I love the STAFF. They are very friendly and very helpful. But the change has been a bit aggravating navigating the new app. And things going wrong. Hopefully the few mistakes get fixed soon.
it's missing vital information that you have available through the desktop website. I was charged $15 "convenience fee" because I wasn't able to log on to the site and paid my loan over the phone; all because my from my external acct is not showing on the app.
Excellent navigation and security features. Outstanding customer service although their call wait time is longer because to address the needs of each of their customers.
The only improvement I would ask for is the maturity dates for CD's without drilling down. After recent updates (6/2020) I can see this suggestion was not implemented. Too bad!
The app works!! Rarely down. It would be nice to see "pending items", but all in all, the app works great!!
Other than a not so seamless credit card transfer, I like the combined view of all account balances.
Easy to use. However, would love to see pending deposits/withdrawals.

This has been very aggravating just to set up auto pay from my bank account. Not to mention to get my darn member number.

This banking app works great for my needs.
I like the user interface: neat and easy to understand! If I had to suggest something, it would be the ability to see current credit card statements/charges to help me budget better. Overall, it's great Edit: They added the feature to see your credit card!
