Works ok for some things
Will happily give it 5 stars once ive confimed if it shows infared used in covert laser listening devices used by bouncing of the targets windows to hear the sounds from indoors. From instuctions it appears must see the sounds ir emmiter not the beam itself. But should be usefull at night on a clear night and full moon as the be highest ir in atmosphere being reflected back to us. Does what it says when pointed directly at remote controllers when being used.
This app is simply showing you what your camera already does, shows infrared light , if you removed the ir filter it would let you see with night vision. All digital cameras are ir capable.
Umm, yeah... absolutely breath taking to say the least. I believe someone brought up the idea of slapping the developer. I second that.
Great simple little app. Just did exactly what I needed it for, to prove if an IR device is working or not...Job Done! Agree that ads are to intrusive. But app is great.
Your camera will do the same thing without this app. Zero value add.
I don't know why this app only has a 3.1 rating! It does exactly as stated! (My camera picked up 2 out of 3 remotes tested!) The price can't be best, so 5 stars here! Thx for a real, working ir sensor!
Exactly as advertised, with slightly invasive ads. Works perfectly!
So why should I download this???? Do you think that we don't know to open our camera???? Why have you made this app???? Oh I wish there should an option to slap ✋ the developer.... or to give negative stars..... I will go for it....
You can do the same just opening your standard phone camera app, and without advertising...

This app solved my diagnosis on my dishwasher it told me my tub home sensor was not sending out a signal
but only for strong infrared like the one coming out from the remote control

couldn't detect camera hardware on Galaxy S7 edge. The app did however manage to throw a load of advertising at me in the 15 seconds before i uninstalled it.
Nothing special. If you open your camera app and do it, even then you can see the radiation.
Useless... YOU CAN SEE THE INFRARED WITH YOUR CAMERA ANYWAY :P
So... Doesn't anybody here know that the camera does the exact same thing? This is app-solutely useless. Third for slapping the developer.
