I like everything about the app, except the deposit mode, it's very glitchy, and right now for the past 6 weeks I have been unable to deposit a check, it keeps saying retake the picture. No one seems to know why. But I like the access, it's very quick.

I was told Bitcoin is now used at my bank. I don't see any such functions in the app. Needs a link to fraud division so I can quickly let them know if a charge they flagged is really me or is fraudulent. When something does get flagged and a hold put on my card it would be nice to get a notification from the app when it happens rather than finding out the next time I make a purchase.

It was useful the first week now it keeps telling me that the network can't connect I have tried wifi Hotspot and my data but still can not access it.

Overall a great app to use. I've been a member since 2002 and this one of the best places to bank with. I've only had minimal issues with the app, mainly changing personal accout info, such as phone number and account security updates but otherwise a good app. Customer service is top notch and best interests rates around.

Network Connectivity Error: Server cannot be reached at this time. Restarted android (galaxy S10) then reinstalled app to no avail. Logging in fine on my finances iPhone on the same private network. Even tried without the wifi so it has to be an issue with the app. I'll rate the app higher once I can use it again.

Easy to navigate. EXCELLENT monitoring and security! Everything I could hope for in an online banking app! I can check my balance quickly, pay my bills and even get my statements quickly and easily! I love this app and this credit union!

Quite often the app freezes up and won't accept my password. It also says it cannot connect with the server. It is very frustating, but when you finally get in it's pretty good.

Trying to remember your information to update your password is ridiculous! I have to go to a location in order to get it updated only to find the next day I have to input more info into the app that I don't know so back to the location to get it to work. Also it needs to update your account balance quicker.

It is very professional and easy to work with and has an amazing safety lck so everytime you close the app is signs up out, so evtime you re-open the app you have to put your username and password to make sure knowone can get in without knowing the username and password.

Best banking app, well oraganized with AWESOME security features. Consistent security updates, very easy to navigate with all my banking needs exactly where I need them; great application!

Was a good app til last update, now fonts and on screen menu's etc are so large, you have to scroll all around screen to use. Sign in screen is normal, once logged in, all screens in app are huge...all other apps function normal Galaxy S8+

One star for removing the mobile deposit feature without any announcement, otherwise a good app.

Sometimes the app doesn't show all your pending items and your available amount of money won't show correctly. So if you accidently overcharge, it all magically appears later.

I deleted the app about a year ago because I would have to reset my password due to the password I was using was "incorrect". So I decided to try it out again about a month ago....guess what?! I was trying my password and I got locked out again. If it keeps happening I think I'm going to just delete the app because it just isn't making life easy.

Sometimes it shows my withdrawals and sometimes it doesn't. I often have overdraft fees because the app will tell me I've got more money than what is actually in my account. Not a good thing for a bank app to be doing...

Would be better if you could flag a suspicious transaction on the drop box by the transaction where it says details instead of going to the bank in person or by phone call explaining suspicious activities on the account and have a section where you can communicate with the bank on the app kinda like what chime has on their banking app where you can report suspicious activities yourself that you spot on the banking app but otherwise this app is great easy enough to use for the simple user.

Used to work perfectly fine until recently, now it keeps telling me I have the same amount of money even though I have made countless transactions since then. Very annoying when all you want to see is your current balance.

I know to be a trustworthy app. It's always shows me what money comes in what I have left and what's pending and what's not. And you can pay bills from the app. And transfer money from account to account. Excellent app love it.

When I go to check my balance, it always says I don't have an network service, but I have 4gLTE and full bars. Would like to be fixed ASAP

The only problem I have with the app is that I can't receive TEXTS after every transaction, as a matter of fact I don't receive any texts EVER.

easy to use. always loads with little to no problem and very quickly. very helpful for on the go and detailed information on where you spent money at.

Why do you need to enroll from a PC or laptop when you have one in your hand that's just stupid. If you can download the app you should be able to enroll from there. Not everyone has a PC or laptop. All I want to do is check my account balances without having to go to the bank to do it. Otherwise what is the use of having the app.

App doesn't show transactions for mortgage payments and has a 5-6 day lag before it posts and can be seen if you transfer money from savings to mortgage payment on the app.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Honestly a waste of time a completely useless app doesn't do the one things it's supposed to do. Not worth the time to download

This app is so easy to use especially when i need to transfer funds to any other accounts. Thanks infuze for being all around great!

Easy to use. Really like being able to check my balance, transfer funds, and deposit checks.

Its easy to get around in, but the bill pay portion is not user friendly.
