Infiniti Connection

Currently it does not let me start the section because it has been under maintenance for days, please fix it as quickly as possible, thanks.

I paid for the subscription specifically for remote unlock. I then attempt to use the one feature I was paying for only for it to cycle on initiating for over 15min. I call customer care only to be told that they had been experiencing an outage for several hours. I didn't receive any notification until I actually needed to utilize the service and I reached out. How is this a benefit if the service isn't available when needed.

The app needs to be removed from the server and just not offered to customers at this time. They are steady having problems but still bill the customer for these issues. It works when it wants to. Customer service says see your dealer and the dealer does the same. Don't purchase if you need to auto unlock your vehicle. But the in car assistance does work usually.

Keeps crashing, demo mode inop. Trying to use the navigation feature for a rental car..... probably won't consider this brand in the future

Is it too much to expect a luxury brand to have an app that works? Occasionally? Especially considering the extremely limited functionality? This app is beyond a joke in my Q70L, and after reading the reviews and long history of dissatisfaction from subscribers, it seems Infiniti has no interest or desire to make this right. What an incredible F you to its customers.

Useless program..when itrarely works. Its in my 2017 QX80. Total waste of money. Tried and tried but it never did most anything it was supposed to. Dealer and support were useless too

I have signed up for the account, emailed my bill of sale and proof of insurance. Got an email that the car was added to my account, yet this app keeps trying to get me to add my vehicle.

I have had several issues with this app. I cannot lock or unlock my vehicle and the app has limited functions. Very horrible horrible app a complete waiste of money.

Doesn't work on 2015 Q50S. Won't let you put in VIN and doesn't connect to portal to pull VIN from there. Useless!

App constantly fails when trying to lock my car, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app it still failed to lock my car.

I try too many times still not working only one month they give you may be four days working waste money i think they have to update the app

So they changed the app with an update and now I can't even use it! At least I could lock my car before ...now I can't do anything... very annoyed so we're into the end of November and it still doesn't work.... I'm glad I paid for something that doesn't work ridiculous.. for the price I paid for my vehicle you think I'd get at least I'm working app to go with it considering you have to pay for the app too! still can't unlock and lock my vehicle

Recent updates are helping performance, but now app kicks out the login daily. Can't login even now...

App doesn't stay logged in, fails to lock and unlock car. I have a 2015 qx60 with what I paid for the vehicle I would expect much more from a luxury brand. Needs much work. I cannot even send an address to my car from the app very frustrating. Big letdown.

After update is now locking and unlocking car, so that is a plus.

The most useless app available for automobiles. I had more options and connectivity in my 2010 Ford. Get with it Infinity.
