I don't think this app is best enough to place the order quickly. Placing an order it takes 30-45 seconds which is no way suitable in the competitive world. For testing options you can use this. For live trading is no where possible to use this app until they change the design. To place a order , you need to select value from 3 drop downs to select complexity, type,product. Anyway you can select only one option for the respective fields. Then why it's designed as a drop down am not sure.

Good Idea badly executed. The the packages/pricing is awesome. But the UI sucks to the core. It lags and hangs. I think the leadership and the Tech team there should really work hard on the UI make it more friendly and hang less. They can take examples from Zeroda, Groww and Upstox And learn from it

Good App, UI can be Simplified further and for Adding Funds it redirects to a Web Page which should be in-app. Still trying to understand the total working but satisfactory experience till now. Wish List: Carry over profits are not counted when squared off and if you incur some loss during trading while being in MTM profit it needs Pay In which is a poor experience and hope this calculation is changed in Future for the good of the client.

It was a good experience in interacting with the TradePlus customer relation executive from ITS team She has installed the new Infini platform and explained also in brief how to start using it and also about many of the new facilities available in Infini over NOW. It was really nice of her to offer her service and help whenever it is required in future also, should I find some difficulty in using it. Thank you so much

I like your trading platform overall. i just have a small suggestion that when we add any indicators to any particular chart and save it the same should open for all the charts automatically instead of us selecting load charts . Also i request you to add the time frame of one hour. if you can make these 2 things happen we as a customer would be very grateful .

The Desktop Software (Infini Power) is fast, but not at all user friendly. The Most Pathetic and third class user interface i have ever experienced. After Checking Order or trade book, the cursor automatically goes to select scrip window & not staying on the last scrip. If we have to trade, we have to use Mouse to bring cursor on the scrip. The active trader on the terminal or desktop trading software... should not need mouse in between trading. everything should be user friendly with keyboard only.

Takes around 7 to 10 seconds for login screen to appear. The two time confirmation for placing order takes 2-3 seconds extra and results in booking at undesired position. Why it's so slow and why don't you update your interface in line most of the apps out there like kotak,upstox,zerodha,tradesmart.

Great, simple interface with minimum technical glitches. It will be better if you work on Holdings tab under Portfolio. The average price and gain are not calculated properly for shares where there is corporate action. Also add option to open chart (swiping) from the holdings tab. Thank you.

Nice app ,easy to buy & sell the stocks . maintaining the portfolio is amazing..BUT we can't check the stock price immediately 😡.we have to search & add in our watch list ( that aloso limited each watch list ) and then we have to check the price & delete from W/L. Chart with indicator also very average needs lot to improve .. 🤷🤷.

Worst software, it don't have basic stop loss feature for options. All you can able to do buy or sell at market escalated to customer care but no use. With out stop loss feature we are paying monthly charges for this feature. My suggestion don't buy rocket software is better than infini platform.

It provides important features like scanner, top movers, market stats etc. Able to place order from different screen is a considerable feature. It also provide other functions with user friendly manner.

I have used some trading platforms, this app provide better user experience and next gen trading experience. It contains lots of futures like scanners, market stats, Top movers, etc. I am sure it will be a better experience compare to others.

6 months back, I have raised a ticket 478944 and there is no progress on it.. I raised it for there is no option to buy/sell debentures through the app, neither on mobile nor on web app. Why tradeplus is not providing option for debentures...Is it such a big issue that takes more than 6 months... Pathetic.

They have advanced charting tools. These tools are usually available only on highly paid softwares. Though thay had issues 2 days ago, they have fixed and it's working well

very irritating modules... Don't think over.. Here many of the people's are intraday traders not investors.. Just develop the accordingly.. Why don't simply the selection options of intraday & normal... Put standard customized setting so that traders select it once which functions as default order instead of evertime selecting it... In your app 100% useful to trade for silver (price moves faster) while I'm selecting your option lists.. Just follow zerodha or angel.. Quit simple

Good App but exactly at crucial time 11.30 am to 2.00 pm, App logs us out and wont let you back for 5 mins either web or app, you will be hit with Stoploss which could have been avoided. Looks like they want client's to loose money or some other purpose for sure. Sep Selecting stocks or options with a small star on right side also makes difference with other competitors, make it simplified and better than other's.

I can't open this application before trading time for initial setup of stock or other changes in my setup. Application not opening or opening time 4-8 minutes I updated every thing but still too much slow working Balance not show before 9:00 am Indicator not saved for always for all stock as like other demat platform manually set indicator every time chart reading it's big problem against time and price fluctuations Please help

I have been using infini for past three months. It is user friendly and easy to access. I would recommend my friends to enroll for this .I find trading easy on this app. its worth trying..

I hv trading and demat account with them for 5 years.. thr support is pathetic. They make their phones busy during the software issue. Software also not that great. They mention that it is fixed plan for 99 but clearing charges and other charges are high, it is just eye wash technique. I wont recommend their service

I used the app today first time and the working experience is very bad..poor stability, delay in execution, tabs positions especially watchlists are not so much convenient...needs more improvement.

App is good specially watchlist. In infini power charts we are able to add wma on rsi but it must show that wma line on rsi pane but it's showin in chart pane which is disrupting the whole chart and it will not fulfill the criteria.

It is an user friendly application to trade and it has very smooth user interface as well all over it has all advanced features like charts are really good and easy to access so all over good trading platform to trade.

App is dead slow ... with this cannot trade options ..after placing the order need to wait 1 or 2mins to check the status of the order .many times hung app .100% this app is not suitable for equity and stock options (all options)..that to this app is not lite weight. Because of this app i lost much so i stopped trading with this.

Need a big update, we don't need big features , keep it light weight, make the ui more use friendly , keep the ui clean , intraday holding position and sold make it easy to find , give qty if in hand green , something more visually good looking and ui modification. Thank u
