“Infor Service Mobile” allows field personnel to perform functions such as View Appointments, Track Work Order Costs (material used or time spent), Perform Inspections, and Query both Customer and Service history to promote field service efficiency.
NOTE: Infor Service Management v5.20 or higher is prerequisite for this App.
