Doesn't work - scanning for devices...no devices found. Bluetooth device shows up in phone but not in the app. Please update.

This is not the easiest app to work with, for some reason it doesn't connect to the chair and it crashed a few times while I was trying to connect. Samsung Note 9

This app works well with My Rk7909b chair after my remote broke does things a bit different but can access all original functions
