Infinity Scratch - Win Prizes & Redeem Rewards

I save my points from playing and try to redeem a $10 PayPal deposit into my PayPal account. I redeemed it on December 8th 2018 but it was never deposited into my PayPal account. I have sent them numerous emails. To date no one has answered my emails or has corrected the problem. This only leads me to believe that this app never pays anyone and is a scam. I will write a review if his problem is resolved but in the meantime I advise everyone not to waste your time downloading it.

Cant get paid, cant get help from the app. Email to company is a run around of instructions that do not work. Infinite loop of asking for you phone number, getting a verification text, and loops back asking for your phone number again and again Does not log in to facebook to get some facebook payment app like the email says, is just a white screen that times out. Bogus and a waste of time. Dont bother.

The ads aren't too long, some of them you can exit without having to watch the whole thing and still get to scratch the ticket. No matter what your always a winner even if 8ts jot tokens its a puzzle piece that leads to a prize.

Since my game was buggin or since the last update, i can't win nor redeem any coins since I delete the app because it was stopping giving me coins either it was winning or loosing ticket. It was freezing on the blue chest. I wanted to delete this app for get it work on my second phone, but then, the redeem button disapeared for show a COLLECTION button witch made this game not winning real cash anymore... But they pretending to make us win on the piramid lottery ticket; 30$ 50$ or 100$ if we find the green bill in the scratch card... In witch I doesn't believe and its a false advertisement for tell us to give up about winning cash throug this app full of add and the app non stop misbehave continually and keep Crashing on and on. It was doing it even on my LGG6 so no... I doesn't believe this game is actually paying out.

I happened to win a contest for a $10 Amazon card and it was delivered, this is awesome thank you. Game is a good way to pass some time. havent been able to win much with the scratchers but the contest part is legit it just takes a while to save up coins for them.

I like the app but I'm sick of it freezing and not giving me my points. I lose one game from the 30 tries they give you whenever it freezes or it shuts down by itself. Ugh. Other than that its fine.

30 second ad, win 10 coins. Watch another ad to claim it. Need 68,000 coins for $10 Amazon card... I will never get there. Plus the "jigsaw pieces" you get if you don't win anything are a scam. I "earned" about 100 pieces... But they are always the same pieces so I'll never complete the jigsaw to win a whole $0.10

What can I say, got the 4th $3.00 Amazon.ca gift card. All the ones I have received have been delivered immediately even though it says up to 24 hours. I'll keep playing :) UPDATE: I had to reset my phone and reinstalled the app. I don't see any prizes or not anything that looks like the old app. What happened to the prizes??

I did complete a jigsaw for .10 Amazon card but they cancelled it. When I contacted support, they said it's because I was on a Virtual Private Network. Which, I had to Google, and try to figure out what it is. I still dont know, but I know I'm not using one as the VPN in my settings is empty and I don't even know how I'd use it. I'm using my cellular data.

It's fun, addicting and great for passing time. However I havent figured out how to turn in my coins for prizes. Also, for a game with no prizes there sure are alot of addss

June 2019-Wish I could give 0 stars. Well no response since I called them out thru email. They pay out all day long if you redeem 5$ or less, but dont save for the 10$ payout cause they will say a bunch of BS to just NOT pay out. May 2019-Saved up enough to cash out for a 10$ PayPal (69,000 coins) only to have it cancelled and nothing credited back to my account. I'm calling scam and 1 star until this is taken care of satisfactorily.

BEWARE!!!!! Gave the app three days to respond to my 2 emails about how they canceled my $3 Amazon Gift Card request on the 6th of August. They NOT ONLY canceled my request, they KEPT my 15,000 tokens! VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH THIS APP!! Hoping they make GOOD on this issue, but for now if I could give this app a MINUS 10 rating if I could.

Do not waste your time on this app!!! They will not give you even so much as a $10 gift card! Always a reason/excuse, IF they even respond! There are apps out there that actually honor the rewards they offer. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM! Extremely disappointed!!!

This app can be fun. But when it comes to redeeming money you get from the scratcher or little puzzles, it's unclear how to actually cash anything. It's either a scam or I'm just missing something.

I really liked this app. It was slow to run but it was fun. Until it didn't give me my rewards. They told me finally it is because I use a VPN that they will not give me what I earned. I uninstalled scratch but I'm keeping my Virtual Private Network. I feel cheated

So displease with this people and app. I message them about why I can't get my gift card and all they said was it was abnormal. When I asked them how is getting my coins abnormal they just said its abnormal and stop messaging me. I spend 2 months saving those coins up for a gift card and they gave me bad customer service. If I can ban this app I would. If you didn't want people to save coins then change the limit instead of saying its abnormal and dont give anything to anymore. So beware people if you save up coins expect to be disappointed and angry.

pretty cool, sometimes you get a small amount of coins but I guess they add up after a while. I still need to play more to give a better review but so far seems like a good app

Way too many ads. Don't win enough. And the coins aren't good for anything but "bragging" about on Facebook. Like I would brag about winning 5 cents.

Scam! Scam! Scam! I reached the 69,000 coins and requested a reward. The order for my redemption was at a canceled status and is staying there apparently. The customer service is and will not be in your favor.

Unable to cash out. It wants email and then cell number and then it says something went wrong, try again. Very frustrating.

the App worked great the first time and let me cash out for Amazon. However, I tried to cash it out again and it isn't seeming to work. Please help.

I tried to redeem my awards and it doesn't let you. It keeps saying verify number and sends code I verify then says verify number over and over. Waste. Uninstalling

Don't download this app, it's not worth it. I thought it was at great app at first, but lately it's been kicking me off right after I log in.

I played until I had a full puzzle but when trying to redeem I was put in a loop of text messages.

Would be great but it freezes on the loading screen after you play the first scratch game.

Every damn tap theres an ad! Cant have fun with ads constantly poping up 😐 Meh ik ppl make money from ads but thats just insane.
