I had to change my password and then tried to login using Username and Password but the program will not accept the changed password.

I have a Samsung Note 8. New employee but I have my login info. Can't get in anyway to use.
I can't get in and into mychart app on my note 8 please fix this issue asap for i can msg my new dr stuff please? And the inform app can't get in either says my username incorret and password if my clinic can log onto mychart information i need to do so to. I have ssme user name my clinic has.
