This app is way better than it used to be. However, it is super slow (looking at previous tranasctions, etc). This app could be much better with some more enhancements. I also wish it gave more filter options for reviewing your account transactions. Like allowing you to filter showing specific deposits and specific debits at the same time. This would be beneficial if you use services like Earnin and you need to screenshot that specific information aling with showing the last 4 of your account #.
The app worked well until a few weeks ago when it just stopped; all you get is a blank page and nothing else. I have rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled, no trick in the book seems to help. Very frustrating.
Incredibly frustrating, lags, and kicks me out since it's been modified. The old app was a million times better. I can understand if it has changed for added security, but as it goes if it is not broke, don't fix it.
Can't use this app at all. Everytime you try to log on it tells you your account has been locked out. So you call tech support an they say you aren't locked out. I've uninstalled an reinstalled 4 times. Still not working. I'm not happy customer at all.
Needs a complete UI overhaul. Annoying I have to verify my identity every other time, especially when I'm using my finger print. Cannot access credit card history.
App keeps saying my password is wrong every time I try to log in and then locks me out of my account but i know I'm putting the right password in. Really frustrating that i have to call them every time i want to log into my account.
So slow and laggy. Lucky to get it to work without restarting the app multiple times.
Have had to uninstall many times.And viewing transactions is next to impossible.We rely on this to work as we travel for our business and have had numerous issues getting it to work.
Cannot deposit checks I have tried multiple times, got errors like try later etc. and now the deposit checks screen is just blank white
layout and use aren't clear and user friendly as it could be.
I just use it in my phone's browser, this app isn't very reliable

One year later from update nothing has changed still sucks. Cant use half the features, check deposit refuses to focus before taking the photo so it rejects it.
Fixed most of the issues and I use it daily without problem.
Another update rolled out without being fully tested. Now android users are left in a lurch. Time to find a new bank after 20+ years at IFCU. I suggest all members dump them.
i can't access to my account exept after try login many times.
Ten years with them and seriously think I'm switching credit unions... Whether it's the app or on my computer, load times are awful, doesn't tell you where the money was spent and just Says debit... And my bill pay was completely wiped out and now can't sign two of them back up... I really hope they're working on these issues.... Also don't like the new design...
Used to work fine. Now that I have switched to a username instead of my account number I can't use it because the system won't recognize my info. 8/10/2018 - 1st time using the app since getting my new phone and it is even worse than before. Error messages every time I try to see account transactions. I'll stick with the web, thank you.
I liked it before. It takes long to load now, and I don't like that it doesn't list where all of my debits are from. Layout is weird. I wish I could have my other one back.
Worst experience switching to the new app. My acct froze up, none of my loans were on there and had a very hard time resolving over the phone because I never got a live person. I will probably be switching credit inions.
Can not see who the debits are from, can not make bank deposits on phone... unexpected error has occurred... the only thing good about new app is not kicking you out of it after 5 seconds... I'm still using account number as b4... it never asked me to switch...
New version is incredibly unreliable and completely useless.
NO NAMES on the transactions...??? Tooo much button pushing, a lot of loading and unloading..🤔😞??! Couldn't have tweeeked the old app...????
Internet connectivity is beside the point. Banking apps should be convenient and reliable, and this app is neither. Frequently times out and can't connect to internet, even with full bars. My guess is this app isn't very secure, given the degree to which it lacks basic functionality. It's more convenient to just check your balance at an ATM.
