I have a 2017 Q50, I have never, ever, not even once been able to connect with anything associated with this app and operating system. When I chose this for my 3 year lease and wanted the array of amenities. Such as remote car starting. The things I would use over a heated steering wheel. I've never been able to remotely start my car, EVER. I could have gone with BMW and had a smaller lease payment and a car that managed to offer everything they list as feature. 7 months n bye INFINITI!!!
People understand this app no longer works as they have discontinued 3g services so updating the app will do no good. They need to update our software to 4g in order for it to work.
Considering Jaguar and BMW both push what is on my phone direct to the car nav screen automatically (music, google, youtube), without the use of a complicated app...this Infiniti InTouch app is the worst ever.. And I'm in tech. It's taken weeks to figure this out. The classes offered at the dealership are of no help because it won't do what you want it to do. I just want my GPS to be available while driving. I don't want to have to pull over to find a damn address or Google something. I even looked at replacing the entire nav system with Android. $3500 bucks. Great car, horrible tech.
I can't connect, It says AT&T doesn't support me but I have Verizon??? Then going past that it says some error takes me to a site where my cars already in/registered but I still can't do anything to connect
I literally will never buy an Infiniti again. They sell you on the fact that their cars or cheaper but they sell it to you with no options. By the time you add basic options like navigation on your own you've bought yourself an Mercedes anyway. This app is useless for the majority of Infiniti owners. Even if the app is preprogrammed you probably can't use this.
3G is no longer supported by phone companies. So the lack of a modern 4G antenna in my 2018 Q60S, has permenately broken the app. Don't waste your time trying to get it to work. This app needs to be removed from the store. 4G antennas have existed as long as smart phones have existed, so there is no good excuse for not building a modern car with modern equipment.
Currently it does not let me start the section because it has been under maintenance for days, please fix it as quickly as possible, thanks.
It works (sometimes) many instances of unable to contact servers... Unable to select using my biometric to login.
The app doesn't work! I tried locking car, starting car, unlocking, finding car. Everytime it just gives me an error message. I was testing it with my 1 gig internet at home. If it can't utilize that to connect then how will it connect over phone internet. They need to bug fixes asap.
It is convenient at times, I wish that it would work more when I need it. Sometimes I'm sitting there hitting the start button on my phone so it can auto start and it won't. I make sure that my doors are locked so there shouldn't be problem. Its definitely frustrating when I have to run out to the car to start it. I noticed I have more problems during the winter than summer so I think the cold may have something to do with it. Paying $25 a month for this is a bit much I think.
Hard to believe that this app is not available on a 2021 QX50. Quite disappointed to find out I spent over $50k on a car and cannot even start it from my phone. Even my much cheaper GMC had this feature. I will miss it terribly. I hope Inifiniti gets with the times. A simple software upgrade perhaps??
Worst app ever! Horrible service from InTouch services. Bought this car pre-owned with 3 years left of InTouch services. They still can't get name transferred and can't get any services updated. The Android app is just useless and you can't reach anyone that has the ability to make a change. Just apologies!
This app is absolutely garbage. Cannot sign up. When you do it just restarts the process all over again... and forces you to choose another password. So I have like 8 accounts now with all different passwords that are inaccessible. DO NOT EVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP
Can't add vehicle to the app although it is present online. I chatted with someone with Infinite and was told that I could reset the radio. After I did that I was told I don't have the right hardware even though the car is telling me to enter the app to add my apps to the car.
App has worked fine for the last year and then all of sudden stopped working. It's winter in Chicago, starting my car would be nice. I emailed intouch service customer service - no response. Then I used both the live chat and in car app SOS and they both told me I needed to bring car into the dealership to have it fix. I sat at dealership for two hours with no success. This is ridiculous with the amount I have to pay for service. Now I have to wait until they reach our to another service.
If I can give them a zero, I would. This has to be the worst service ever! I paid for the yearly subscription thinking that I would get great service. Oh no! That was false! Throughout the whole year, I could never start my car from their app. Don't waist your time purchasing because it will never work!
Its never works, always tells me that I have use 2 attempts when I only tried once. Does not let me subscribe, and activate. I think, today with all this competition in modern society. it needs to be more on top but unfortunately its on the bottom
A little slow at startup. Infiniti need to improve the speed of the app. Other than that it is a wonderful feature. I love it. I can start my car from Alexa and from my phone.
The app is not stable it keeps crashing.... very bad user experience

THIS APPT HAS NEVER UPDATED MY INFORMATION, DON'T ALLOW YOU TO START THE CAR FROM THIS APP ALL I SEE IS IT UNLOCKS THE DOOR SAD APP
Awesome app. Super simple to use and it's fast.
Works occasionally. Never works when I need it the most in the winter.
Doesn't work with At&T Failed when I needed it. I'd rate no stars.
The app appears to be working better.. But i hear will Att no longer be the providing LTE.. so i guess Infiniti drivers will be left out in the cold without an option..
Love being able to start my vehicle from my phone and see the status of my vehicle!
An App that only works for 2 year models of QX80 is not smart business. I have a 2015 and my friend has a 2021 and it doesn't support us. I see you have robot people leaving good comments to give you a 4.6 rating. Add the other years, it's software or make us an app for our vehicles. I saw the other app and it doesn't work on any vehicle and no remote start. People spend over 50k for our vehicle and nothing works. Another year and the same issue. Thank you.
