i just started using this app...it does what i need it to do...but the gui is clumsy..not intuitive, and i need to open too many drop down to see information. We recently see switched from the Concur expense app. Concur is much more intuitive and user friendly. The developer should be able to do more.
Is that hard to include finger print login? Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Always crashing. Erros every time I do something. On top of that, always requires user name and password to login (no saved by default, no fingerprint login). Very poor design. Hyper slow.
Terrible app, our company forced us to start using. It crashes, it is slow and for receipts it takes multiple attempts for receipts to get added.
Constant error notifications. Very slow. Not user-friendly at all.
Can't get it to work! I have installed a few times and can't get it to work. My coworkers who have iPhones can get theirs to work, but I can't even log into my account. Worthless to me!
There is no option for reset password in my opinion I don't think it a good thing user have the right to change password any time

Horrendous! Forced to use and support this by my company and it has been nothing but headaches.
Completely non-user friendly. Works only online. Not an offline app.
Its too crsppt, excruciatingly slow, it's moody - one minute it's working and the next minute it's not.
Totally bogus, doesn't even remember login credentials. Sad.

Inbuilt camera app doesn't have autofocus to impossible to see text in photos of receipts. Instead you have to use your phone's native camera app and then use the horrible slow inbuilt camera roll gallery to find it. If you have more than a few dozen photos in your gallery the ultra slow scrolling makes it impossible. I'll use the browser app instead
Keeps saying that password is incorrect, but password is correct. I entered same password in mobile browser and it worked.
My biggest complaint is that on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, the screen does not auto-rotate like all my other Apps do. My case has a keyboard, and the screen is sideways, making it impracticable to use my keyboard. The program is not all that intuitive at first, but after a bit you get used to it.
This app stinks! But it's required by my employer. It's slow, quirky, arcane, not user friendly.
It's a very handy app, you can do all expense operation such as create, review or approve ER, TP, PR and TS with it by integrating with Infor Expense Mananement. It also has a intuitive and beautiful UI design, just take it and you will get a wonderful life. :)
I'm not sure what is worse this app or their website. Getting it installed wasn't bad, but it was so slow and wouldn't let me type or select a location in a required field. Also it should be able to remember at least one field for logging in, like my email address. I thought concur was bad, but this is worse.
