Influenster

I absolutely love this app. I've had it for years and I have had the opportunity to review some really great stuff. I encourage everyone to download it and review products so you can start receiving your products in the mail. I will admit communication is sometimes off for when or if you'll receive a vox box but out of 10 times i would say its only happen 3 times. However i appreciate Influenster and im so grateful and happy to be apart of the family.

The concept for this app is great, at first I really enjoyed it. My only issue, the reason for 4 stars is that after a while no matter how much interaction you have with the app and others on the app it seems like everything stops. First thing is getting the products to review. You'll get tons of surveys to "see if you're a match" but never get anything. Second is that the surveys all of a sudden stop. You go from getting 1 almost every day to none. What bothers me most is that no one knows why.

The App is a great idea but the app cannot handle all the traffic. It is constantly freezing and updating. You don't get your badges. My member numbers are incorrect cannot successfully connect to Facebook. It is just hard to do anything without their being a problem. The distribution of VOXBOXES are clearly flawed bug time there are people who have received SEVERAL voxboxes and good ones!! While others have not received even 1. How is it fair. App favors Apple phones & HELP DESK IS NO HELP!!

Great app. Totally legit and fun to use. I can give my honest opinion on just about any product I want. There are a few higher end cosmetic brands missing and one Neutrogena product that I've noticed, but that's it. Love getting VoxBoxes with free products! Only thing I think it needs is a little how to use section so it's clear how things work. Other than that it's one of my favorite apps. Definitely worth checking out!

I love working with influenster their platform makes being an influenster fun and exciting. I have learned so much and meet alot of great people and been introduced to some great products. I look forward to checking my page with influenster, you never know what's next oh no 😢 😕 now it's new and improved but it doesn't work for me I'm hating this update

The idea of Influenster seems great. But one annoying thing about the app is when I'm taking the survey, it requires you to have the app downloaded, which is fine. But there's this annoying pop-up that asks me to download the app even though I am currently in the app. That pop-up shouldn't even be showing up and it takes up valuable real estate on my phone screen.

I can't even get through setting up my profile because it will not allow me to enter my address. I even tried copy and paste. Nothing. Yet I can enter characters into all other fields? And it won't let me save and continue until I fill in all requirements, which includes my f$@king address! Constantly keeps saying "sorry, we're making a few quick updates" randomly. And I just started using this app. Looks like I won't be!

Regardless of all the good reviews, I have completed several campaigns just to come back and have to do them over because it clears everything I did out. The page constantly says they are making a few quick updates and shows the same posts for the last 3 days. Not worth the effort, app is super buggy and a waste of time.

I love this app, but I feel like it could be a little sexist toward men who are into cosmetics. I'm always getting thinning hair products, which my hair is not thinning, or random stuff like peanut butter. I do surveys every week for voxboxes, but am not chosen and am staying to think it's because I'm a dude. I'm down to try things, it's why I'm on here, and I follow and rate all products be the T, and am always eligible for another box, so..? Uploading pictures are always an issue, too.

So far the app is good and very easy to manage. My only problem is the I am unable to contact anyone from support. I submitted 2 tickets and no one has gotten back to me with my issues. It unfortunate. I guess my rating will change once I get a hold of someone from support.

Nothing but errors. Loads incredibly slow. Campaigns dont show up, then when they do you can't claim anything even if JUST selected. Others are complaining they're unable to post reviews. This update was not at all thought through before launching.

I wanted this app to update features and look but the newest update took all of the community feel out of it completely. I'm unable to post reviews and it's not fun anymore. Now you only earn points on what they want you to earn point on. Before I was getting a lot of campaigns and now nothing. Sadly, I will uninstalling.

Terrible app it is not user friendly it often doesn't display snaps or surveys on the mobile app. Influenster needs to fire their software developer and start from scratch. This app is a total mess. This app is STILL a total and complete mess. It keeps disconnecting me from IG, which keeps me from getting decent campaigns. Please.....PLEASE change developers. Your customers should know this software is cheap and useless and it affects the way their products are tested and marketed.

I experience glitches all the time! Half of the surveys I get for the VoxBox campaigns I get the "404 - Page not found" error after I click on it to start the survey... And the other half of the times I'm able to finish the lengthy surveys but do not get any products or any confirmation emails.. no matter which my answers are. I've received ~7 surveys already but no VoxBox yet :/ Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Customer Support only suggested troubleshooting, which obviously didn't help. :/

I been on this app for almost 10 yrs and it has gotten worse. The glitches and redoing of activities bc influenser deletes or doesn't let u post or checking sometimes. You click on a challenge and it closes. How are we suppose to do or review anything? The daily checking resets bc we cant open. Very annoying . Hardly get anything these days other than cash back campaigns. Pointless.

I absolutely LOVE this app. I am finding new products every day/week that are a must try and im impressed. There is always something to review, the app helps you communicate with others who are interested in the same products as you are. Definitely helps me find the new hot thing that's going viral. The app is easy to navigate and it makes my morning coffee taste that much better. 😋

Love reviewing things, but if you are over the age of 30, don't expect to get a makeup Voxbox, the makeup companies only seem to pick those that fall into the 18-27 category. At least that's what I have noticed. The voxboxes are great, but you'll get campaigns that don't show up in your campaign area and there are no way to complete them, and this goes against you.

I love influenster! There's no better place for legitimate reviews. They really do send you free stuff to review. If it weren't for Influenster, there would be many products that I wouldn't have ever tried or found out I absolutely need in my life. And technical support is incredible! Really thankful for this opportunity and for thr voxboxes I have received. 10/5, for sure!

App has really been messing up lately, surveys are hard to take, ( so slow) all of your friends font show up on app, ( from Instagram) no matter how many friends I have, my score never changes, , surveys are really, really slow, and keep timing out, live influnster, but the app really needs some improvements, please fix all the issues I'll give u 5 🌟 stars, but only 3, now I received a email survey for a voxbox and no survey, it says error" page can't be found, what's going on with influnster?

The newest update has completely ruined the app. There's no sense of community and multiple bug issues, like the same reviews showing up on the homepage every day, likes not registering, tier levels not increasing despite doing the required activity.

I really don't understand this app. I used to get VoxBoxes. Now, it's been almost a year since I've received one. Influenster gives me the same scripted "advice", & it's stuff that I am already doing. It's so frustrating to see all the cool stuff that others are getting. I wonder if I should start all over again, but I don't want to lose all of my reviews & current progress.

I really enjoy this app. The only problem is all the glitches,which it's full of. I can't complete my profile which is supposed to match me up with campaigns. It won't let me complete my campaign activities, and lots more issues. If they can just fix all the issues it would be amazing!

So I really enjoy this app , I love the community and how you're able to write reviews on almost anything. I also love how they give the community chances to try new products and get voxboxs. The only issue I have is trying to connect my 2nd Instagram account . I have a hard time trying to get it to connect to my other account and no matter what I can't seem to get it to work . Also the app can be slow uploading

I absolutely love this app! I have received so many new items to review that I would had never guessed I would ever be able to try. Simply fill out the surveys and that is it! Never have given a credit card information or any payment info! Love love LOVE influencer!

Have enjoyed my experience with this app. Some of the links weren't working to link up to YouTube, etc but after reaching out to their team they explained how the app was changing, etc. Have received a good amount of products to test. Very happy with my experience!

Love all the Influenster Boxes and the Reviews are very simple to do. The products to are high quality. It is very easy to get a Box and everyone is so nice. Yes you have to do things to be able to get the free box's but it is worth it.
