UI might look simple but do not be fooled but the complexity & confusing features available. Also, very skeptical about how secure are their servers, given that data and selfie images are taken from you. Fingerprint attendance would more suffice compared to a selfie image. Would avoid at all cost, never ever recommend. To any management looking to purchase, If you want destroy staff morale effectively, purchase this immediately. You are welcome.

It was a very unpleasant and frustrating when the claims that we are applying couldnt go through due to network or rules that had been input by the company. I tried to apply my medical claim but couldnt go through with a messahe stating the picture that u had taken is a repeat ones. The medical claims was of 2 pages. I manage submit the 1st page but couldnt on the 2nd ones.

I have been using this apps under my organisation. It's very easy to use. You can check your payslip, leaves and others stuff in one application. The interface also not complicated and interesting. Give it a try and you shall get the best experience!

You can input shifts, but you can't give like a notification that there's a shift. There was this app, Sling. You can even customize when you want to recieve the notification for the shifts. And to see the shifts, there's so mnay clicks you have to perform. It should be in the first page. Open the app, one click, 🎉 here's your shifts. And the week starts on Sunday? Not chnageable? I don't know if the manager would have the access but everyone should have it.

the apps mostly is not working really well. especially the clock in/out timing was not recorded. updates everytime but still not shows in the apps.

It's been very helpful in making HR work easier for SMEs. Also Fion has been very helpful on how to navigate the many buttons in the site and it makes it infinitely easier. Thumbs up.

Hello good morning admin..as usual morning i was scan my attendent at work place..then it logout automaticallyn,! and shows to log in back! I not remember my password ! At the 1st time use to register this app is my old number. So that number not use anymore.!through by email also couldn't get my reset my password!!! So how to get back in my account?? Please get back to me admin..!

Seem the system not yet stable as encountered few issues like logout immediately after login, face recognition and GPS also another bad experiences

Highly recommended. Using this at work. User friendly. I like the fact that they reply quickly about questions I had about how to get certain things done during working hours 5days a week. Makes my life a whole lot easier

Automated reminder email specify date of claim instead of ref no. How smart of it while recent claim history shows reference number. I seriously doubt InfoTech knows what it is doing! Neither it is using the app! Please include date when we clock out so as our screenshot as proof of clocking out! Designing such up should have taken into consideration how particular some companies' HR department functions!

I tried to log in but i could not open the cam due to permission. I tried everything, set the permissions, restart phone, uninstall. But still couls not log in vecause would not let my cam open due to permissions.

Prompt response from officer incharged with great patience. Easy to use in most of the functions. Only thing the leave matters not really fit to our company.

Everything is good until today. Suddenly it says unable to connect to server when I've been using the same WiFi and mobile data network. All the leaves that I can usually see have disappeared too. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still the same thing. Now can't log in. Please help ASAP!

TMS not updated, now already 10+, workers are working in company since 9am but still showing absent... Need submit report n this doesn't helps..

Edited to add: Clunky! Don't like the system at all! The web app is also bad user experience. The "security" measures feel more like inconveniences than anything. For example, enforcing one tab only. There should be an option to automatically invalidate the other session then. Agree with the review that says to disable the fingerprint reminder pop up. It's very annoying to have that show up every time i open the app. Give users the option to decide whether to use fingerprint login.

Info-tech systems, it’s user friendly and easy to understand even if you are a first timer. For experienced person, you don't need to attend training as the features, screen displays, functions etc. are all self-explanation. Worst case scenario, call the helpful support staff for guidance.

A very affordable and comprehensive HR software, with well trained team of staffs.

Stupid app, hard to detect face and to slow to activate, make you look late although you are not, shouldn't be giving any star at all

The system is a cloud based system, which is very convenient as we could access the system anywhere. It helps to reduce paperwork, no more physical punch card and leave form. This system is able to generate a lot of useful report. My implementer, Barathi is a very patient and helpful lady. During setup, she will try her best to answer all my questions. I really appreciate her help.

GPS always not accurate. Other apps using gps are accurate.
