App keeps freezing and crashing, not very intuitive to navigate

The app crashes even after updating. The Intalent section is in spanish only and so annoying not being able to access the vacancies, the interface is very poor even if it looks futuristic. Also, when we want to select the date of the discount card activity, it stays on the current month with no effect. Cannot change to a previous month or year. Again, it's poor interface that doesn't load properly.
Dear Team, this is my request please do the needful for recovery and search the employee details. It is too inconvenience that whenever we are updating the app it is giving us error recovering user information.
INET app is very useful. You have a lot of good articles and documents you can learn from and in that term you can improve yourself in a retail business area. I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to learn more and upgrade its knowledge in a retail area and become successful part of the Inditex team.
android user (samsung s7). for several months I'm trying to recover my password to sign in to my personal account. the application is unable to read the security code sent by sms, the 97 error occurs at any step, as well as the code sent by mail. If I type it, an error occurs. I tried the site, on chrome. is poorly optimized for mobile. my colleagues with iphone do not complain about these issues. That's not correct. it's impossible for me to see my payroll for months.
The new app does not work properly. Whenever I open, the screen is just white and it does not show anything. It has just worked few times since I started to use the new app. The old one always worked properly.

Problematic app! Always denying access due to error, blocking the user. Too demanding over the password, drives you crazy because it doesn't accept most passwords!
"no connection to the server" "error 1011" explain it , why can't I use the app
The App is pretty slow but works.
This app helps me in all its aspects. I have good experience using it. One can learn many things right from learning new language to Fashion/trends. A must use app. GOOO FOR IT.
There's some bug, it won't let you to switch the date when you are looking on your transactions on the employee card Like you can choose another month or year but after selecting it stays on the current month
Keeps me posted about new trends and the hottest looks.

It kept saying error 1013. Error recovering user information. So annoying i can't log in at all!

Having issues with the screen turning white. Then went it actually works it's fine until I have to go to Menu- Talent - Train- then it ask me for a username and password that's different from as iNET and even my managers are baffled by it. Most new employees are facing this issue. The issue is part of the training course we have to do is on there. UPDATE: 3 months later - corporate is still working on it & now activating my employee discount. Hopefully solution will be found soon.
