The worst!! I wish I could give less than one star! The worst functioning app for any car I have seen and their customer service is also the worst. I give up. Once again it stopped working so I had no choice except to cancel. I definitely have Buyer's remorse after spending so much money for a car.
very bad experience as this app doesn't connect and Infiniti doesn't care. Top level management at Nissan is getting sacked...! let's hope this also fixes this app :). Q50 red sport is an amazing performance car 0-100 3.5 sec (i believe i can achieve this) but this basic app won't work. I am not switching my car because of this app but Nissan has to revamp all and get their basics right.
I have the same problem as everyone else. 2015 Q50. Bought used so I'm not that upset about it, but its still a feature that was included on the car, which should work. Says it's not paired with the car... while I'm listening to music through Bluetooth.
Useless. I have a 2018 Q50. After several attempts to get it to work, I called the owners portal line only to be told my version of the vehicle model is not supported. I was also told it cannot be added on aftermarket. if you do not have "SOS" on your mirror the app will not work. EVER.
I bought a brand-new Infiniti Q50 and this app will not connect even though my Bluetooth is paired. Called customer support and they had no clue how to fix it. For a premium car this is an absolute disappointment!
Won't connect (QX30 - Galaxy A3) Even if it did only 2 Apps!! Infiniti support reply is that the 'IT dept is looking into it'. Guess if a reply ever does come it will be 'Can you turn it off & then back on again'........RUBBISH. Update March.. Still getting fobbed off by Infiniti EU Service. Also still waiting for return call from local service centre re other problems. Driven 700 miles in car, no confidence for future, sold it before devalues any further
Worthless. I hoped that I'd be able to download apps to my phone then connect the apps to the vehicle. This app is merely advertising. Doesn't do anything. Very disappointing
Infiniti does NOT care, NISSAN does NOT care App does NOT work, and they never intended it to work. ALL of the Q series vehicles have an OUTDATED system, and NONE of the "marketed" features or add-ons work and will NEVER work
Useless piece of garbage, app won't connect to the car. Tried with a Galaxy S10 and a iPhone 6S. Tried adding the vehicle by VIN number manually and also did not work. This is the shittiest app I've ever wasted time in.
Why on Earth would you not provide apps other than Facebook and Google search? No Pandora support!? Spotify!? Waze!? Come on Infiniti... Get your act together and update this app and your on board system. On and don't charge me for it.
Is it me....am i doing something wrong? Why have an app that does not connect to the car? If Nissan wants to reach out to me and tell me what I am doing wrong but its pretty self explainitory and it will not connect. Why have an app that doesn't work?
Horrible. This does not work now that I have Android Pie (9.0). It wasn't all that good ecen when it use to work.
Doesn't work at all on Android 9. For a service that costs $24.99, you would think they could pay to maintain the app.

No matter what I tried to do, it would not let me login. Useless piece of work
App never worked, I've called customer service and they say my car doesn't have the features to use this app. Primary thing is that Infinity cars in general always have issues even acknowledging your car is even connected to the USB as it should. I've taken to dealer and they are dismissive. I own a 2018 QX30 still under warranty, no fix. They should have used the Mercedes technology for the radio similarly to the rest of the engineering on the car.
