Unable to open the Settings page to enter the pin code for workplace specific information. All the in-app messages refer to the iOS app.

The screens are blank. Have tried everything. Works fine on my ipad. Please advise
UPDATED: Thanks for response. Now works on tablet with Android 10. Still not working on phone with Android 11. No longer crashing, allows updates but contact blank. Only shows option of one site - GSTT Induction.
