I tried this because I was looking for solid scientific info... but it is not found here. This reads like a stylized google search results page with snarky comments. A simple web search will give you more solid information. It is a good toy, but not for serious information seekers.

TY for the free book but permissions seem unnecessary. PHONE, FULL INTERNET ACCESS, MICROPHONE ... All will be denied.
I cannot scroll the tables horizontally, I know some of my friends had the same problem, so I know it's not because of my phone. What can I do, is there another way of having access to them? Thanks.

It has good information I just don't know why are you going to abandon this application and remove it forever
then pull it from the store what does that actually means??
Please provide an option to download a complete copy for use offline like the previous versions as there will be times when an internet connection is not available. I cannot scroll the screen horizontally so the rightmost portions of long tables cant be viewed.

If only more people explained medicine so simple and so efficient. As a 5th year med student I give 5 star to this app. Please update it regularly :)
Wish there was a search option, rather than scrolling through everything, but other than that, great app!

Would get 5 stars if the app had smoother scrolling up and down the pages, and transitioning between pages/menus
This app is really cool. It has good offline performance for when a data connection is not available. The information doesn't have the feel of something that was thrown together to put a price tag on either. It's written in such a way that some one who is just curious can browse through it and have a grasp of what he's talking about. My one complaint is this,there is no printer integration. If that could be added in the future that would be awesome.

Esp those in their third even fourth decade stamping out not only the occasional puspocket, but other real disorders. A global network. Rated: 5.0. recommend : .all who want truth. From student thru residents. And practitioners of real medicine on live humans without an agenda save assisting mankind in living well.
First 'bug' that I went to was Vibrio. Whoever wrote that needs to focus on spelling errors and not on a personal global warming hypothesis.

I'm a microbiologist in a large regional medical center. This guide is spot-on for current treatment! It's like having a teaching ID doc available 24/7; and Dr Crislip's sharp humor is hilarious! Highly advise purchasing whether a student or experienced in clinical microbiology!
