So I subscribed a bundle in which i was supposed to get videos, PDFs (downloadable)and tests. First thing i am unable to open either pdf or video in my laptop which i have reported several times but nothing has been done, second thing the only place where I can access pdf is my phone where you can't download it, can't rotate your screen while reading so basically get your eyes irritated by trying to read constantly on potrait mode. I feel cheated.

We are not able to play the videos at faster speed, choppy interface, needs many improvements, If only I could give it 0 stars, the entire team is pathetic, there is no support whatsoever, worst experience, dont fall into their marketing gimmicks, A complete No No.

App is easy to use. I am using it for 5 months. But recently I am facing an issue recently after the update. I cannot make the pdf move horizontally. It's tough to read pdf in vertical position.

This app is so helpful for my upsc preparation. I got all the past year question papers for the exam, which really helps me a lot in my preparation days. Along with upsc, it provides coaching for other competitive exams as well. Overall, the app is really good. Strongly encouraged other aspirants to go for this app.

Disappointed with the performance of the application. I've trying to see the same post but it takes me to the other page of payment with zero amount then brings me back to the dashboard. Just I'm wasting my time over there. How to read content when it's not supporting.

Pathetic experience with this app. Raised a ticket more than 10 days back regarding some issue I was having with attempting the daily quiz which has not been acknowledged till now. The most annoying part is that you have to download this app just to access their monthly current affairs magazine!

I must say, the app is super smooth. No lags, user friendly interface, properly managed and easy to use application.

They were picking calls in one go till the time I haven't purchased the material but after purchasing the mock series they are not answering the call and even there call line is busy everytime I tried to contact them.

I give you 5 star because of contents on your website and app. I would give 1 star to app as your app is taking too much time for loading any content and not properly functioning.

Worst app in experience. I did contact the customer service but not a single reply. I hated it.

The UI is great but why so many glitches. I cannot access anything.

Worst part is you need to donwload the app for spotlight you cannot access it in to a web ....!!

It is convenient to use and extremely informative. All the patterns and past year papers help a lot in my preparations and also in the over all practice for exams. Easy and convenient to use and performs well with a good network.

Specially beneficial at least for those who are preparing or are planning to prepare for Banking sector exams (including NABARD). Little bit technical issues while using the App, but manageable in the end. Customer support is responsive and they are gradually fixing the issues encountering the App.

So.i've been facing this video buffering issue but i realized there was some network issue from my end. Whenever i use the app with good internet connection i never faced the same issue again. So yeah great app and it's easy to use.

To developer : 1. When we lock the screen the video is starting from beginning and not just where we left off. This is a waste of time. 2. In ebook there's no option for Going to a certain page.

Really like the interface, easy to access all and so much of information and patterns for exms. It feels good to see and read all the information with such nicely labelled units. Good work AJ team.

Video buffers every 4 sec. and it's not the problem of network speed. I use youtube at 1080p quality without any buffering problem and many other video sites work properly at high quality even their rival Edutap works well. But you can't play Anuj jindal videos even on 240p.

Please do not purchase the courses from this platform. You will regret it. Their website and app is trash and the response system is extremely slow. Every time when you will try to access the website it would need log in and even after that it won't open. Update - the problem is resolved by technical help, app is performing smoothly now.

Have been using it for 2 months now. But the app is not opening in my phone since morning! Restarted the phone, deleted and installed the app again, it still isn't opening. Do something asap!

The app is very good easy to use as well as the course of SEBI grade A was extremely good. Everything was in place and I expect that based on my phase 1 I shall clear SEBI grade A exam this year.

No playback speed option is provided in management videos also queries are just asked to passed on from app to telegram. No resolution about same in real time manner. Pathetic experience till now

User interface can be improved and can be more user friendly. PDF should be downloaded in the app only, from where the option for sending pdf through mail also should be provided.

The app needs optimization. Watching the lectures is not seamless. There's always a long pause when resuming a video from pause.
