Infamous Machine

This is probably one of the best games Ive played with play pass. It is super funny and engaging. It grabbed my interest right away. It took me a bunch of time to collect the right items in each section of the game and figure out how to apply them to complete the end goal but fun in the challenge. But then again I play sherlock holmes VG which are extremely difficult and challenging so Im used to that sort of thing. These definitely are not frustrating though. So 10 out of 10

I struggled with this game. The storyline is quite entertaining and flows well. The character lines are very funny and humorous. The game play is long, and the puzzles are challenging. So what is not to like? Well: 1) Poor touch controls. I noticed on several occasions a large shift between where i touch and where the marker lands on the screen making control very frustrating. 2) Some puzzles were very illogical and could never be figured out without consulting a walkthrough.

This is an absolutely enchanting game. The humor is great, the artstyle is pretty, even the fourth wall breaks made me chuckle. My issue with this is the flow of the puzzle solutions. Sometimes after solving a puzzle, I've no idea how to progress. Another one is that the ending falls a bit flat. The hype for the 3 chapters was great, but the last chapter was underwhelming. But overall, a must-try game!

a good little puzzle game hamstrung by not being ported properly. this was obviously built for a PC where you would have a mouse you could scroll over the screen, and text would pop up for certain items. on a touch screen, you only know if something is able to be used after you try clicking on it. i had to use the walkthrough multiple times and each time it was something i had already tried to click on but didn't know i could interact with because i had to touch a millimeter to the left.

Hilarious! This game was so much fun and the characters were so funny. I purchased this a year ago and couldnt get through the first chapter there were ao many bugs. I'm glad I tried it again as this time around it played smooth, although I wasn't awarded some achievements I made, mostly all, and didnt get a picture until I went back and played the chapter a second time, I didn't hit any snags or glitches.

Charming little adventure game with a great sense of humor. Since it doesn't use a mouse, it can take a lot of tapping to find some tiny objects which can be a pain; most of the time spent stuck was due to not having the next item I needed but knowing what to do as soon as I found it. It otherwise carries the logic thread decently well and only took a few hours to finish. The reviewers complaining that they need walkthroughs are just dumb.

This was so cool!! Wish it had a map to get around faster the slow walking was alittle annoying but other than that the story was brilliant and the comedy actually made me laugh. Oh and maybe throw in some hints.. there were many times I had to look up the walk-through because I had no idea what to do and the characters don't really give many hints either. Pllleeeaaasseee make a second one or similar games to this. So much fun!!!!

Bought this for a dollar on sale after seeing a trailer for it. Beautiful, old school style, point and click adventure. Witty and funny in a cheesy nostalgic way. Worth 1$. I've had two issues. 1st one isn't bad. For some reason the screen times out even during dialogue unless your actively using it. The other is whenever you switch from the game to anything upon going back for some reason the touch calibration is off. A restart fixes it, but it's an annoying bug and why 4 stars. Still worth it.

Some of the solutions seem random, but aren't actually random after you figure them out. So, needlessly complicated. And, the solutions change as you play the game. So, trying things often only works in a certain order, even if there's no reason to. There are also areas in the game that hard to find, so don't assume an area ends.

Fun game play. Highly recommend. Not a mindless point and click with no rhyme or reason. I enjoyed the characters and problem solving. You have to pay attention to the dialogue and use your noodle to make it through the level. Will totally play again in attempt to unlock all of the achievements. I hope they make more games with similar puzzles to figure out.

I really love the concept, the dialog and the graphics. What I don't like is there are no hints so if you get stuck, you're wandering around redoing everything, usually needlessly and it's frustrating. I had look up walk-through cheats a cpl of times just to get unstuck, which i hate to do. Obviously it's too challenging for me without hints so I have to uninstall.

Fun game! Nice graphics, entertaining storyline and characters, very well thought out. Not too complicated, but challenging enough with the puzzles, easy to pick up and play. Best if all, no IAP, doesn't require internet connection or downloads, and no ads. Update: I'm adding to this review that I find myself looking for a game that's very similar to this. Hopefully there would be a recommendation. Their other game Nobodies is also great.

Besides a few things that were a bit too random this is an amazing game. Funny, great art and story and once you've figured out how things work it's a blast apart from a few really frustrating moments. A quick suggestion for the developers - a lot of the frustration was due to doors that can be opened not being highlighted when you keep pressing the screen so I had no idea how to progress. Maybe highlight these doors too. Apart from that this is highly recommended.

