I have called infinity so many times, to make a payment. Each month, I have issues. I waste so much time when it should only take a few minutes bc the automated set up glitches. This company phone bill pay and app is the worst because they say my policy is incorrect when I enter the correct policy numbers. Or my password is incorrect when I enter the correct password. I do not understand how this company keeps clients. It shouldn't be this hard to pay my car insurance.
This App used to work really well. I no longer can sign into the app on my phone to pay my insurance, which is an inconvenience. I get a little pop up on the screen that says username and password are wrong which I know for a fact are not because I can sign in on my computer. When the problem gets fixed I'll come back and give it a higher rating. For the time being it gets a 1 from me, only because I can't give it a 0.
Worst insurance I've used so far. Infinity is only concerned with ripping customers off and getting every nickel and dime they can squeeze out. I switched insurance before my next payment and now they're trying to squeeze out a fraudulent fee based off of that action. Not to mention the hoops I had to jump through just to get them to acknowledge the switch to another company.
Infinity/Kemper seems not to care about users. They have 3 apps and NONE of them let you login. It was working until June 2020, after that this app is useless. It's impossible to have a digital copy of your insurance just in case you need it. They only reply the same useless response to reviews instead of spending some time and money to fix it. Yes, it's cheaper than progressive and Geico, but it makes you think what will happen when you need them since they seem not to care about customers.
What app? This app does nothing . Can't even login. You get a screen telling you to create an online account which I've tried 10 times still nothing. Click on login window and it isntantly vanishes. Every time. This is rediculous. Hi ow is one supposed to manage their account when it doesn't t work. EVER! complete trash.
I had saved my user ID and password on their website to pay the auto insurance bill. One day the password or user ID said it was incorrect. So, I decided to reset my password on this app. Error status 404 blah blah... Will I be charged for late payment and blamed for it too? Tried quick payment and doesn't match the record. Time for a change.
Update: It works now! I'm able to set up Fingerprint login, but it never works when I try to login. It gives the error username or password doesn't match. I'm able to login with my password, but not the fingerprint.
Cant log in or reset password. It worked good for a few months and then when it was almost time to renew I wasn't able to log on or reset my password. I'm very disappointed. I enjoyed using the app when it worked.
App worked good for a few months, then suddenly it stopped working & have not been able to get someone from infinity to help fix the problem for months now. Poor customer service. Best to pay by phone
The app thise not let you login. Correct password and user but can't login. If you try to in a PC is the same thing. They have ti fix this problems. I try to set up auto pay on a PC it said that there was an error to try again later.
During the registration process the app has "security questions" but you can't select them to input an answer. Which means you can't register. I don't know what's wrong with companies and their app developers. Don't you people test these things before making it available to customers?!? BTW I tried registering on the website same issue! Fix your system!
The App use to be Great, but for the past 3 mths it has Shown "Expired Policy" and i have called My Insurance company and they have Confirmed Insurance is Active... i can still make monthly payments thru the App, but doesn't Show in Payment history. Would be nice if this issue was Fixed ASAP so i can access my Online Insurance I.D cards in case of an Emergency
Everything everyone is saying about the app is true as well as website keeps refreshing everytime u try to log in. Requested password/username reset thinking that was problem. Keeps sending my username as *IDM???? Just pull app from market until its fixed. Big inconvenience for those of us who want to make payments online. One rep said u guys are transitioning from Infinity to Kemper and thats why the sites wonky, so I was recommended by same rep to use the app....🤣🤣😒
app constantly kicks me out. Even when set to keep me signed in with my fingerprint. I have changed password countless times. When I request for a new password I get no texts or emails. Real BS here you guys make all that money but can't have a decent running app.
Doesn't update important information. I haven't seen my payment option update in 3 months. So I thought do to COVID-19 Infinity was giving credit to customers. I just called the customer service and found out my policy was already cancel. What's the purpose of the app if it's not going to display any updated important information regarding policy.
My old app worked fine it kept me logged in and i had no problems but it told me to get the new one and delete old one when I clicked the highlighted area it wanted to update so I did . Now I cant access anything so I deleted it after spending way to much time. I am not happy
The app was working fine for me until my policy ran out on 9/26. I updated my card info and my policy is supposed to automatically charge my card and renew my policy. However, l was told today that there's a merger going on and they've changed my policy number... well that's fine but update the app... l was told today by Montana that my policy is renewed and that I'm good to go. Yet the app doesn't reflect the change. I shouldn't have had to call to get this accomplished.
Why have an app that doesn't even open up, kept saying no information to show ever since I created the account. Its so annoying! Pls fix this. I tried severally to send an email to the email address you gave me but it kept on saying "blocked" pls what number can I call?
It's too narrow. They only show basic info. The transparent thing in the bottom needs to get rid off it or put it somewhere else. We're not able to show our VIN number properly for insurance proof.
I been having this app since long time ago 😠 everytime when I'm trying to login I put my username and my password from always, and it always says that username and password doesn't match, I have to change my password so many times because this app doesn't recognize the password that I use to put before, and also when I'm trying to change the password doesn't accept any new password that supposedly I have to wait a few minutes to try again. 😠 They have to fix this app as soon as possible.
Ried downloading the app and Can't login even after resetting the password and checking to see if my user name was correct, just keep getting error, if I can't pay my bill on time because of this app and the website doing the same thing ?!
Whats wrong with the app??!! It used to work wonderfully and very convenient, now it just gives an error message to try again later whenever i try to sign in. This needs to be fixed immediately!! Why even have an app if its not going to work?
Whenever I tried to input my policy number the screen would reset. Then whenever I got done with everything the app crashed. Now I can't login with the username I created.
App is useless, it keeps giving error msg can't display at this time. I go to your website getting errors. Aggravating for 3 months now, do you guys ever update your sites and apps other then the pay options? After reading previous reviews it might be a good idea to update your tech support
Already having issues and im JUST SIGNING UP. Had to input my information MULTIPLE times to register and I STILL havent been successful. It just keeps having me retype the same information over and over again. Waste of time.
They need major app upgrades. For instance, when I select the "my policy" tab and scroll to the bottom, a black bar at the bottom that says "looking to make a policy change?" is obstructing my view of the vin number for one of my vehicles. Also, there is not much information in regards to the policy itself. The app ID card states all pertinent information except the state in which the policy was established which I have found some companies need that information to be on there. A few tweaks.
