Complete trash. Remember when you were a kid & used the school computers which all had outdated software? These devs are apparently paying homage to that memory. UX that must be designed by someone with zero experience, has yielded an app with one of the ugliest interfaces and most inconsistent and cumbersome navigation flows. Push notifications don't even work correctly. You'll get bombarded with many at once in middle of the night. No redeeming factor. You use it because school uses it.
Hard do use quickly, slow loading and navigation is working really bad. Notification are not well integrated. Cannot use fingerprint for sign-in, scheduling is hard and not as easy as it should, too little automatic help and no reminder for missing schedules after due time.
Ohhoho, app worked okayish for a year or so, then I could not open any attachments, now I get the dreaded "NO CONNECTION, Please check...". Tried clearing cache and app data and eventually reinstalling app. Same error... The app really lives up to its rumor - complete, utter rubbish. I am running Android v9 on a Moto g6 play in case anyone bothers fixing the app. Not holding my breath though...
Does not comply with usability or app standards. Just a webview with the web version. Design isn't even properly adapted for smartphones. It's super slow. Honestly, it is hard to fathom how much they've failed developing this...
Okay-ish, but some real deal breakers: notifications come hours after something is published (incredibly bad knowing some teachers can/do communicate for things happening during the day), switching between kids is very unreliable (you have to wait a long time otherwise any action in the interface acts like if the previous kid is selected).
It is slow and unresponsive. But the big problem is that it deletes the wrong day. When I tell infomentor to delete for example a wednesday, it deletes the friday in the same week instead. I have an OnePlus 6 with Android 9.
Rubbish. Doesn't even allow me to configurator the app. Just says the QR codes are not valid and to check my internet connection. Tried to change, redo, switch connections etc.
I keep getting a message saying I need to pair it up with the app when I can't even configure the app. I have tried the browser on my computer and phone and I'm not able to configure the app. I even tried the QR method and that didn't work.
Worked fine last winter but always comes up empty now. I get notifications but can't open them or see any information in the app other than my account info.. Which is not really helpful
I can't go through authentication process. Both methods fail. "Oops something goes wrong check your internet connection". Ok. My internet connection is great, so now check what you have to fix :/
You really need to make the notifications efficient for Android. They either don't come or hours after they are suppose to come. I have tried the app on IOS 15 and works pretty good. Please fix it for Android systems as well
The app worked grate the first year and then it went downhill from ther when I use the app it redirects me to the Internet browser..the app has some really bad issues and u srly need to fix this ASAP..
Can't download/view documents attached to information or blog so I have to use web instead to do this. This unfortunately means app is useless to me. I guess I'll keep it for notifications only.
Really delayed in information updates, switching back n forth between children is a nightmare, and once locked out, well, a hell of a time reconnecting...
I have enabled push notifications in the app and allowed them in the app "security settings" but I never get any notifications? That makes the app almost useless...
App is forced in portrait mode, I'm using a wall mounted tablet so it makes no sense for me to use this app. First impression is a necessary UNINSTALL of this app as soon as installed. Thanks for spending my time, I will reconsider using this app when fixed, thanks ❤
Total garbage. Buggy, ugly, disorganized. School staff either can't use it the way it's designed, due to constant issues. I see no way anyone could be proud that they've brought this smoking turd into existence, scamming the government into implementing it, and they seem unapologetic about the visual assault of psychedelic clown puke that is the interface.
It's okey app. I have set it up to get notifications in the app and the phone but I don't receive any.
Cannot open the app after latest update February 3rd, crashes... *Edit* fixed. Thank you for fast update!
What a strange app! You can 't login from your mobile phone. Neither mobile bankid bir web login works. Really poorly designed app.
Notifications are not working. So you never know when there is information you need.
Latest version crashes as soon as it's opened, so is now unusable. Not great

Very good for schools (if the school knows how to use it) it can be tricky sometimes

Slow startup, slow loading, not user friendly. Getting around in the app is difficult and unintuitive. Cannot recommend this to anyone without total makeover. Update 2022-02-09: still one of the worst app i am forced to use due to kid in preschool. Avoid. Update 2022-04-14: Now it is super grea.. naa just kidding, still a nightmare.