Delightful game. Hillarious dialogue with fantastic voice talent. Puzzles not very difficult, just the right amount of moon logic and fitting for the whimsical mood of the whole piece. Small source of frustration in the second dealing with a carniverous plant in Chapter 3 (think there's a little bug here...) but enjoyed the game overall so much I couldn't stay angry for long. Graphics have an MI3 nostalgia, which I love. Would really like to see this as a longer game as there is some real skill and talent in there. More please!

Some parts weren't that intuitive, especially any spots where you entered new areas. I played around for an hour before I noticed the alleyway in chapter one and the extended areas of the castle in chapter three. This was especially hard when the gateway to the cemetery is in the center of the screen with no indication that you can move behind the gate to the side. Besides that, my love for point n click adventure games saw me through and I did enjoy myself.

Puzzle point and clicks are not for everyone. They often require bizarre logic and reasoning. That said, as a long time player of such games I didn't have much trouble with this one. There's few enough options and little red herring that you can figure out everything with some creativity and not much brute force. Cute humor, good control, decent voice acting. I enjoyed it!

One of my favorite point-n-click adventures on Android. That saying the game isn't adapted for screens with notches, at least not on my phone. There are minor but tolerable bugs here and there, like in some scenarios stuff can get in the way of clicking an item from the bagpack. Regardless, the storyline, narrative, hilarious commentaries, and wacky characters outweigh its flaws.

I really review but wanted to give my perspective on comments from 1 star reviews on poor controls and logic that made no sense. I thought the controls were really easy, if you press and hold in the screen it will briefly flash where all the points you can interact with are on the screen and they are easy to select. SPOILER ALERT to me it made more sense than most games I've played in this genre I used hints a few times (grappling hook on the building and the gumball machine looked empty)

I really enjoyed this one! I love point and click games. They are always lots of fun and pose a challenge. This one had a cute storyline of time travel and it was fun to engage in pieces of the past. Some of the puzzles were hard so I had to Google walkthroughs, but so much that it took away the fun. Often times I just didn't know where to click. Overall fun game!

Wow! Super impressed by this one. Really phenomenal. I play a lot of escape style and point and click puzzle games and in my opinion this is one of the best. Great professional voice acting, a cute story to drive the plot forward and plenty of laughs. The jokes can be corny, but you'll find yourself laughing out loud often. Usually in these types of games puzzle solutions can be nonsensical, but this has some of the most logical solutions I've seen in a game like this. And some secrets to find!

Well, you said hilarious, and hilarious it is 😂 Excellent adventure game, takes me back to the Good Old Days. It's not as long as Money Island, but definitely requires out of the box thinking, and coming up with rubber-chicken-with-a-pulley-in-the-middle solutions! I only wish they were more than 3 chapters... maybe a sequel? 😉 I'd make separate look / act modes. I wanna look at characters! Also... why is there a Russian blacksmith in Renaissance Firenze? Oh yeah... NO QUESTION, ONLY HAMMER! 😆

Great effort put into this. I enjoy a challenge but sometimes I was not even clear about what I was collecting and for what. Wish that was a little easier to decipher or stated more precisely. I will change to 5 stars if that is improved. I spent money because the devs deserve it. Waiting for for chapters!

I must be missing something here. Loved the old point-and-click games on the PC, but this is just frustrating. Still on the very start after a week, I have 3 items and I'm just going around randomly clicking on things because there's no logic. Add to that the fact that the cut scenes time out the phone screen and touching it to get it back on skips the dialogue; talking to characters goes through the same conversations again and again etc. Just frustrating, not fun.

Honestly the best point and click mobile game I have played. It has funny, interactive, useful dialogue too (seriously make sure you pay attention to what the characters tell you). If you get stuck you can long press your finger down on the screen and it will show you the objects you can interact with in the area. I paid $1 for this and it took a handful of hours to get through, so definitely worth the price. I hope they make more like this!

Great game! Funny and highly engaging story. LOVE the Easter eggs throughout the game. Graphics are excellent, voice acting is perfect, and puzzles are actually challenging but so much fun to complete. Definitely a high quality game worthy of being paid for. Can't wait to play more games from the developers.
